As soon as I saw pictures of Aquafuzion's work, I knew I had to have them do the florals for my wedding! I fell in love with their style, and fell even more in love after talking with Beverley about our wedding vision. She immediately understood what I was looking for, and was excited to work with us. Since she's the professional, and I'm not, I showed her some inspiration pictures and asked her to do her thing to bring my vision to life. The day of the wedding when I saw how everything came together, I wanted to cry I was so happy! Everything looked even better than I could have imagined. Recommended to us by our harpist Carol Tatum, Michelle Tu of Aquafuzion saved the day! After a traumatic experience with previous wedding planner Michelle of Mele Amore, we did not want to embarrass ourselves further (in working on our wedding with The Ritz-Carlton) by selecting a second rate wedding coordinator.

Aquafuzion was able to assign us a coordinator within the same day that they called us back, and arrange an in-person meeting just 2 days later---unlike Michelle Groom from Mele Amore, who refused even one Skype session when we were her distance clients from Boston with a 6-hr time difference.

After meeting Michelle Tu from Aquafuzion in person at The Ritz-Carlton menu tasting session in California on our visit there in March, we were already confident that we were making a better choice going with Aquafuzion's coordination services. We are glad to say now that we were not wrong after all, because:

1) Michelle Tu of Aquafuzion responded to all our calls and emails within 24 hours, unlike Michelle Groom of Mele Amore who took days, even weeks to get back to us---time we did not have with only 4 months to plan our wedding.

2) Aquafuzion helped us secure a floral budget that was only half the price of what Mele Amore was able to achieve.

3) Aquafuzion executed our wedding according to plan, keeping vendors and the bridal party together and well-fed, and even managing to secure time for us to eat!

4) Aquafuzion went out of their way to meet our needs, including: providing lemons to wash tea cups with for our Tea Ceremony, dressing the wedding cake with 30 paper butterflies, helping to stick individual labels on to ~100 seats for our lawn ceremony, carrying our bridal party's items up to the bridal suite for us, being patient with numerous last minute layout changes requested by family, and so much more...
