I spoke with many planners before talking to Wes Geffner, but I knew after our initial phone call that I wanted her to coordinate the wedding. I did a month of coordination package, but Wes was available for questions in the months leading to the wedding and in the last two weeks, she was the main point of contact for all the vendors, which helped decrease stress exponentially. Her assistant on the day of, Taylor, was also very attentive and made sure my husband and I were fed and taken care of and that we knew where we needed to be when. My husband and I were very happy with Modern Moments! Wes was there to help throughout the entire planning process; she always had good recommendations for vendors and helped me to narrow things down. She was always quick to respond to email or text, which was greatly appreciated! She was also very flexible with our approximately monthly meetings, agreeing to meet later in the day after work or weekends so that we didn't need to take time off of work. I am a pretty organized person, so I loved the detailed timelines and to do lists that she made for us. Very helpful! Kristina was our day of coordinator, and she was also fantastic. She had a lot of good ideas and was able to make decisions on the go the day of the wedding without needing to ask me/my mom/my husband. We used Modern Moments for day of coordination for our wedding. My husband and I were very organized, and had planned almost everything, but we knew we would need someone to run the show on the day of. Mary and Wes were amazing. They came prepared with lists of questions to all of our meetings, and it was very clear that they just wanted to make sure our dream day came together. Mary worked the wedding with an assistant, and she was very professional and in control the whole time. It was a long event, but Mary was smiling the all night, and everything went exactly as we had planned.
