I simply cannot say enough good things about Raecca and Kris. They were responsive and easy to work with from day one, and we could tell they truly cared about us and our special day. They stayed on top of our vendor needs and found multiple vendors that were amazing that we probably never would have known about/been able to find ourselves. Their knowledge of the wedding industry and the process of planning a wedding was invaluable. They were patient when we changed our minds, and kept the days/weeks/months leading up to our wedding stress free. They were doing so much behind the scenes that we weren't even aware of until later, and for that (and so much more) we are eternally grateful for the both of them. Both my parents and my husband's parents commented on Kris and Raecca the day after the wedding, they were all so impressed with how organized, professional and on top of things the two of them were. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do not hesitate to hire Gatherings Reimagined. We hired Raecca & Kristopher for the day of our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! Months before the wedding, they made sure everything was talked through and communication was a 10/10. We loved how detailed they were and how they guided us on some things we weren’t sure of. We didn’t have to lift a finger on our wedding day, they made sure everything was taken care of so we didn’t have to stress. One of the things that comes to mind is them bringing my husband and I drinks because we were too busy with our guests…very thoughtful! They truly care about you and your big day. They have wonderful personalities which made it so easy to work with them. I would definitely hire them again for any other events in the future!

The Gatherings Reimagined team, Kris and Raecca, are both fantastic wedding planners that did an amazing job not only getting us through the planning months leading up to our big day, but also running our actual wedding day with little to no stress on us.
To start, my husband and I didn't have much of a picture of what/how we wanted our wedding to be. Kris and Raecca were extremely patient with our vague ideas/wants and helped to gently guide us into making decisions. I think they did a great job gauging us pretty early and could tell what type of couple we were and how much they were going to have to walk us through the whole process of planning a wedding. During the middle months of planning, we decided to throw another wrench in the process by moving across the country - again Kris and Raecca were super patient and helped to make sure things didn't fall through the cracks despite us being distracted and slow to respond. They also made themselves available to get on long planning calls via Teams that could go on for 2+ hours, which were also super easy to schedule on their platform. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to think at all about coordinating. We had a wedding with about 140+ guests out in Driftwood, TX. Our planners liaised with the vendors, made sure everything was setup correctly and monitored the guests that were flowing in without bothering us while we got ready, which was amazing since all my nerves were wrapped up with the ceremony. The actual event went on without a hitch and flowed smoothly, even during the things we weren't apart of like the cocktail hour (since we were taking pictures). Also, they both made sure we were well fed they whole day and had our space to eat dinner. Raecca made sure I never had an empty glass the whole night. It was the best night we've ever had, hands down!
All in all, my husband and I think Kris and Raecca helped us pull off an amazing wedding that our friends and family raved to us about even weeks after it was over. They are fantastic at what they do, and we would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a planning service.
