Supreeta was our day-of wedding coordinator in October 2023, and she helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Supreeta was an amazing source of knowledge. She asked our vendors questions that I would never have thought to ask myself. When my fiance and I were trying to make a decision about something, she offered several different excellent suggestions to make sure that we had the day that we wanted. Supreeta has a very calming but confident energy, which helped ease our nerves but also get us excited for each step of the day. When one of our other vendors acted rude to other vendors, she handled the issue professionally without involving us on our special day. I can’t imagine how different the day would have been if Supreeta had not been there. I’m so grateful that Supreeta was our day-of wedding coordinator, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Supreeta was our planner for our 250 person Indian American fusion wedding. She was absolutely incredible and I would suggest her to anyone who needs a wedding planner. We reached out for her help when we were 4 months away from our wedding and frankly, not far enough along. She was extremely helpful in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and keeping us on track. When it came to “designing” our wedding, we wanted to have a wedding which both represented my Punjabi heritage but also felt inclusive to my wife’s family. Supreeta was extremely knowledgeable about customs across different Indian cultures and helped us make adjustments to make the day feel fun, inclusive and approachable to our guests. In the final week, we had a few changes and Supreeta didn’t sweat once and took care of it. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff made sure everything happened perfectly while we had a great time. We vibed with Supreeta’s chill demeanor and would strongly recommend working with her to plan your wedding.

I get emotional thinking about how amazing supreeta was for both of our weddings. To give a background, we had originally planned to have two ceremonies, an Indian ceremony and reception and Catholic ceremony all in one day. Due to covid, we had to split our ceremonies into two different events.

The entire time, through the emotional roller coasters covid caused with our planning, supreeta was there. She truly cares about her couples and I cannot imagine both of our wedding days without her. When we had to split our events, Supreeta was understanding and without hesitation set another date for us.

On actual wedding days, she made me, as the bride, sooooo comfortable. As brides, it’s hard to keep track of so many things. She made sure I ate, was comfortable, and happy with the way things were going.

To me, the small details in a vendor really matter. When Supreeta and I first met, I knew instantly felt like I could trust her , not only as a wedding planner, but as a friend. She was patient, kind, and down to earth. I will never forget, and it still gives me goosebumps, when the doors first opened when I was ready to walk down the aisle for the very first time, Supreeta was so attentive and caring when I first got out of the limo. She asked “are you ready to this thing?!” and I responded “YES!” and she opened the door where I saw my groom at the end of the aisle. A small detail that will forever live in my heart.

On my Indian wedding day, Supreeta was SO awesome. Again, she made sure I ate, was comfortable and happy. She had everything running so smoothly and swiftly, I cannot thank her enough for everything she’s done for us.

Supreeta at Sweet Love Designs did an absolutely amazing job helping to plan our wedding. My now wife and I worked with Supreeta to plan a fusion Indian wedding, and we couldn't have done it without her. She understood our vision from the beginning and helped us in every aspect from finding vendors to the timeline to general advice and all details in between. Her knowledge of the industry and experience with local vendors was extremely valuable, and in the end, her ideas saved us a lot of time and money.

We initially signed on Supreeta for a few monthly phone calls and then the full coordinating service 2 months prior to the wedding. It was great for us as she helped keep us on track early and her calmness and organization in every meeting helped keep us from getting overwhelmed and stressed. She was always so organized and made sure we didn't overlook anything. When we finally got to 2 months, she was very prepared and hit the ground running to close out our last details.

Throughout the whole process, Supreeta treated us more as friends than as clients. This became even more clear when we had to cancel our wedding last minute due to Covid, she immediately jumped in to help. We had to do a full 180 and turn our big wedding into a 5 person elopement, and it speaks volumes that we were thrilled to have Supreeta be our witness.

Supreeta @ Sweet Love Designs was the coordinator for a hectic two days of our pre-wedding events including our mehendi night, pujas, and Sangeet night and she did a spectacular job. We decided to start our coordination services two months prior to our events, which worked out well for us given we had already selected our venue and vendors and really needed help orchestrating the different parts of the events with the vendors. My family, now husband, and I all loved working with Supreeta. She has a down to earth personality, listened to what we wanted to do at the events, and laid it all out ahead of time for us to envision the events through her diagrams and make sure the timeline was correct. Supreeta never gets flustered and always stays on track. What we really liked was that she wasn’t pushy like other coordinators. These two events were meant to be very low key and casual for us and she executed it just how we wanted it to be. She responded promptly to my millions of emails and is timely in all that she does. I sincerely appreciated that she gave us our timeline and diagrams ahead of the chaos that week so we actually had time to review it. If I were to do these events again, there would be no one better to help us execute them! Thank you Supreeta and team for making our events amazing and memorable!

I cannot say enough amazing words about Supreeta and Laura. My parents and I first linked up with Supreeta over a year before the wedding. From day 1, she is the nicest, sweetest, most easy going person you could meet. Weddings are stressful as is and Supreeta is just so calming. She was completely hands on with anything needed. When Laura joined the team, she was a wonderful addition. The combo of the two of them is truly magical. I had an Indian wedding, consisting of 4 days of events which they coordinated. They also have a side business where they make the best backdrops and decorate homes for events. Planning my wedding with Supreeta and Laura was truly memorable; they're just the best.

I hired Sweet Love Designs to plan my 30th birthday party and I could not be happier with the results! Supreeta worked diligently to provide me the most memorable party from start to finish. We had an initial consultation to discuss my ideas and the look I was going for (a classy rooftop event), and she went to work straight away setting up time with event spaces and giving me plenty of options to work with. I have a very type A personality and Supreeta was always prompt with her emails, calls, texts. She asked for my opinion when needed and took control at all the right times. She was amazing at designing a custom invitation and chose great decorations based on the color scheme we came up with. Her idea for a dessert bar turned out beautifully and was my favorite part. During the party, she was careful to keep track of the budget for food and drinks. At the end of the night, she took care of all cleanup and we were able to head out without delay.
