AMAZING!!! From the very first visit, we knew Soldiers & Sailors was the perfect venue for us. Amber and her incredible team were truly the cherry on top of this gorgeous space. Communication was seamless, planning felt effortless, and every single person we met at Soldiers & Sailors was an absolute joy to work with. Amber (and her team) have such a gift for what they do — she truly thinks of every detail and goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. One thing that really stood out to us, and something you won’t find at every venue, is the remarkable attention to detail and all the behind-the-scenes magic that happens without you even realizing it. We truly can’t say enough wonderful things! Thank you, thank you to the entire Soldiers & Sailors team — our day was an absolute dream, and that’s in huge part thanks to you!

Courtney, Desiree, Lori, and the team at the Sheraton were incredible! Very easy to contact throughout the process. It is clear they have hosted so many amazing weddings and other events at this hotel. The hotel bar was a hit both before and after our wedding. Guest rooms were fantastic. The lobby is very beautiful and there were great spaces for us to get pictures around the hotel. The food tasting was great and very helpful for us to personalize our meals and appetizers from a great selection! Courtney kept us organized and on track throughout the planning process. We had to use minimal outside vendors which was a great fit for us. We used one of their recommended DJ groups and were very pleased! We did not need a planner or day of organizer. The Sheraton was accommodating and fantastic to work with! Have recommended to friends and family!

I cannot say enough about Brandon the owner and his venue! I toured The Thicket while it was still under construction and I saw the vision instantly! From booking to wedding day my experience with The Thicket was flawless! The venue space is warm and inviting with a modern touch that could go with any theme! Brandon was hands on with our vendors all throughout the day of prep so that way I could experience a stress free day! The venue space turned out beautifully and we had a wonderful wedding day!

Having our reception at the Westin was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. Kelly was a DREAM to work with and someone we now consider a friend. Her team is incredibly dedicated and organized. The catering team provided us with an amazing tasting and AMAZING service that our guests are still talking about. Kelly worked seamlessly with our day of coordinator to ensure her service team and our vendors were working in perfect lockstep. The ballroom is large and provided the perfect space for our large live band and 200 guests, with more than enough space for cookie table / photobooth, etc. We also leveraged the connecting parlor suite for myself, my moms and our bridesmaids to get ready for morning of and it was the perfect space for all of our needs. NOT to mention that gorgeous greenery wall in the lobby for photos. :) Kelly helped us to coordinate breakfast & lunch drop-offs with the Westin and the entire day was so smooth. We will missing working with her and the entire Westin team!!

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing and all of our guest said they had a great time. Deb was great to work with and made the planning process smooth and helped us every step of the way. Gianna helped make sure the rehearsal run smoothly and Steve was great to work with the day of. We couldn’t be happier. The food was so yummy and the cake perfect and so tasty. They include everything with the price! Highly recommend

We had the most incredible wedding experience at Williams Golf and Country Club on 9/16/23, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we drove up to the driveway and saw the beautiful grounds and ballroom, as well as met the event sales director, we knew it would be a wonderful venue for our special day. The ambiance of the venue was absolutely breathtaking. The romantic crystal chandeliers, beautiful stone building and well-kept grounds, all situated with a gorgeous view of the Ohio River helped us achieve our desired theme of “Earthy French Countryside.” It felt like a fairy tale come true, and our guests were equally impressed by the beautiful setting. The food and beverage service were exceptional. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the quality of the food, and the variety of options pleased everyone's palate. The bartenders were skilled and friendly, mixing delightful cocktails that added a touch of class to the evening. One of the standout features of our experience was the outstanding service provided by the staff. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making sure that both us and our guests felt well taken care of throughout the night. We had already booked the venue when they previously did not have “getting ready rooms,” but the addition of those rooms as we were approaching the wedding day made our day so easy and comfortable, and made for amazing pictures as well. We must give a special shoutout to the wonderful event sales director, Carrie Anderson, who helped us think through so many details and provided a fun and humorous energy throughout the whole process. She was an absolute gem! Her expertise, dedication, and calming presence were invaluable. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day without any worries. We are incredibly grateful for her support and guidance. Our wedding at Williams Golf & Country Club was nothing short of magical, thanks to the exceptional team that made it all possible. If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning ambiance, delectable cuisine, and top-notch service, look no further. The MuseumLab was an absolutely incredible backdrop for our wedding! We booked this venue during covid and they went out of their way to give us a tour of the space over zoom before we decided. That’s just one of the ways Allyson and her team went out of their way to make this process as seamless as possible. I must have sent dozens of emails with questions and Allyson responded to them all within a day. She also coordinated the arrival and set up of all our other vendors and make sure our rehearsal ran smoothly. Throughout the night, Allyson worked with us to accommodate any last minute adjustments and timing changes. I received so many comments from our guests about how beautiful and unique the space was, and the separate spaces for the ceremony and reception helped make each part of the event really special!

