... for bringing our dream wedding to life! We chose partial planning since we already had venues and an image of what we wanted. Their experience with blending cultures and in the travel industry was a huge plus for us. We were initially really overwhelmed trying to plan our Texas wedding from half a world away, but Kris and Raecca supported us patiently through time difference calculation mishaps, language barriers, budget adjustments, and so many other last minute changes. They answered our billion questions, gave us honest advice when we were lost, and calmed our frayed nerves. They are such lovely and kind people, and so easy to talk to. We got so many compliments on how unique and smooth our Japan-Texas fusion wedding was, and we definitely couldn't have pulled it off without their help! -

Kris and Raecca were super helpful throughout our entire wedding process. From the beginning they were super easy to work with and offered great vendor recommendations - almost all of our vendors were recommended by Gatherings Reimagined and they were all great! They were very organized day of and helped get all our decor setup just as we wanted and kept the entire day on track timeline wise. we wouldn't have been able to do it all without them! We appreciated all their hard work in making our day extra special and exactly as we planned. -

Raecca and Kris were an absolute DREAM to work with. We booked them to help plan our wedding last March, and they executed every single part of it with ease and grace. We had incredibly small parties (just one best man on each side), and had a pretty DIY-wedding, and Kris and Raecca were absolutely crucial in keeping everything on track, prepping/setting up everything, and continuously bringing us beverages through the night. I don't think I physically went to the bar once. They even kept my incredibly ADHD brother on target, which is a miracle and a talent in and of itself. 😂 They were such a joy to have around on our wedding day, and easily the best investment we made. I would choose them again and again! -

Kris and Raecca were amazing to work with. They were professional throughout my whole year of planning my wedding with great communication. They truly listened to the details I envisioned and planned and made everything happen smoothly. They made sure to put our food down at our sweetheart table without even asking, always making sure we had a drink and keeping things extremely organized and on time. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and I highly recommend working with Kris and Raecca to help you stay organized and to have a wonderful experience, stress free. -

Gatherings Reimagined was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire wedding planning process feel calm and manageable. Communication was always easy and clear, with quick responses that made us feel supported every step of the way. Any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally, often before we even had time to worry about them; Raecca was even able to create a bridesmaid bouquet with spare flowers when we realized our florist forgot one of them! Raecca and Kris are AMAZING! From first contact to post wedding....We could not have asked for more. Well, we could have, and you know what, they would have done it. FAIR priced, SUPER responsive, flexible, DETAIL oriented and so much more!
By the time we reached out to them we had already booked the majority of our vendors. They helped us choose the right service for what we needed. We choose the "Wedding Management" package. We were immediately granted access to all their resources! And boy were those resources helpful!
There was a MAJOR unexpected shift in the wedding budget, and we still needed to book DJ/Photographer/Videographer. They pointed us to the PERFECT vendor that was able to get us all 3 for about 1/3 of the originally budgeted price for all 3.
It completely slipped our minds to have dessert trays and/or display stands for the dessert table...they came in clutch with some of their stock items we were able to use. We also lost our sparklers for the grand exit somewhere at home. Kris found some and brought them on his way from another event so we could still have the grand exit of our dreams!
We had som sensitive family dynamics, and they were able to accommodate and support the entire situation ensuring everyone was comfortable
They were very open to OUR vision, even when it seemed odd. They LISTENED and HEARD us. That is what hit us the hardest. They made it personal. They took time to get to know us, our story and that helped them understand how to execute our day as flawlessly as the circumstances allowed. Texas weather and pets can be quite unpredictable. Our wedding day was everything it was supposed to be and we could not be happier about it.
I really could go on and on about these two. But I think you get the idea.....they are worth EVERY PENNY AND MORE!

Working with Gatherings Reimagined was a dream. After eloping in Hawaii, we thought we would be able to plan our belated reception and fifteen-years-together celebration on our own, but realized we needed professionals to put on the epic event we wanted. Gatherings Reimagined was the perfect fit for us. Kris and Raecca were exactly the people to take our vision and make it happen. We sent a rough idea of what we wanted and a few notes we had of what we hoped for. They gave us the opportunity to share the vision of what we wanted the celebration to be. They listened to what we had in mind and helped us expand our vision to add elements we never would have thought of. Their enthusiasm for the event seemed to match our own! They delivered above and beyond what we could ever imagine.
They made it super easy to stay in contact and guided us every step along the way. Every meeting with them was like sitting down with friends. They got to know who we are as a couple. Gatherings Reimagined helped us select vendors, knew exactly what questions to ask and made the whole process from selecting food to florals easy. They did so much for us behind the scenes, we just had to make the selections and they took care of the rest. Their connections in the industry ensured we would have everything we needed on the big day. They helped us plan a budget for the event and gave us realistic expectations for cost and logistics. They went above and beyond in preparation and execution, and added details we never would have thought of.
The moment we walked in, even though they were still setting up, we were amazed by the attention to detail and luxury they brought. Every want and need was taken care of during the night even before we knew we had them. Kris and Raecca made sure we had moments with all of our guests, while they also made sure that we were fed and enjoying the whole night. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, so we could enjoy mingling and dancing with all of our loved ones who travelled so far to celebrate with us. Our guests took notice and have continued to compliment them and the event to this day.
In addition to all of the professional accolades we could heap on Gatherings Reimagined, the team is a phenomenal group of people to work with. Kris & Raecca are friendly and enthusiastic. They were just as excited to put on a great party as we were. We could reach out to them whenever we needed and they were very communicative. The assistant who worked with them at the event was just as lovely as they were, and it was obvious the team worked together well and enjoyed each other. On top of it all, they are just very sweet people.
My husband and I couldn’t imagine a better evening and enthusiastically recommend working with Gatherings Reimagined for your celebration!

