Lindsay was an incredible wedding coordinator! She was an amazing resource throughout the entire planning process—knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to answer our many random questions. In the days leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond, helping with everything from designing and printing signs to picking up the wedding dress and cake, and coordinating all the final details with our vendors.
She’s incredibly organized and pays attention to every detail. On the wedding day, for example, she noticed that the drapes one vendor was hanging were wrinkled and immediately had someone run out to grab a steamer to make sure they looked perfect.
Because of Lindsay, the day of our wedding was completely stress-free. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves—she had everything 100% handled. It made the day effortless and so much fun.
We can’t recommend Lindsay highly enough—she’s truly exceptional! -

Lindsay is absolutely everything we ever wanted out of a coordinator and so much more. Exceptional service and quality, and she helped us navigate where we should be expending $$ and energy. She is experienced, pragmatic, positive while telling it like it is, and just *gets it*. This made it feel super effortless to plan and prepare for our day and completely relinquish control knowing we were in good hands with her and her assistant. She went above and beyond - from wrangling a 20 person surprise lion dance crew to picking up last minute signage for us. I am honestly sad that our time is over. She ensure our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Do not hesitate to book!! -

If I could give advice to any bride it would be to work with Lindsay. From day 1 she made me feel so supported, inspired, and comfortable. I’m truly so obsessed with Lindsay, I would trust her with my life! She not only made all my dreams come true by being in-tune with my vision and vibe, but she became my friend, emotional support, and biggest cheerleader. I looked forward to each of my meetings with Lindsay— She is so genuinely kind and made me feel like I was her only client. She was impeccably organized and prepared for every call, always being 10 steps ahead. She managed communication and coordination with all of my vendors, ensuring everyone knew what to do, where to be, what time to be there, and that there would be zero problems. Each of my other vendors absolutely adored Lindsay as much as I did, and the same was felt by everyone in my family and bridal party.
I let Lindsay take control of most of the design work for my wedding. The last thing I wanted to do was spend time combing through options and deciding each detail (I’m a type B bride). I put my full trust in Lindsay to make the best design decisions for me and my space, all within my budget. She did an incredible job creating all my signage beautifully and spot-on with the vibe I was going for. I gave her little direction when it came to my florals other than I wanted it to look full. My jaw dropped when I saw the way she set up my ceremony and reception space. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like a magical flower wonderland. I can’t even count the number of people who commented on how amazing it looked.
On the days leading up to my wedding she helped me de-stress, reassuring me that it would be perfect and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about other than focusing on the love between me and my groom. Her calm nature and positive personality was exactly what a bride needs while preparing for the biggest day of their life.
On my wedding day, seeing her face immediately helped wash away some of the nerves I was feeling. She was there for me when I needed her by my side and yet at the same time was totally unseen working her magic like a wedding wizard.
Lindsay managed the schedule so perfectly, I never once had to wonder if I was OK on time, or if I needed to do anything because I knew she had it covered. I received several compliments from everyone in my bridal party about how organized and brilliant Lindsay was.
Me and my husband ended the best night of our lives smiling from ear to ear and full of gratitude for what Lindsay helped us accomplish. I continue to hear my now husband say “I can’t believe how perfect our wedding was.. it went off without a hitch!”
So if you’ve made it to the end of my sappy review, I hope you don’t pass up the opportunity to work with Lindsay. I would go back and do it all again with her in a heart beat :)

We are so grateful to have had Lindsay as our wedding coordinator! From the start, she was friendly, laid-back, and easy to work with—but don't be fooled, she’s also on top of every detail. We hired her for her "Wedding Day Management" service as we were keeping our wedding pretty simple, and she exceeded our expectations. She was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and review contracts, making us feel confident in our decisions.

Best wedding planner ever
Lindsay was the best wedding planner I could have possibly asked for. Lindsay made everything easy for us and took care of so many things I couldn’t have possibly managed myself. She is organized and on time with all steps of the planning process. She has great relationships with venues and vendors in the Austin area that made things run even more smoothly. Lindsay found fantastic vendors for even my obscure requests - a cake made of cheese, disco ball decor and face painters. On our wedding day I was able to relax and enjoy myself while worrying about nothing because Lindsay had it taken care of. Everything turned out perfect. -

Lindsay is so personable, easy to talk to, organized, and fun! She made the day absolutely seamless and I felt so prepared going into our wedding day. We truly didn’t need to lift a finger the day of! It was magical. I absolutely recommend Lindsay. Once we chose our venue we felt overwhelmed with all of the planning and logistics. We brought in Lindsay and she helped guide us through the process by putting a framework and timeline to everything. We were able build up to the wedding day with Lindsay's guidance and we felt completely prepared. Having her on our side let us enjoy the wedding planning, and most importantly we loved our big day. Lindsay isn't only a great planner but now we have great friends for life with her and Roman. -

Oh Lindsay, how do I count the ways in she is a wedding maven!? Here's 5. Hiring Lindsay is basically like giving your wedding a Xanax without the pill. She is the most empathetic professional I have met, and she is cool as a cucumber. She can maintain such an easy presence that you can only relax in, because she KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING. We loved every meeting with her and our wedding went off without a hitch! She's a fabulous planner, creative and responsive. She's simply the best. -