My husband and I had an overall wonderful experience having our wedding at Armstrong Farms. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and they will work with you to bring your dreams to life! It is definitely important to have a vision and clear plan for decorating/execution of details in your day. The coordinator helps with the flow of the day and providing scheduling/venue-specific directions, but it is up to you to be well-planned and delegate tasks to your helpers! (These roles were explained well ahead of time, so this was not a surprise.) We had our rehearsal dinner on-site and utilized the on-site lodging (cottages) for our wedding party and ourselves throughout the weekend. It is so convenient and fun to be able to stay at the venue for several days as we prepared and spent quality time in anticipation and later celebration with our family and friends. Many members of our wedding party frequently mentioned how special it was to spend the night before our wedding all making memories and getting excited together in one big "sleepover" of sorts. The accommodations were quite cozy. It was wonderful to wake up exactly where we needed to be and to also be able to have our ceremony and reception at the same site (cuts transportation costs and also makes it easier for older friends and family for whom mobility and transportation independence is a challenge). The staff at Armstrong were flexible in allowing us to have our ceremony down by the water even on a day when the ground was soggy after rain. We were determined to highlight this beautiful natural aspect of the venue that we had so fallen in love with, and they went to every effort to make our wishes come true, even when it was challenging. (They even allowed us to roll out artificial turf as an aisle to make walking in the wet grass easier!) I recognize that at many places, we would have been told "no" to having our ceremony down by the water with ground conditions like that, and I am so so grateful that they ran with our hopes! The owner, Andy, and coordinators Davlin and Nicole were on-site all day to answer questions and assist us as needed. Andy's expertise in years of venue direction is obvious in conversation and his leadership, and he was a very reassuring presence throughout the day. They communicated efficiently, kindly, and expertly with our vendors to answer any questions and make sure everyone was where they needed to be. Beautiful space with scenic outdoors for photos. We had our wedding on 5/18/24, and we can't wait to get the photos back! We enjoyed the farm atmosphere with animals and wildlife nearby, but definitely make sure you are accepting of that! (We even had a snapping turtle nearby during morning set-up!) It added to the fun of the day. Armstrong Farms helped make our dreams a reality, and all our guest could not stop commenting on the beauty and "rustic elegance" of the venue. Ample space for eating, socializing, and dancing in the barn/tent throughout the reception as well. Best day of our lives!

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job your Wedding Specialist, Jeannie Dankowski, did for my son, Bill, and daughter-in-law's, Jessica's wedding. Thank you so much for having such an excellent staff. "Jeannie's attention to details was second to none." Jeannie's planning and suggestions to my wife, Karen, made us very comfortable from the premeetings and up to the actual wedding reception. She never rushed us and always had time. Her coordination and arrangements at the wedding reception were spot on. Jeannie also gave us the names of the florist, Parkway Florists, and the photographer, Royalty Entertainment, to use. Parkway Florists also supplied the flowers at the "Old St. Luke's Historic Church" Wedding Ceremony for Bill and Jessica. Both the florist and photographer did an excellent job. We had so many compliments from our guests at the wedding expressing how nice the wedding, the decor of the room, the tables, the food, etc. were. Many mentioned it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to. My wife and I have been to other weddings and planned our own daughter's wedding before, plus other events relating to our careers. This wedding reception was the nicest and most comfortable wedding we have ever attended. We can't say enough about Jeannie, and her staff.
