Bridal Exclusives had a wide variety of dresses for me to try on, which was essential because I didn't know what I wanted. Through Shelly's help, I was able to find the perfect dress for my Hawaiian wedding. I was happy with the time it took to receive my dress after ordering it. The alterations were also very time efficient. My dress received many compliments on my big day, and I was very happy with it!

Very large selection at a reasonable price. The girls were very helpful and found me a dress that I loved on my wedding day. The bustle on my dress would not stay on no matter how many time we rebustled it, but I could not have found a more beautiful dress for the price I paid!

My daughter and I had a different experience each time we went in (at least 4). The first and most important visit, we dealt with someone who didn't seem very happy in her job and did not make my daughter's first hunt for that special dress very special. She acted annoyed that my daughter did not choose something quickly (she only tried on 3 dresses at that point and selected the 4th one). I always envisioned a much happier, personable time for such an excursion, but Bridal Exclusives and their sales person did not make it that way. Each time we went in, we had to tell them what we ordered and what the last sales person told us about our orders. Finally, they made an appt for us to come in after 10 a.m. to pick up the dress after it was steamed, but when we got there in the afternoon it had not been steamed. The dress had to be delivered to the wedding venue. At the wedding, we discovered that the strap for the corsetted back still was not long enough which left a big gap that we had to cover at the last minute with a handkerchief. Luckily it was white, and it all worked out but it added unnecessary stress. If I had to do it all over again, I would have ordered the gown from another vendor that we ordered bridal attendant gowns from.

Different quality of service every time I came in. The train button came off barely into the reception and I received the wrong slip causing some mayhem. They don't do anything complimentary so be sure to add on at least a four hundred dollars to the price tag for steaming, storage, bra, slip, hem, and other adjustments. The seamstress did a good job on the alterations and they had the most unique and defining dresses in town.

The women who helped me picking out my dress, shoes and veil was very supportive. I went in very nervous but I ended up loving my dress. I felt so beautiful and slender on my wedding day. All the women in the shop were helpful and pleasant. The seamstress did a great job.

My dress was altered and fit correctly. Then, two days before the wedding I went in to pick it up and it didn't fit. Turns out they steamed it even though the tag specifically said DO NOT STEAM. So then they had to make additional alterations, but even then it didn't fit quite right. They insisted that I had gained weight in the last couple days...not true. So the dress is bunched up and too tight in all my pictures and I had to go buy an informal reception dress just so that I could eat and be comfortable. They never gave a discount or even apologized.

Bridal Exclusives was no-fuss, easy to deal with and a lot of fun.
