Kris and Raecca from gatherings reimagined were our wedding coordinators and they were absolutely fantastic!! They had such great attention to detail and made sure we had everything in order! They stayed in constant contact with me leading up to the wedding and handled everything. Our wedding was perfect thanks to them. They are such sweet people and i would highly recommend them!!

If I could give Gatherings Reimagined more than 5 stars, I would. Hiring Raecca and Kris was hands down the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process.
After our original venue unexpectedly canceled our wedding, we had less than two months to completely replan everything. We were overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly had no idea how we were going to pull it off. Then we found Raecca and Kris, and they truly felt like our angels.

From day one, they jumped in without hesitation and went above and beyond in every possible way. Raecca took my vision and Pinterest board and somehow brought it to life even better than I imagined. She even designed our custom dance floor after the company we hired missed the mark, spending extra time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It completely exceeded our expectations and ended up being one of my favorite details of the entire wedding. She also designed our mini place cards, which turned out beautifully.

I honestly cannot even explain every little detail they helped with. Raecca is the sweetest, most organized, get-shit-done person, and we immediately vibed so well with her. Kris brings the fun-loving but tough dad energy when needed, which was exactly what everyone needed throughout the process. They balance each other perfectly and are truly a dynamic duo.

Throughout planning, they handled every challenge with professionalism, patience, and grace. They navigated multiple personalities, kept everything organized through an incredible planning portal, detailed timelines, spreadsheets, and checklists, and made sure absolutely nothing fell through the cracks. They provided amazing referrals and helped us lock in vendors despite our incredibly tight timeline.

Their attention to detail carried through every part of the wedding day. Kris was with the groomsmen making sure everyone had their boutonnieres on correctly, and he even wrote a detailed script for our band, which did not have much experience DJing or emceeing weddings. They thought of things we never would have considered and handled so many behind-the-scenes details without us ever having to worry.

On our wedding day, everything was absolutely seamless. As the bride and groom, we genuinely felt like it went perfectly and completely without a hitch. We were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and never once worry about what was happening behind the scenes because we knew Raecca and Kris had everything covered.

So many guests told us during and after the wedding that it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and Raecca and Kris deserve so much of the credit for that. They kept us calm and sane when everything felt chaotic, took an unbelievable amount of stress off our shoulders, and made what could have been an incredibly overwhelming experience feel joyful and exciting.

Raecca and Kris are the definition of a dream team. They are talented, creative, organized, kind, fun, and genuinely care about making your day everything you dreamed it would be. We will forever be grateful for everything they did for us and cannot recommend Gatherings Reimagined highly enough.

... for bringing our dream wedding to life! We chose partial planning since we already had venues and an image of what we wanted. Their experience with blending cultures and in the travel industry was a huge plus for us. We were initially really overwhelmed trying to plan our Texas wedding from half a world away, but Kris and Raecca supported us patiently through time difference calculation mishaps, language barriers, budget adjustments, and so many other last minute changes. They answered our billion questions, gave us honest advice when we were lost, and calmed our frayed nerves. They are such lovely and kind people, and so easy to talk to. We got so many compliments on how unique and smooth our Japan-Texas fusion wedding was, and we definitely couldn't have pulled it off without their help!

Kris and Raecca were incredible. They were professional yet personable, well communicative yet took great initiative when needed, and they thought of every little detail. They executed our rehearsal and wedding day with ease and excellence. We owe such an incredible day to their hard work and dedication to capturing us as a couple!

Kris and Raecca were super helpful throughout our entire wedding process. From the beginning they were super easy to work with and offered great vendor recommendations - almost all of our vendors were recommended by Gatherings Reimagined and they were all great! They were very organized day of and helped get all our decor setup just as we wanted and kept the entire day on track timeline wise. we wouldn't have been able to do it all without them! We appreciated all their hard work in making our day extra special and exactly as we planned.

Raecca and Kris coordinated our wedding in November of last year and we couldn’t have been happier with them! We didn’t see or hear of any mishaps during the whole day or evening. I’m sure many things happened, but they took care of it all without us noticing. Me and my husband were both able to relax and enjoy our special day together. Kris and Raecca were very good at catering to our wants and needs and helped make our wedding very personal which was important to us both. We loved having a married couple as our coordinators and seeing their team work was an inspiration. We would highly recommend them to anyone :)
