We used Mens Wearhouse for the groomsmen's tuxes and the father of the bride. They were helpful and responsive and the cost was better than decent.

DO NOT USE Men's Wearhouse. They were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. 5 out of 9 of our tuxes were measured completely wrong (isn't that their one job?) and nothing in the bags were with the right tux. When our groomsmen tried on the tuxes the salespeople would just disappear for 15 minutes at a time (tuxes should take 5 minutes to try on) and when the tuxes were in the "misplaced" one of our groomsman's tux and told him it wasn't in and made him drive all the way back home. The tux was in the stock room with ALL the others. Their customer service is some of the WORST I've ever seen! And their product is below average; we ordered their ONE brown tux and their ONE brown shoe and the browns were nowhere near matching! My husband was in a wedding this summer and they used Mr. Formal; we should have used them too!

The tuxes were great and everyone but the first man we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. We also got a wedding show discount that helped the groomsmen out a lot.

They were very helpful in getting our groom/party tuxes. They have ties/vests that match the dress colors at David's Bridal, which is where we got our brides maids' dresses.

The guys at Men's Wearhouse were really helpful. They really knew their stuff and helped my husband pick out a really nice pinstripe tux. They even coordinated the groomsmens' vests to match my bridesmaids' dresses perfectly!! Highly recommend Men's Wearhouse. The prices were great.

I don't have anything terrible or great to say about Men's Wearhouse.

We got a nice offer at the Oregon Bridal Showcase for discounts on bridal party tuxes and a free groom's rental.

We rented 7 tuxes, all with ivory shirts and vests, but different colored ties. The shirts and vests came mixed and matched white/ivory... which wasn't a big deal but of course I noticed.

Also, they told us the bigges thing that could go wrong was if the tuxes came in late and were like 6 inches too short or something, but there was no way that would ever happen. WELL, it did to one of the groomsmen. Luckily they just happened to have a pair of pants that fit him in-store!!

I wouldn't really call their employees professional.. they were very young and very outspoke, almost rude. We used 3 different Men's Wearhouses in 3 cities because of where our groomsmen lived, and everyone had similar experiences.

They're OK, I would use them again, but not expect perfection.

They really take care of their customers. Their prices are a little much, but well worth it. They offer tailoring there and make sure everything is literally a perfect fit. The service is immediate and tailoring takes less than a week.

I went to the Portland Bridal show and got a discount for tuxedo rentals. They threw in the groom's tux for free!