Where do I begin when talking about how amazing the Gatherings Reimagined team is? Kris and Raecca are two of the most incredible people my wife and I have ever met. They are extremely organized, detail oriented, patient, and kind. They will think of everything you have thought of and more importantly, all of the things you never would even think about! They really took the time to go over all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our timeline and all the decisions that were made. They handled issues that came up with our vendors and made our wedding day go smoother than we could've imagined. Not only are they great with the logistics and execution, but they have such a calming presence as they're making things happen; it felt more like we had our friends helping us than someone just doing a job. We would highly recommend using Gatherings Reimagined for your wedding, but also for any event you are having- no matter how big or small, they will make it happen for you on time, within budget, and as beautiful as you could ever dream of. Raecca and Kris went above and beyond in every aspect! We began working with them about two months our from our wedding date, and they picked everything up so quickly and seamlessly! They were so unbelievably helpful leading up to the day with every single one of our details. They both helped our wedding day run more smoothly than I could ever imagine. I really do not know what we would have done without them. From traveling for a housecall ceremony rehearsal to sewing up the groom's pants in a pinch the morning of, they helped so much with every aspect of our wedding. Aside from the details, they were both so kind, friendly, compassionate, and patient. I cannot recommend them enough!! -

Having Gathering Reimagined was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! The team truly help made our vision come to life and everything we imagined and more! They helped us with finding the perfect vendors for the job and within our budget. I didn’t have to stress about communicating with our vendors and keeping up with contracts/paperwork, Kris and Raecca handled all of that for us. So yes, trust was a big thing, and we completely trusted them to have our backs and make sure everything was in order for our big day. Working with them was enjoyable, fun, and they truly care to make you feel special throughout the whole process! They helped us made 180 custom tequila bottles as the seating chart, and all of our signage for the wedding day. Our wedding was a two days event and they were there to make sure everything were coordinated both days! They are truly amazing and if you are concerning them to help you with your big day, don’t think, just do it! I promise you’ll be glad you did!
P.S I am Vietnamese and my husband is Hispanic, we really wanted to work with a wedding planner that can help marry the two cultures and showcase both of our traditions. The team listened to what was important to us and made sure that it was delivered. We had meetings with other wedding planners in town that was trying to steer us in ways that was easier for them to execute and not necessary what we wanted. So just be mindful of that when you are consulting with your potential wedding planner. It is YOURS big day! -

Fantastic Team!
The Gatherings Reimagined team, Kris and Raecca, are both fantastic wedding planners that did an amazing job not only getting us through the planning months leading up to our big day, but also running our actual wedding day with little to no stress on us.
To start, my husband and I didn't have much of a picture of what/how we wanted our wedding to be. Kris and Raecca were extremely patient with our vague ideas/wants and helped to gently guide us into making decisions. I think they did a great job gauging us pretty early and could tell what type of couple we were and how much they were going to have to walk us through the whole process of planning a wedding. During the middle months of planning, we decided to throw another wrench in the process by moving across the country - again Kris and Raecca were super patient and helped to make sure things didn't fall through the cracks despite us being distracted and slow to respond. They also made themselves available to get on long planning calls via Teams that could go on for 2+ hours, which were also super easy to schedule on their platform. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to think at all about coordinating. We had a wedding with about 140+ guests out in Driftwood, TX. Our planners liaised with the vendors, made sure everything was setup correctly and monitored the guests that were flowing in without bothering us while we got ready, which was amazing since all my nerves were wrapped up with the ceremony. The actual event went on without a hitch and flowed smoothly, even during the things we weren't apart of like the cocktail hour (since we were taking pictures). Also, they both made sure we were well fed they whole day and had our space to eat dinner. Raecca made sure I never had an empty glass the whole night. It was the best night we've ever had, hands down!
All in all, my husband and I think Kris and Raecca helped us pull off an amazing wedding that our friends and family raved to us about even weeks after it was over. They are fantastic at what they do, and we would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a planning service.

