Hansini’s strength is her knowledge of the Houston wedding scene and the suite of vendors that are available to you for everything - from food and DJs to home tenting to coffee carts! Additionally, Hansini and her team of coordinators are extremely adaptive and work well under pressure on the day of the events as well! We had a few unexpected issues come up but as the wedding couple we did not even notice or feel them - Hansini was quick to resolve them and make decisions on the spot based on preferences we had communicated to her. As a bride that wanted to be more involved in the planning, I was looking for a wedding coordinator for the day-of execution and vendor management (mainly to relieve my family and friends of responsibilities so that they can enjoy the weekend more). I interviewed 4 different vendors in early 2024 for my Gujarati wedding in April 2025, and ultimately signed with Hansini. Hansini was very easy to talk to (felt like I was talking a friend), has years of experience in the wedding industry, answered all of my questions and gave transparent advice. Personally, I also appreciated that she’s Gujarati and understood the complexity of a big Indian wedding.

I occasionally contacted Hansini up for vendor suggestions and guidance on my wedding planning and even though it wasn’t truly part of the coordination responsibilities, throughout my wedding planning process, she was always open to helping me out. About 2 months prior to my big day, I officially started working with Hansini and her team on a weekly basis to offload all of my planning onto her/her team to execute. She was organized in how and what to offload for her team to take on seamlessly, asked the right questions to really learn my vision, and even gave feedback/options to elevate my vision (ie suggested a violinist for one of my entrances which was such a memorable moment!).

I realized I made the BEST decision in hiring her and her team during my actual wedding weekend. Her team delivered on the timelines, managed the guests and vendors so efficiently, set up the details I’d planned for (ie. welcome boards, favors, etc), transported some vendors (and me!), and even made late-night trips to grab fresh flowers to put in my hair. I also appreciated how intentional Hansini was during the weekend to ensure she had one of her team members by my side to grab food for me and keep me hydrated because the time seems to fly by even faster that weekend and I hardly had time to think of myself.

The biggest blessing of having her on my team came to light when my outdoor wedding had to be shifted indoors and I didn’t have a full-flushed plan for her team to execute on. Hansini stepped in and immediately led the charge to rework the plans with all of the necessary vendors to ensure my vision would still come to light.
