I apologize for the delay in writing this review; I tend to procrastinate when overwhelmed, which is precisely why Jessica was such an incredible asset throughout our wedding planning process. From our very first call, Jessica's amazing energy was palpable, and I knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. I even joked with my partner, "Can we be friends with her??"

Jessica began assisting us in winter 2019, and shortly after, when COVID-19 brought the world to a halt, her support became invaluable. She expertly helped us manage our next steps with our already booked vendors. We faced particular challenges with one vendor over postponement and potential cancellation issues, and Jessica stood by us every step of the way.

When we finally decided to proceed with our wedding in 2022, Jessica effortlessly picked up where we left off and regained the momentum. Although we hired her for partial planning and design, she consistently went beyond the expected scope. Her communication was clear and transparent, and she was incredibly adept at aligning our desires with our budget. One of the aspects I most appreciated about Jessica was her creative direction. I bombarded her with a myriad of ideas about how I envisioned our wedding, and she not only listened but managed to integrate all my suggestions into something truly spectacular. To this day, I still receive compliments on how beautiful everything turned out.

On the day of the wedding, Jessica ensured everything ran smoothly—any issues that arose were handled so seamlessly that I was blissfully unaware of them.

Jessica served as our planner and designer for our recent wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. She was the utmost professional, quick to respond to all of my emails and phone calls, and a joy to work with! She brought my vision to life and was there whenever I needed anything at all. She was a lifesaver in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding, as there were details I know I’d never have even thought about but for her flagging them for us. Seriously – hire her! Jessica was an essential part of our wedding, from start to finish. Our first call with her sealed the deal! We love her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. She is an excellent listener and makes sure she has a full understanding of what you envision for your wedding day. If you don’t know what you want, she will ask the right questions so you figure out your vision.

During the planning process, she was our counselor, negotiator, hypewoman, and oftentimes - therapist. Her kindness and down to earth nature really helped guide us through the intensity of planning. It’s inevitable that drama occurs during the process, and we were so grateful Jessica had our back on all fronts. She is someone you 100% need on your team.

Our wedding day was perfect, and we got so many compliments regarding not just the beautiful wedding, but compliments for Jessica herself! Several of our wedding party mentioned that they would have loved to hire her for their weddings. She was a beacon of calm and serene (on the outside :P) during the crazy hectic day and made sure we were our own priority, which is a difficult task when everyone wants your attention!

Thank you for taking care of us Jessica - my only regret is that I only plan to be married once, otherwise, I’d get to work with her again and again. Run, do not walk, to get Jessica on board for your wedding! Xo, Max + Myan.

I like that she uses aisle planner, it helped me keep organized & on track with payments & my to-do list. You can also upload your guests so that also makes it simple to keep track of everyone attending. Jessica not only turned my vision into reality, but she also took on all the responsibilities & stresses of wedding planning. I can honestly say I had the BEST wedding planning experience & seriously, all thanks to Jessica! I am forever grateful. She definitely played a huge role in it & we cannot thank her enough.

Jessica with Plan Prep Party is simply the best! Where can we start with how incredible she is? We met Jessica in March of 2019 and immediately we knew she was the perfect fit for planning our wedding. Every single detail and idea was incredibly thoughtful and exactly what we needed. THANK YOU for ALL you have done for us over the last couple years. You have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. You were always responsive. You always provided your best advice, yet you were more than happy to proceed however we wanted. You always had our back when it came to disputes with venders, even though it was very rare given your amazingly kind and friendly personality. Bottom line, you always got the job done, and done right. I can go on and on about how our perfect, albeit unconventional, wedding was almost entirely because of you and all your amazing qualities, including your creativeness to make the house-venue perfect.

Anyone lucky enough to have you in their life - whether as a wedding planner or daughter (the devotion to your father is absolutely heartwarming) - is extremely blessed.

I literally could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, largely because of hiring Jessica with Plan Prep Party to be my wedding coordinator. I was looking forward to planning my wedding and picking some details, but Jessica thought of literally everything and was so prepared to help make my vision a reality. She helped make every single part of my day seamless and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best day of my life. She was so easy to work with, great at communication, great at working with my vendors, recommended vendors to work with, thought of things I completely forgot about, and she was amazing with my family and wedding guests. Words can not express how impressed my husband and I enjoyed working with Jess. She has a calming presence and is the most efficient person we have ever met.