Lindsay with 22 Weddings is the best!
From the very first call, we knew this was our perfect match thanks to Lindsay's blend of positivity, calm & collected vibes, and a "get stuff done" ability like no other. Lindsay went above and beyond during the entire process because she just generally cares about doing great work and making sure her couples are confident, happy and calm. On the day of our wedding, holy moly! Lindsay & Roman worked our set up (in the rain) as if they were 10 people, they put out metaphorical fires (and helped start literal fires when we needed fireplaces lit), made sure we were totally taken care of, kept us on track and on time, and so much more. My husband and I are so happy that we found 22 Weddings and even more lucky that now we have two new friends! Def recommend booking! -

10/10 would get married again just to work with Lindsay!
Lindsay is the absolute best! She came recommended to us by word of mouth and totally lived up to the hype, we recommend her to all our engaged friends… and now you! She helped us plan a 2-day multicultural wedding (one day being habesha!!) this past summer, and we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. The days went off without a hitch, or at least none that we noticed at the time (because of Lindsay!). She provided design suggestions, scheduling guidance, institutional knowledge, quick responses, endless laughs… I wish she could just live with us and help out with every day life! 10/10 ✨ -

Working with 22 Weddings & Events was the best decision we made (right next to saying yes to getting married of course!). Talk about a company that goes above and beyond, this team did it and did it with a smile. We were fortunate to work with the Chief Chaos Coordinator extraordinaire- Lindsay. It is clear that Lindsay loves what she does and cares about ensuring that people have an amazing experience that is uniquely theirs- plus she is dang good at it! Thanks to her excellent organizational skills everything was seamless from our first meeting to discuss our vision to the entire wedding day. Her positive, confident, and calm attitude has to be contagious. I instantly felt all the stress of planning this big day melt away as we talked for the first time, just weeks before the big day (yes, I am usually an "I can do it myself" person and put off asking for help). She thought of so many details we would have not considered had it not been for her and she always had a helpful suggestion that fit our style anywhere we asked for guidance - from songs, to timing of activities, to layout - you name it, she knows it.
As an organization nerd myself, I loved how everything was kept in a shared spreadsheet for full visibility on what we still needed to do and the run of the day.
As for our wedding day, things could not have run more smoothly. Lindsay and Román were there every step of the way, keeping things on schedule, working with our vendors, and anticipating needs. Though we did not have a DJ, she went out of her way to make sure we had a sound system to make announcements and toasts. Román even made a store run when we ran out of a popular drink! Plus he was quick to lend a hand (and a shoulder) to help one of my friends get the perfect hay bale picture.
My husband and I and our guests had so much fun and were impressed with everything. It really was the day of our dreams come to life - without an ounce of stress! There is no way this wedding would have even been half as amazing without all the hard work and experience from Lindsay! If you're getting married or planning a big event, hiring 22 Weddings & Events is a decision you will be forever grateful for. -

Lindsay was the most wonderful wedding coordinator! I hired her for "Wedding Day Management" and she went above and beyond day of. She answered all my questions and provided vendor recommendations prior to the month of. On the day of she was calm and organized! I knew I didn't have to worry about anything because of her. She is so kind, professional and knowledgable. I cannot recommend Lindsay enough if you are looking for someone to help make your wedding wonderful! -

EXCELLENT Day of Coordinator Experience
We hired Lindsay Edgar and Roman as our "Day of Coordinators" for our small Austin, TX wedding. We had the BEST experience with both of them. Even though a small wedding, there are still a LOT of moving parts which requires the experience of a professional.
Lindsay and Roman really stepped up and impressed us all. They made the entire day stress free, made sure all logistics were taken care of and on time, and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty to make the night perfect. They were patient, kind, professional, and took the initiative to make sure there was a happy bride and overall successful wedding day/night.
I would recommend both Lindsay and Roman for any size wedding! We would not have had such a smooth and worry-free night without their professional help. Great experience throughout the whole process! -

One of the Best Decisions I Made
Lindsay was our wedding coordinator back in May 2016 in Austin, TX. Other than marrying my husband, hiring her for the big day was one of the best decisions I made. Your wedding day is chaotic, and you need someone you trust like Lindsay to coordinate all the major milestones that you would normally forget or rather not deal with. From cueing the alter music, cutting the cake, handling belligerent guests, gathering groups for pictures, passing out champagne for toasts, and on, she kept us organized and on track. We all had a wonderful time and made beautiful memories thanks to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a day-of planner! -

This was the second time I have been Mother of the Bride and I didn't realize until my daughter made the mistake of hiring Lindsay how awesome the first coordinator was. Lindsay left the wedding ceremony early for the reception leaving the photos for wedding party floundering. The bridal party had to organize the shots. I found it shocking.
Reception? Lindsay made the decision to place the cake on a table right in front of a window where the sun was shining through on a 96 degree day. The icing on the cake (which was refrigerated and should have lasted six hours under normal conditions per the wedding cake vendor, Alba Cakes), melted and the cake sagged to the side: the cake topper slid off, decapitating the bride and groom to the horror of my daughter and her new husband. They had to throw away the cake topper they had spent hours picking out with my assistance. Further, the newlyweds had bought koozies to be placed as favors on the tables at the place settings for the guests. Lindsay did not do it. She put a few at the bar and the bartenders did not hand them out. Instead, she spent much of the evening ironically sitting right next to the abandoned koozies in the bridal suite. She hung out in the bridal suite with her friend, eating and relaxing, and ignoring the festivities she was supposed to be managing. I was shocked at everything that went wrong. Why did our wedding coordinator abandon her duties? My opinion of Lindsay’s work is reflected in the ratings I gave her. I believe if she hadn’t neglected the photo session, the cake, the party favors and the reception, things would have gone more smoothly and it would have been a much happier evening for us. We were extremely disappointed. -
