When we first met Cynthia, we hit it of with her right away. Not only is she the BEST planner out there, she's also really sweet, fun, and great person. She helped us with the planning from beginning to end and everything turned out perfect. We are not from San Diego so she was very useful in helping us find all our vendors and EVERY single vendor she recommended was awesome- from the band, florist, and cake, all the way to the officiant, donut stand, and coffee vendor, she really know which vendors would fit our personality and wedding style. She also had some creative and unique ideas for our wedding day and we always looked forward to our visits with her. If you want to relax and actually enjoy your wedding, while not having to worry about a single thing, then Cynthia is the one of you! Not only will your wedding turn out perfect and enjoyable, you'll also gain a new friend in Cynthia.

My best piece of advice for any bride: no matter what, hire a day-of coordinator! Cynthia's day-of services truely made our wedding the best it could be. I had already booked most of my vendors and had plans set when I found her, but our two pre-event consultations proved to be invaluable - she recommended a great pastry chef and helped to get the day outlined from start to finish. On our big day, we were already on the same page and she orchestrated everything perfectly - we didn't have to worry about a thing!

Cynthia Zatkin Blase is amazing! She was extremely attentive all throughout the planning process, as well as on the actual day. Her professionalism and sincerity are top notch! Our wedding day was flawless thanks to Cynthia, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, down to the midnight milk and cookies she left for us in our suite! She helped us find the perfect venue, and went to bat for us every step of the way in negotiating pricing and helping us stay within, or under, budget.
