Lindsay was an incredible wedding coordinator! She was an amazing resource throughout the entire planning process—knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to answer our many random questions. In the days leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond, helping with everything from designing and printing signs to picking up the wedding dress and cake, and coordinating all the final details with our vendors.

She’s incredibly organized and pays attention to every detail. On the wedding day, for example, she noticed that the drapes one vendor was hanging were wrinkled and immediately had someone run out to grab a steamer to make sure they looked perfect.

Because of Lindsay, the day of our wedding was completely stress-free. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves—she had everything 100% handled. It made the day effortless and so much fun.

Lindsay is absolutely everything we ever wanted out of a coordinator and so much more. Exceptional service and quality, and she helped us navigate where we should be expending $$ and energy. She is experienced, pragmatic, positive while telling it like it is, and just *gets it*. This made it feel super effortless to plan and prepare for our day and completely relinquish control knowing we were in good hands with her and her assistant. She went above and beyond - from wrangling a 20 person surprise lion dance crew to picking up last minute signage for us. I am honestly sad that our time is over. Lindsay helped distilled the overwhelming amount of decisions into a digestible and easy to follow “project plan” with decision dates, dependencies and who’s on point. This was SO helpful! It allowed my wife and I to focus where we needed to and not get overwhelmed with all the necessary details so we could have a life/enjoy our engagement while wedding planning.

Lindsay has deep knowledge and experience in the wedding industry and has the ability to listen to who you are, what you are wanting, and make that vision come to life. My wife and I didn’t have a set plan of exactly what we wanted, but we knew the general “vibe” we wanted. Lindsay was very detailed, asked questions, brought us options and made the “vibe” a reality. Also, this was no small feat as the “vibe” entailed a non-traditional, destination wedding where one partner has a keen aesthetic eye and the other had some more “creative” requests for the day of.

Lastly and certainly not least, Lindsay is simply an amazing human. While working with her, my wife and I could tell that she truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and knew how to get us there. On the big day, I had a bit of nervous jitters but felt reassured when I saw Lindsay come around the corner with her trusty clipboard. She is truly a master of her craft and cares deeply that her clients have the best experience and best day.

If I could give advice to any bride it would be to work with Lindsay. From day 1 she made me feel so supported, inspired, and comfortable. I’m truly so obsessed with Lindsay, I would trust her with my life! She not only made all my dreams come true by being in-tune with my vision and vibe, but she became my friend, emotional support, and biggest cheerleader. I looked forward to each of my meetings with Lindsay— She is so genuinely kind and made me feel like I was her only client. She was impeccably organized and prepared for every call, always being 10 steps ahead. She managed communication and coordination with all of my vendors, ensuring everyone knew what to do, where to be, what time to be there, and that there would be zero problems. Each of my other vendors absolutely adored Lindsay as much as I did, and the same was felt by everyone in my family and bridal party.

I let Lindsay take control of most of the design work for my wedding. The last thing I wanted to do was spend time combing through options and deciding each detail (I’m a type B bride). I put my full trust in Lindsay to make the best design decisions for me and my space, all within my budget. She did an incredible job creating all my signage beautifully and spot-on with the vibe I was going for. I gave her little direction when it came to my florals other than I wanted it to look full. My jaw dropped when I saw the way she set up my ceremony and reception space. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like a magical flower wonderland. I can’t even count the number of people who commented on how amazing it looked.

On the days leading up to my wedding she helped me de-stress, reassuring me that it would be perfect and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about other than focusing on the love between me and my groom. Her calm nature and positive personality was exactly what a bride needs while preparing for the biggest day of their life.

On my wedding day, seeing her face immediately helped wash away some of the nerves I was feeling. She was there for me when I needed her by my side and yet at the same time was totally unseen working her magic like a wedding wizard.

Lindsay managed the schedule so perfectly, I never once had to wonder if I was OK on time, or if I needed to do anything because I knew she had it covered. I received several compliments from everyone in my bridal party about how organized and brilliant Lindsay was.

Me and my husband ended the best night of our lives smiling from ear to ear and full of gratitude for what Lindsay helped us accomplish. I continue to hear my now husband say “I can’t believe how perfect our wedding was.. it went off without a hitch!”

So if you’ve made it to the end of my sappy review, I hope you don’t pass up the opportunity to work with Lindsay. I would go back and do it all again with her in a heart beat :)
