Hiring Brenda was the best decision I made when planning our wedding. I hired her nearly a year before our wedding and she helped with every single detail, making it as stress free for us as possible. Brenda responded quickly to every single question I had for her and she took my vision and made it a million times better than I ever could have imagined. Every vendor she recommended did an amazing job. Brenda put so much thought into every aspect of the wedding, all our guests were amazed by all the little details she included. I can't even express how thankful we are for everything she did for us.

We actually won Brenda's day of services as part of a prize package, and she was terrific. We actually weren't planning on having dayof coordination but now I would heartily recommend it to any bride. What a pleasure it was to show up to the ceremony knowing everything was taken care of and to leave at the end without breaking things down!

I just moved here from Canada, moved into a new home, had to adjust to the NAVY WIFE LIFE and plan a wedding in 60 days. I found Brenda on Wedding Wire, checked her website and her reviews and met with her. 2 weeks later hubby came back from deployment and we met again and hubby approved.

Brenda made our Wedding Dreams come true. She went above and beyond everything we could have asked for. The only way we can explain is by telling you everything!!! LOL I asked for a DIVA PRINCESS wedding with dark red/gold turtle theme. I wanted things to pop but also be classic as well, what a request right?!?!??! We originally had everyone in La Mesa, Ceremony in La Jolla and Reception in Newport Beach and b/c of this we would have gone way over budget so Brenda figured out a way to still have a beautiful Ceremony & Reception all in the OC area instead. From that day forward, we put our whole wedding in her hands. We pretty much said "here is our budget.............. WE TRUST YOU" From decorations, flowers, ceremony music, transporation etc. she did it all. All we had to do was say Yes and NO ( well mostly Yes) Sometimes, it's the wedding planner's job to say NO when you are going over budget but her NO's didn't feel negative in anyway as she was trying to help us and we greatly appreciated it.

To keep our budget under, Brenda was a big fan of DIY. I think parts of your wedding should be DIY it gives it a personal touch. All paper ( favor tags, place cards, program ), wedding favour Cake Pops, and cookies were all done by myself and friends. Ceremony and Reception decorations were done by Brenda for a small fee. If it wasn't for Brenda I would have spent $100's of dollars on these things. She even got me turtle candles and decorations for the ceremony. Our reception was on Electra Cruises and they had their own Wedding Day Co-ordinator but Brenda still came with us to finalize the reception and evern helped out at the reception and she didn't even have to.

Jeff, her son was awesome. He communicated with us through out the day if Brenda was busy and assited my whole wedding party with any of their needs. Jeff thank you for emptying those sand vials!!!! So sweet of him to help her out and be so attentive on our wedding day. He needs a raise Brenda!!!!

If you are looking for someone who is NOT the "cookie cutter" type wedding planner, BRENDA is the one for you. She doesn't over price, (but I think with her work she should LOL) and she will always respond to any calls, emails and text in a timely manner. She actually CARES about your wedding and WANTS all your dreams to come true.

Brenda is truly AMAZING!! My husband's first impression of her was a very reliable and helpful aunt. I don't know how we could have pulled it off without her. She is extremely polite and professional. However, she was stern enough to handle our slightly rowdy and very fun loving wedding party! She took care of EVERYTHING! I was a very DIY bride so we used silk flowers for everything. Hubby, family, and I made all the decorations - from the centerpieces to the candy buffet to the table numbers. She set EVERYTHING up perfectly! Our wedding turned out better than we expected because of Brenda. :)

Brenda even went the extra mile AFTER our wedding to iron out a head count hiccup with our venue!

Brenda was a major life saver when it comes to my wedding. She definitely went above and beyond! I only hired her to be a day of coordinator but she did so much more. She asked vendors questions that I would have never thought of. She made sure that everything was perfect!! If there were any problems, they were unknown to me which is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want any worries for me or anyone else. She worked with me while I was deployed overseas and stuck with me for two different dates since the military interfered with the first. Everything that she put together was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't imagine using anyone else!

Brenda did aa great job helping with our wedding planning. She Helped me have a very carefree wedding which made my wedding so wonderful. She helped me finish a lot of the last minute details like place cards and setting everything up. Brenda coordinated with all of my vendors and had a typed itinerary for every person involved in the wedding. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. I highly recommend Moments of Magic for wedding planning!

We thought we could handle it all, but finally gave in and hired Brenda as our coordinator. BEST decision we ever made! We are so glad we had Brenda there to give us her outstanding advice! We highly recommend Brenda and Moments of Magic.

No one is perfect and it may be very hard to believe but this planner did a very great job with our wedding and we would recommend her to any and everyone in need of a planner.

My wedding was a destination wedding in Joshua Tree, and we could not have had such a beautiful event without Brenda. Her ability to take a negative weather situation and turn it into a blessing. She was able, on the turn of a dime, to take an old sleeping room in an inn and turn it into a beautiful banquet room that felt like it was meant to be.

And all our vendors kept raving about how much they loved her, which made me feel even more at ease than I already was.

I have never met anyone more organized than Brenda. Any time I called her with a question, she knew exactly where we were in all the planning stages and what the next step was….along with the deadline!! She was professional to work with, but also fun and always had me laughing. That was priceless!

Moments of Magic was instrumental in locating my venue. They provided local vendors in the area to work with that made it easier to get vital items to make the event memorable. My guests were pleased and many remarked that they had never been to more remarkable wedding.

I will not recommend Brenda - the wedding coordinator for being so lousy, very disorganized & unprofessional the way she handled this wedding event. She delayed the wedding for one hour and let the whole entire wedding guests waiting. The cords, veil and coins were not available before the ceremony started by forgetting that she had them. Her personal appearance and attire was so unappropriate for a formal wedding. She look so sloppy & dirty. We can post her pictures for public viewing.
