We worked with Mystic Moon Bakery for our April 2024 wedding and we were extremely pleased with the taste of our wedding cake. We went with a two-tiered option, and we loved our chocolate cake with cheesecake filling and the champagne cake with strawberry jam filling. Both were delicious and we received so many compliments.
Before settling on two flavors, we coordinated two tasting boxes that we picked up from the Fort Collins storefront. They also supplied vegan cupcakes for some of our vegan guests.

We hired the Cupcake Gypsies for our wedding and it is the BEST dessert I've ever had. Unfortunately on our wedding we didn't get any because we ran out, even tho we ordered extra. People literally took plates full of dessert. Luckily our venue boxed up some before serving so we did get to eat them after! I plan to stop there every time I am in the area!

My husband and I were lucky enough to secure the Cupcake Gypsies as the cake and dessert vendor for our wedding reception last summer! We absolutely adore this bakery, and we visit the storefront frequently to try their unique and everchanging flavor combinations- all of which are beyond delicious. So, I knew several months before even beginning to plan my wedding that I wanted our dessert to come from here! And of course- Amber and her team provided us with cupcake perfection! I chose a well-rounded selection of some of my favorite flavors, as well as a cake for our “cake-cutting ritual.” One of the most frequent comments we got from our friends and family after the event was HOW GOOD THE CUPCAKES WERE! We were also able to offer a gluten-free and vegan option, which many of our guests appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough- whether you are looking for a cake vendor for your wedding/event, or just passing through town… these are some of the best cupcakes you will ever have!

I absolutely loved working with the Cupcake Gypsies for our wedding. We got a tasting box from them and knew we had to go with them, but not only were the cupcakes delicious, the customer service was wonderful. Amber was always very helpful to any questions I had and truly seemed happy to help. The cupcakes were a hit at the wedding and we also got a two tiered cake that phenomenal. We loved being able to support this local family owned bakery and we will definitely order from them again for other events!

I found the Cupcake Gypsies on Instagram and am glad we got to try them out. They're very affordable and make super tasty desserts. So many of our wedding guests came up to both me and my husband to tell us they loved all the options we had. My mother in law and sister were especially happy to have a double chocolate gluten free option. My mother in law said it's been years since she tasted a gluten free cupcake/cake that doesn't taste like it's gluten free. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste the hand pies because the guests claimed them very quickly.

Amber was very nice in all my communications during the order process and made it very easy for me to submit our selections and rent the display stands. They also delivered our order to our Estes Park venue and set everything up. I am so pleased with how it all came out.

We did a destination wedding in Longmont, CO which made cupcake tastings tricky. However, the owner was very accommodating in scheduling a tasting one of the weekends we were in town, even amidst the pandemic. We brought a couple friends along and we sampled 2 dozen cupcakes between the 4 of us. Every single one of them was delicious - not dry, full of flavor, and we couldn't tell the difference between Gluten & GF. For our wedding, we chose Citrus Blossom, Caramel Stout, and Unicorn Dream (reg and GF) and they were all devoured. We added delivery service and they were able to individually pack the cupcakes into plastic containers we provided as a COVID-19 precaution. We could not have asked for better service or cupcakes! I hope to order some more to celebrate our first anniversary.

Hire The Cupcake Gypsies for your next event!! They did such a fantastic job for our wedding. We ordered 11 dozen mini cupcakes and a small regular cake for cutting during our reception. Everyone loved the bakes and the display they put together for us was stunning. The icing on the cupcake is that they're super easy to work with too! I've been in their store and tried their gluten free and vegan bakes and they're just as good as the regular varieties. I would 100% recommend them and would love to work with them again in the future.

We love these cupcakes the minis are the perfect size. The bridie and groom cake was exactly what we wanted and they delievered it all. Everything with them was stress free and easy.
