Supreeta was our planner for our 250 person Indian American fusion wedding. She was absolutely incredible and I would suggest her to anyone who needs a wedding planner. We reached out for her help when we were 4 months away from our wedding and frankly, not far enough along. She was extremely helpful in selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and keeping us on track. When it came to “designing” our wedding, we wanted to have a wedding which both represented my Punjabi heritage but also felt inclusive to my wife’s family. Supreeta was extremely knowledgeable about customs across different Indian cultures and helped us make adjustments to make the day feel fun, inclusive and approachable to our guests. In the final week, we had a few changes and Supreeta didn’t sweat once and took care of it. On the day of the wedding, she and her staff made sure everything happened perfectly while we had a great time. We vibed with Supreeta’s chill demeanor and would strongly recommend working with her to plan your wedding. -

Supreeta was our day-of wedding coordinator in October 2023, and she helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Supreeta was an amazing source of knowledge. She asked our vendors questions that I would never have thought to ask myself. When my fiance and I were trying to make a decision about something, she offered several different excellent suggestions to make sure that we had the day that we wanted. Supreeta has a very calming but confident energy, which helped ease our nerves but also get us excited for each step of the day. When one of our other vendors acted rude to other vendors, she handled the issue professionally without involving us on our special day. I can’t imagine how different the day would have been if Supreeta had not been there. I’m so grateful that Supreeta was our day-of wedding coordinator, and I can’t recommend her enough! -

Supreeta at Sweet Love Designs did an absolutely amazing job helping to plan our wedding. My now wife and I worked with Supreeta to plan a fusion Indian wedding, and we couldn't have done it without her. She understood our vision from the beginning and helped us in every aspect from finding vendors to the timeline to general advice and all details in between. Her knowledge of the industry and experience with local vendors was extremely valuable, and in the end, her ideas saved us a lot of time and money.
We initially signed on Supreeta for a few monthly phone calls and then the full coordinating service 2 months prior to the wedding. It was great for us as she helped keep us on track early and her calmness and organization in every meeting helped keep us from getting overwhelmed and stressed. She was always so organized and made sure we didn't overlook anything. When we finally got to 2 months, she was very prepared and hit the ground running to close out our last details.
Throughout the whole process, Supreeta treated us more as friends than as clients. This became even more clear when we had to cancel our wedding last minute due to Covid, she immediately jumped in to help. We had to do a full 180 and turn our big wedding into a 5 person elopement, and it speaks volumes that we were thrilled to have Supreeta be our witness.
I cannot recommend Sweet Love Designs highly enough. Anything spent on Supreeta and her team will be more than covered in time saving, stress reduction, piece of mind, and likely a reduction in your overall budget as well.

Can’t Imagine Our Dream Wedding Without Her
I get emotional thinking about how amazing supreeta was for both of our weddings. To give a background, we had originally planned to have two ceremonies, an Indian ceremony and reception and Catholic ceremony all in one day. Due to covid, we had to split our ceremonies into two different events.
The entire time, through the emotional roller coasters covid caused with our planning, supreeta was there. She truly cares about her couples and I cannot imagine both of our wedding days without her. When we had to split our events, Supreeta was understanding and without hesitation set another date for us.
On actual wedding days, she made me, as the bride, sooooo comfortable. As brides, it’s hard to keep track of so many things. She made sure I ate, was comfortable, and happy with the way things were going.
To me, the small details in a vendor really matter. When Supreeta and I first met, I knew instantly felt like I could trust her , not only as a wedding planner, but as a friend. She was patient, kind, and down to earth. I will never forget, and it still gives me goosebumps, when the doors first opened when I was ready to walk down the aisle for the very first time, Supreeta was so attentive and caring when I first got out of the limo. She asked “are you ready to this thing?!” and I responded “YES!” and she opened the door where I saw my groom at the end of the aisle. A small detail that will forever live in my heart.
On my Indian wedding day, Supreeta was SO awesome. Again, she made sure I ate, was comfortable and happy. She had everything running so smoothly and swiftly, I cannot thank her enough for everything she’s done for us.

I cannot say enough good things about Supreeta and Sweet Love Designs. I linked up with Supreeta about 6mo prior to our wedding, so we were cutting things kind of close in terms of timeline/planning for a traditional Indian wedding. Did I mention we were planning remotely? Supreeta and her staff made the entire planning process as stress-free as wedding planning could be. She hooked us up with wonderful vendors, kept us organized and on time, and eased my parents' concerns. That was all before the actual wedding week. During our events, she was so organized, took care of all the little details so that our families could really enjoy the events. Beyond all of this, Supreeta was so sweet and just a joy to interact with. I highly recommend Sweet Love Designs for any event planning needs. -

I cannot say enough amazing words about Supreeta and Laura. My parents and I first linked up with Supreeta over a year before the wedding. From day 1, she is the nicest, sweetest, most easy going person you could meet. Weddings are stressful as is and Supreeta is just so calming. She was completely hands on with anything needed. When Laura joined the team, she was a wonderful addition. The combo of the two of them is truly magical. I had an Indian wedding, consisting of 4 days of events which they coordinated. They also have a side business where they make the best backdrops and decorate homes for events. Planning my wedding with Supreeta and Laura was truly memorable; they're just the best. -

Niti Sent on 01/24/2018We used Supreeta from Sweet Love Designs, LLC as our day-of wedding planner for our 2-day Indian-Fusion wedding. The wedding consisted of a Sangeet (musical night) on the evening of Day 1, and a Hindu wedding ceremony and Great Gatsby-themed reception on Day 2.
Supreeta was instrumental in helping things go smoothly, and handled day-of logistics with multiple vendors, lots of family members, and a very high-strung bride (the day of was stressful!) like a pro. On top of making sure the wedding party was in the right place at the right time and other day-of details, she had to think quick and make some major fixes. She worked with the hotel to quickly move 400 chairs for the wedding ceremony that were placed in the incorrect area on the outdoor site, ensured little details of the decorations ended up where they were supposed to, as well as mitigated some major issues with our decorator (the morning before wedding was rainy, causing an issue with the outdoor canopies, and for the reception the truck bringing decorations to the venue broke down. While I was freaking out, Supreeta kept everyone calm and made the best of the situation, working with family and vendors to extend the cocktail hour and keep guests comfortable during the nearly 2 hour delay for the reception).
Supreeta came prepared and knew exactly what needed to go where and what needed to happen when, which was such a blessing when dealing with a big fat Indian wedding. Without her organization, patience, and ability to work with multiple vendors and lots of family that are well meaning but sometimes get in the way, we would have had a disaster of a wedding. I, my husband, and our families are so grateful that she helped our big weekend run smoothly and ensure we have happy memories! -

Amarinder Sent on 11/29/2017Supreeta took our vision and made it a reality while being very practical and budget conscious! Our night was magical and guests were blown away by the music, lighting and ambiance she created. We had our engagement party on New Year’s Eve and still revisit these photos to relive the night. we continued to use her help with our baby shower and, again, she kept her word and picked up on all the little details we requested. She remembered some things that I had actually forgotten I wanted to include and she made them happen. My family and friends all wanted to be happy involved in various capacities and she coordinated. It’s not easy working with so many different moving parts but she made it all work out.
You won’t be disappointed. she knows how to add unique flavor to events! Thank you :-) -
