Facilities and Capacity
Williams Country Club offers both indoor and outdoor facilities to host your wedding event. The outdoor event lawn can accommodate up to 200 people for the ceremony, cocktail hour, or tented reception. It is surrounded by manicured gardens and offers views of the surrounding golf course. Ceremonies can also be held on The Pointe, with the Ohio River Valley as your backdrop. The historic stone clubhouse offers six event spaces with capacities from 16 to over 200. Each room offers vistas of the Ohio River Valley, some with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views. The Ballroom alone can seat up to 120 guests, and is characterized by rustic hardwood floors, elegant Swarovski chandeliers, a dance floor, and neutral decor palate. Williams Country Club an accommodate 200 guests for the reception if all four rooms are utilized. For pre and post-wedding preparation, four apartments on the second floor of the estate are available. Crow’s Nest apartments can also be rented the night before if the wedding party would like to stay overnight.

Wedding shower
I had my wedding shower here in July. It turned out beautifully. Our guests enjoyed brunch and mimosas while overlooking a great river view. The staff was very friendly and the event planner was great to work with. I would highly recommend having an event here.

Wedding Perfection
I cannot say enough positive things about our venue. Our coordinator, Regan went above and beyond to make sure that we were thrilled with every aspect of our wedding, including moving the chairs and set up for the ceremony an hour before the wedding. Regan is so calm and pleasant. Communication was excellent and all staff were friendly and willing to work with us to make sure that everything we needed, we had. I absolutely would recommend this venue to everyone I come in contact with.

We are so happy we chose to have our wedding reception at this one of a kind club. We fell in love with the history and amazing views, but the staff and the food are equally impressive! At least a dozen of our guests said our wedding was the best they’ve ever been to. We highly recommend having your event at Williams Golf and Country Club!

Williams Country Club is our favorite venue to work with in West Virginia! Their staff is extremely organized, friendly, presentable and pays close attention to detail. We've done a number of weddings at Williams Country Club and they're always spectacular. They offer a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with an equally beautiful indoor space that can be used as a rainy day back-up.
