Shannon was wonderful and so helpful during the entire wedding planning process! She made things so easy, and was always easy to get ahold of and had many great ideas. We received tons of compliments on our venue and how beautiful it was at the island for our ceremony and reception. We also received several compliments on the food and drinks. I would highly recommend Pelican lakes as a beautiful venue and service that makes your day extra special!

Shannon and her team at Pelican Lakes made our dream wedding a reality! Shannon helped us with every step of the wedding, she was beyond helpful. We had our ceremony at the Lakeside Bridge and it was absolutely breath taking. The reception was held in the reception hall and with the draping and lights it looked magical. I felt very welcome and heard by everyone at Pelican Lakes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married on the island at Pelican Lakes and we could not be happier with the venue as well as the staff. We were all long distance and Shannon and her staff were extremely helpful during the planning process and through out the day of the wedding. She knew our plan/schedule and all details were taken care of. Everything looked beautiful and the guests loved the food.

This was the perfect venue!! My husband and I are some big golfers, so it was only appropriate to have our wedding at one of the most gorgeous golf courses in North Denver. We reserved the Private Island and everything was so spectacular! And our pictures are just jaw dropping from all the sights and backgrounds!

We had the most amazing winter wedding at Pelican Lakes Golf Course in their beautiful log reception venue! Shannon, the event planner, was the best and helped us really achieve our dream wedding! The wedding ran smoothly all thanks to their wonderful staff! They were so accommodating, it was literally perfect! They meet all my expectations, I would highly recommend this venue!

Austin's Homestead is a beautiful location with several sites for the ceremony and/or reception. The island ceremony site is gorgeous and would have been a beautiful spot for my ceremony (unfortunately we were rained out). Anna, the event coordinator, and the staff worked diligently to quickly move my wedding indoors. Anna was a great coordinator throughout the whole process and was always quick to respond to my questions and emails. All the staff were polite, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this venue!

Austin's was an amazing place to have my wedding. Anna, my coordinator, was extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way. We got an AMAZING price for hosting our wedding on a Monday. I couldn't believe everything that was included with the price of the venue, it made my dream wedding possible on a small budget. The overall facility was beautiful! The sound system was great which was important because I didn't have a DJ. Austin's was the caterer for my brunch wedding and the food and service at brunch was outstanding. Obviously being brunch on a Monday, we didn't have much to do with the bar, but the servers/bartenders were great. The ONLY hiccup on the account of the venue was right as the ceremony was starting. My father and I were hidden waiting for our cue. I had told the coordinator to cue us to go once my song had been playing for about 15 seconds (it had a long intro). Well, right before then a ridiculous machine (lawn mower maybe) started RIGHT NEXT TO my ceremony and was SO loud. Then they gave me the cue, well, not only had my song not been playing for 15 seconds, the processional was still going. So I walked most of the way in complete silence. I was FURIOUS at the time, but forgot about it by the time the ceremony started. All else was wonderful. I will use it as a venue in the future and recommend to other couples.

We got married on the island at Austin's Homestead. The Venue was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Jenn, the coordinator is phenominal! She is easy to work with, she follows through, is very organized and replies to your questions fast! She was by far the best vendor we worked with!!

I had my ceremony on the Island at Pelican lakes. The ceremony was beautiful! I had it on the actual sand on the beach, it was perfect! It was a little hot as there is no shade.

My reception was inside, in the banquet room. Food was great and so was the service. I did not have an open bar and drinks were a bit pricey for a cash bar. If you can afford to buy some kegs and wine I would do it.

The best part about having my wedding at Pelican Lakes was the staff. The wedding coordinator Jenn Kenders is unbelievable. She did everything I asked her to. She did not forget one thing! She even helped me decorate a bit :) I really feel like she cared for me and our wedding. I highly recommend working with her if possible. Very professional and great work ethic. I must have emailed her 100 questions and she always had time for me.

Golf cart - bring your own. On site location staff was rude and I quote” if you don’t take care of the cart it will cost you 14k. Young man quoted ok bill me 20. Site maintenance staff took the carts so we had to make quick last minute arrangements to get the wedding party on site. Site Event planners were great!
