We truly felt like she cared about us and our budget!

My venue was at La Jolla Cove Rooftop, which is a “Wedgewood Weddings” venue. Had I relied only on Wedgewood, I would have been completely lost. If I didn’t have Meagan, my wedding would not have been as beautiful and smooth as it was. Meagan made my wedding dreams come true, and I cannot imagine the day without her. She is truly the most knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional planner I’ve ever encountered.

We hired Meagan as a partial planner for our July 2025 wedding in Carlsbad, CA, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. Being from Northern California, planning from afar posed some challenges, but Meagan made the entire process feel manageable. She is incredibly attentive and thorough—carefully reviewing contracts, working within budget, and going above and beyond to bring your vision to life. We hired Meagan as our Day of Coordinator (6 weeks prior to our wedding date) for our NYE wedding and she killed it! I find myself to be extremely detail oriented and type A so naturally I was nervous finding someone that I felt shared my attention to detail and also nervous handing over my carefully curated wedding plans to someone else. From the first phone call through the various meetings Meagan put my mind at ease. She knows every question to ask to help nail your timeline down to the minute. She came up with a ton of creative and fun ideas to make our day even more unique and special. She was assertive enough to manage our bridal party of 20+, but still so kind to everyone the entire time. She came prepared with backup decor, and anything we would have needed.
