Kali helped me plan my wedding in New York and it was a great experience. She was always flexible and willing to hop on the phone or video call to discuss things. She was really mindful of my budget and did her best to look up alternatives. She also handled a lot of the communications with vendors, which I really appreciated since I have a very demanding job.

Kali did a spectacular job as our wedding planner! We were feeling pretty daunted by how much we had to do in a fairly shot timeframe (9 months) and she was so helpful, accommodating, and organized. She gave really great guidance, found excellent vendors, and clearly worked hard to really understand what we wanted and get everything across the finish line. Thanks to her, everything went off without a hitch, and it was such a relief to have her and her assistants coordinating everything on the day of so we could just relax! Highly highly recommend.

My husband and I had a beautiful and intimate wedding thanks to our wedding planner Kali. From the moment we met her we knew she was the person we wanted her to help us plan our wedding.

Kali was able to see and understand our vision from the start and helped execute them perfectly.
My husband and I are always busy with our work schedules and the last thing we wanted was to come home and search random places and things we needed to plan our wedding. Having Kali’s help and expertise was such a blessing because she made it all super easy and enjoyable for us to find and choose our options from the start.

Our wedding was out of town and she was able to provide great list of suitable vendors and places for us to choose from. Kali was very responsive and accommodating to any of our changes and requests we had. She also made sure to communicate with all the vendors so that we didn’t have to. Through out our 8 month planning process, she provided us with her consistent help, support, and helped keep us on track with our to-do lists.

On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to stress over any thing but able to enjoy every minute of that day because everything was taking care of from the start to finish. Kali ensured everything was going according to the schedule and was by our sides throughout the entire day to make sure we had everything and anything we needed, which we are super thankful. Over all, we are so glad Kali was our wedding planner and we wouldn’t be able to have such a great wedding if it wasn’t for her help. She is phenomenal at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great wedding planner. Thank you so much again, Kali!

Kali was a dream to work with for my wedding reception! I was so overwhelmed trying to plan the party, all the little details were getting lost in my brain. Kali from Otherworld was such a pleasure to work with! She was always so approachable, professional, and organized. She took the time to get to know our story, wedding day vision, and budget goals. We really appreciated that she created a month by month to do list, kept track of our spending in an excel sheet, and even gave us reminders for when to complete payments by before our big day. We also loved her wedding weekend timeline that we were able to share with our wedding party so that everyone was on the same page. Throughout the whole pandemic she was extremely responsive and available whenever we had any questions or concerns. Our catering vendor even cancelled on us a month or two before our wedding day and when Kali informed us, she had already come up with a solution! She was able to streamline all aspects of the planning process and made the journey leading up to our special day enjoyable/way less stressful. Our wedding day ended up being absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations.
