Do you charge for trials?
Yes - our "trials" are actually FULL preview sessions.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes! Travel throughout the greater Austin area is included in our rates. If you are concerned that your area is not covered, shoot us an email!
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We can accommodate your entire bridal party within a reasonable timeframe. If you have one artist working your event, one client will be served at a time. Booking an assistant essentially cuts time in half, as 2 clients can be served at a time.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We are booked anywhere from 2 months to a year in advance. It is best to book as soon as possible, especially if you plan to marry during a particularly popular time of year.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our service agreement, including cancellation policy, is available for review upon request.
