We planned our Austin wedding from New York, which meant we came into the process with a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, but also a very strong awareness that we “didn’t know what we didn’t know.” Lindsay came highly recommended by some of our other vendors, and she ended up being exactly the person we needed. The monthly Zooms were a huge part of keeping us sane: they gave us a regular opportunity to ask questions, make decisions, and generally be reassured that we didn’t have significant blind spots as we got closer to the big day. Her spreadsheets and resources were also extremely helpful for all of the little logistical stuff that you simply don't know how to do until you have planned a wedding before. She has great taste, is extremely practical, and is basically game for whatever weird logistical problem you throw at her. We were coming in from out of town and she even let us ship things to her in the days before the wedding, which was just one of many little ways she made the whole process easier.
The biggest thing I would say about Lindsay, though, is that she has an amazing vibe. There was never a sense that we needed to worry because Lindsay was worrying about it, but without making us feel like things were happening behind the scenes that we didn't understand. And then on the actual wedding day, everything just… happened. We had zero hitches, or more accurately, if we did (let’s be real, surely we did), we never heard about them because they were presumably solved without our input, knowing what we would have wanted. The day of the wedding was spent getting ready with friends and laughing rather than nervously making sure things were happening. Multiple guests independently commented afterward about how seamless and stress-free the wedding felt. We even had a somewhat unusual setup where we did a receiving line immediately after the ceremony and then transitioned into cocktail hour. It was hot, and some people inevitably had to wait a little while to get through the line and take their picture, but Lindsay made sure people had drinks and appetizers while they lined up. This made the whole thing feel intentional rather than like people were standing around waiting - so smart!
On a personal note, Lindsay is just a wonderful person. We were lucky enough to get to know her husband Román as well, and they are both lovely people who made the whole experience more fun. A wedding coordinator's job is ostensibly about timelines and spreadsheets and vendor wrangling, but an underrated part of it is also about how they make the couple feel during the process, and we always felt like we were in very good hands with Lindsay. If you're considering 22 Weddings and their offerings make sense for your wedding, I would absolutely recommend talking to Lindsay. Hiring her was one of the key decisions that made the whole wedding-planning experience feel less insane.

Absolutely the BEST wedding coordinator I could've asked for. I recently got married in May 2026 and had the best day of my life, thanks to many people, but especially Lindsay! She went above and beyond, was so helpful, and I just genuinely enjoyed having her there with me and my best friends on our wedding day. Could not recommend her enough!!!!!

We hired 22 Weddings to help plan my daughter's wedding at The Line in Austin. Working with Lindsay was amazing! Being that I was trying to plan it long distance (from Boston) and my daughter's work schedule, I didn't know how we'd do it or where to begin. Lindsay was wonderful in keeping us on schedule, on track, and on budget with what we wanted. She understood the vibe my daughter was going for and gave us several options for all of the vendors. She had great relationships with many of the photographers, musicians, etc.we were looking at, and she was instrumental in helping us narrow down who was right for us.
The day of the wedding, she was so on top of keeping things organized. We didn't have to concern ourselves with the details.

More than anything, she kept me (and my daughter) calm and sane during this whole process! She was so kind, lovely and easy to talk to on a personal and professional level. I would highly recommend Lindsay and 22 Weddings for planning anyone's wedding or special event.

Lindsay was amazing to work with! I was engaged for 2 years and brought her on very early in the wedding planning process. She was someone I was able to bounce ideas off of and she would give me great advice. She also was there as a friend to calm any nerves or just listen to me vent. She also stepped in to stand up for what I wanted as she understood me! The day of ran so smoothly. Lindsay was an incredible wedding coordinator! She was an amazing resource throughout the entire planning process—knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to answer our many random questions. In the days leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond, helping with everything from designing and printing signs to picking up the wedding dress and cake, and coordinating all the final details with our vendors.