I have no idea where to start when it comes to RAVING about this amazing husband-wife duo! Raecca and Kris have brought nothing, but only the best throughout our planning and wedding day! They brought the wedding of our dreams to life, highlighting what is the most important to us. I met Raecca and Kris during a bridal expo in Austin back in April of 2022. Being Filipino myself, I knew who the Filipinos were in a crowd, and I think this huge similarity brought us together. ;) From the start, Raecca and Kris were so personable and excited to give their clients the best (and easiest) time planning and celebrating their big day. I knew I wanted our wedding to show traditional Filipino culture with modern elements — what better way to do this than with planners with Filipino roots. They provided venue options for us before I fully committed which brought me to a literal heaven on earth venue called Allegro Wedding and Events Venue in Dripping Springs on McGregor Lane. It was an immediate yes for me from the beginning.
Once we committed to them, they got the ball rolling for us immediately. Our vision was just as important to them as it was to us. They organized a mood board based on what we talked about, from the color theme down to what shoes the bridal party was going to wear! With the mood board, they created a shared planning worksheet to help organize our thoughts and a shared drive that kept all of our contracts in one place. They were attentive to our requests, our wants, our needs, and our concerns — truly focusing in what we have envisioned our wedding to be. They were proactive in getting the “bigger stuff” done early (venue, photographer, bar, catering vendors) which gave me the peace of mind. Knowing we have a proactive team beside us meant that they strive for the best possible outcomes and that we book early with the best vendors. They were collaborative in that they allowed me to also seek out vendor options. They advocated for us during vendor calls, always going back to our vision. When vendors didn’t work out, they stepped in and represented us in such a graceful way.
When I said I wanted to DIY some of our decor, they were nothing but supportive of it. TRUE CHEERLEADERS! When I needed help sourcing materials, they stepped in to help. When we needed help accommodating our guests, they stepped in with solutions. I want to highlight their creativity as well! They were so kind enough to provide us with a backdrop for our audio guestbook, even designed the background of our ceremony space. They found inspiration and turned it into something that made our wedding space so much better. I give them full creativity credit for our wedding reception space because they went above and beyond. When it came to shining the spotlight to my Filipino culture, they were on it. They were a resource to me when I was looking into the arras and unity cord ritual. In the weeks/days leading up to our big day, Raecca and Kris were always present. They led calls and collaborated with each vendor professionally. Their partners are just as lucky as we are to have them. During our rehearsal, they led and gave instructions to everyone clearly. During our wedding day, they worked tirelessly and cohesively with all of the vendors, coordinating the logistics and If there was a fire, they put it out right away — didn’t even notice any of it at all! They listened to any of our needs and concerns promptly. Overall, they made sure we were taken care of as well as our guests.
I only have admiration for this duo. I am so lucky to have them as my planners because they made our wedding day unique and perfect. When things felt overwhelming, Raecca provided a calming presence, Kris provided levity, and together, they provided reassurance. Everyone was so impressed with the wedding, thoroughly enjoying how engaging everything was. A lot of this couldn’t be done without the help of Raecca and Kris. We loved working with them and I can honestly say that Gatherings Reimagined holds a lot of pride and passion for their work. Salamat and mabuhay! -

Five stars? Nah, these 2 deserve a constellation!
My wedding day felt like something out of a movie, and I owe it all to these brilliant folks. We had a ball planning it together, and my friends couldn't stop marveling at how unflustered I remained throughout the entire process. The secret? Well, it's all in their scrupulous attention to detail.
Raecca and Kris run a tight ship. I can be a bit of a control freak when things aren't up to my standards, but I never had to worry about a single detail with them. My desired aesthetic evolved quite a bit throughout the course of the event. A week before the big day, I had a mini freak-out about the fonts and colors on my signs. Raecca swooped in and hand-designed new signs and menus that totally matched the final vibe I had in mind. A wedding planner who moonlights as a graphic designer? Sign me up.
It's been a month, and my usually hard-to-please family is still raving about how it was the most flawless wedding they'd ever been to. Huge thanks to Raecca and Kris for turning my dreams into reality. You guys rock! -

Working with Raecca and Kris was such a wonderful experience! They did an incredible job partnering with us throughout the planning process, provided invaluable insight during contract negotiations and did an incredible job navigating us through some sensitive situations with family members. It was great having Kris there to guide the groom, he really made sure that he felt involved in the planning.

We could not recommend hiring Kris & Raecca enough - they are lovely people who are rockstars at their jobs and quickly felt like friends after spending even just a little bit of time with them. They went above and beyond their "week of" duties and helped guide us whenever we needed some extra help, from finding a DJ and live band, to coming up with a plan to keep our guests warm when the weather started trending colder than expected. Amazing Wedding Coordinators
Raecca and Kris at Gatherings Reimagined were amazing! I felt so much better going into my big day with them as my wedding coordinators. We chatted multiple times leading up to the wedding to go over the logistics and they suggested tons of great ideas that I had not even thought of. They completely understood my vision. Raecca and Kris planned and executed the most amazing wedding day for us! The handling of all the rentals and deliveries was a lifesaver and went so smoothly. Everything was set up and gorgeous when we arrived and I didn’t have to do anything. They truly brought my vision to life and their attention to detail made the event infinitely better than anything I could have done myself. I was so happy and actually able to enjoy the day because I knew Raecca and Kris had everything under control. Everyone says having a wedding coordinator is critical, but I believe having the right wedding coordinator is a game changer. I could not have envisioned a smoother, more perfect wedding.
