blush 'n bangs

I absolutely loved working with the Blush 'n Bangs team for my wedding. I started with the hair/make-up trial and they did such a great job with that and made me feel so confident about the day-of look. All of my bridesmaids/family that got their hair/make-up done on the wedding day were so happy with it as well and felt confident in their looks - which is all anyone can hope for on such a special day. The Blush 'n Bangs team was great at communication and really listening to what each girl wanted their look to be, making sure it's what they wanted, and also checking with me (the bride) to make sure it fit within the aesthetic of the bridal party look. I would highly recommend working with this team for your big day and would love to work with them again for any other occasions in the future!

Brooke & Amber made me & my girls feel so beautiful on my special day! I’m very grateful for all of their back & forth with me over the last several months leading up to my wedding!

I chose blush n bangs for their straight forward and transparent pricing, but what I got was so much more! They communicated clearly leading up to the wedding and worked with the chaos that was my bridal suite. My hair and makeup came out just as I had envisioned and lasted all day/night even through a rain storm and 1000% humidity. I couldn’t recommend blush n bangs enough, thank you so much for everything!

Brooke and Amber made the hair and makeup process smooth and easy during my wedding planning and day of! They were very responsive to emails and I was able to quickly book a hair and makeup trial with them prior to Wedding Day. The trial went amazingly and I felt very confident going into the Wedding Day. My bridesmaids and I all loved how our hair and makeup turned out; we all felt so beautiful and confident! I would highly recommend Blush n Bangs for your professional hair and makeup needs!

Blush n’ Bangs is one of the best makeup and hair teams in Austin!! My friend got married recently and utilized them and they were amazing. They arrived on time, and even completed services ahead of schedule (which if you’ve been in a wedding, you know how rare that is). They were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and provided touch-ups as well.

Amber did AMAZING!! I couldn’t have pictured my hair better for my wedding day. 10/10 will recommend!

I hired Blush’n Bangs to do the hair and makeup for me and my girls for my brother’s wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

From the moment I first reached out, they were incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made the booking process simple and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, two artists arrived 15 minutes early to set up, which I really appreciated.

We had a last-minute request to add makeup for one more person, and they were so flexible and accommodating.

Magaly, our makeup artist, was amazing. You really have to trust the process and trust the professional! I’ll admit that when she first finished my makeup, I thought, “This is a little too much. It feels heavy, and it doesn’t really look like me.” But once I saw the professional photos, I absolutely loved the flawless finish. I cried, danced all night, and my makeup stayed perfectly in place. I didn’t even have to reapply my lipstick! My face never looked shiny or oily, which is usually a challenge for me.

The same goes for my hair and my girls’ hair. They captured exactly the look we were hoping for and gave us a polished, elegant finish that lasted all day.

I would absolutely book Blush’n Bangs again for our next special event. Worth every penny!

From the moment we sat down in your chairs, we knew we were in the best hands. You and your team did an absolutely incredible job with everyone's hair and makeup, and every single person felt so beautiful and confident. Your attention to detail, kindness, and calm presence made the entire morning such a wonderful experience.

As the bride, I truly couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. You listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I had imagined. I felt like the most beautiful woman on my wedding day, and that is something I will cherish forever.

Not only is your work absolutely stunning, but the genuine care you showed for each member of my bridal party made the morning feel so special and relaxing. Thank you for helping make one of the most important days of my life so memorable. I would recommend your team without hesitation to anyone looking for talented artists who truly care about making their clients feel their absolute best.

I had such a great experience working with Blush N Bangs. Brooke did my makeup and Amber did my hair for my rehearsal dinner. They were so easy to work with from the moment I reached out to them and had a simple booking/contract process. When they arrived, they were friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the service. They 100% understood my vision with just a couple of inspiration photos and were really receptive to small changes after they were finished. I truly felt so beautiful and LOVED the end result. Both my hair and makeup lasted all night! I would 1000000% book them again. If you are even slightly considering hiring them, don't question it, you won't regret it!

I've had professional makeup done before so I figured my experience with Blush 'n Bangs would be similar but they were on a whole another level. The makeup was absolutely stunning and my hair ( which is naturally very fine in texture) looked thick snd held perfect curls all night. The gals who I worked with, Brooke and Victoria, did an incredible job on me and my bridesmaids. I cannot recommend these gals enough. Thank you for making my day so special!