She’s incredibly organized and pays attention to every detail. On the wedding day, for example, she noticed that the drapes one vendor was hanging were wrinkled and immediately had someone run out to grab a steamer to make sure they looked perfect.

Because of Lindsay, the day of our wedding was completely stress-free. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves—she had everything 100% handled. It made the day effortless and so much fun.

Lindsay is absolutely everything we ever wanted out of a coordinator and so much more. Exceptional service and quality, and she helped us navigate where we should be expending $$ and energy. She is experienced, pragmatic, positive while telling it like it is, and just *gets it*. This made it feel super effortless to plan and prepare for our day and completely relinquish control knowing we were in good hands with her and her assistant. She went above and beyond - from wrangling a 20 person surprise lion dance crew to picking up last minute signage for us. I am honestly sad that our time is over. Lindsay helped distilled the overwhelming amount of decisions into a digestible and easy to follow “project plan” with decision dates, dependencies and who’s on point. This was SO helpful! It allowed my wife and I to focus where we needed to and not get overwhelmed with all the necessary details so we could have a life/enjoy our engagement while wedding planning.

Lindsay has deep knowledge and experience in the wedding industry and has the ability to listen to who you are, what you are wanting, and make that vision come to life. My wife and I didn’t have a set plan of exactly what we wanted, but we knew the general “vibe” we wanted. Lindsay was very detailed, asked questions, brought us options and made the “vibe” a reality. Also, this was no small feat as the “vibe” entailed a non-traditional, destination wedding where one partner has a keen aesthetic eye and the other had some more “creative” requests for the day of.

Lastly and certainly not least, Lindsay is simply an amazing human. While working with her, my wife and I could tell that she truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and knew how to get us there. On the big day, I had a bit of nervous jitters but felt reassured when I saw Lindsay come around the corner with her trusty clipboard. She is truly a master of her craft and cares deeply that her clients have the best experience and best day.

If I could give advice to any bride it would be to work with Lindsay. From day 1 she made me feel so supported, inspired, and comfortable. I’m truly so obsessed with Lindsay, I would trust her with my life! She not only made all my dreams come true by being in-tune with my vision and vibe, but she became my friend, emotional support, and biggest cheerleader. I looked forward to each of my meetings with Lindsay— She is so genuinely kind and made me feel like I was her only client. She was impeccably organized and prepared for every call, always being 10 steps ahead. She managed communication and coordination with all of my vendors, ensuring everyone knew what to do, where to be, what time to be there, and that there would be zero problems. Each of my other vendors absolutely adored Lindsay as much as I did, and the same was felt by everyone in my family and bridal party.

I let Lindsay take control of most of the design work for my wedding. The last thing I wanted to do was spend time combing through options and deciding each detail (I’m a type B bride). I put my full trust in Lindsay to make the best design decisions for me and my space, all within my budget. She did an incredible job creating all my signage beautifully and spot-on with the vibe I was going for. I gave her little direction when it came to my florals other than I wanted it to look full. My jaw dropped when I saw the way she set up my ceremony and reception space. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like a magical flower wonderland. I can’t even count the number of people who commented on how amazing it looked.

On the days leading up to my wedding she helped me de-stress, reassuring me that it would be perfect and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about other than focusing on the love between me and my groom. Her calm nature and positive personality was exactly what a bride needs while preparing for the biggest day of their life.

On my wedding day, seeing her face immediately helped wash away some of the nerves I was feeling. She was there for me when I needed her by my side and yet at the same time was totally unseen working her magic like a wedding wizard.

Lindsay managed the schedule so perfectly, I never once had to wonder if I was OK on time, or if I needed to do anything because I knew she had it covered. I received several compliments from everyone in my bridal party about how organized and brilliant Lindsay was.

Me and my husband ended the best night of our lives smiling from ear to ear and full of gratitude for what Lindsay helped us accomplish. I continue to hear my now husband say “I can’t believe how perfect our wedding was.. it went off without a hitch!”
