Nichole was such an amazing help to my wife and I on our big day! She worked with us to help us bring to life our plans for the wedding. She helped coordinate with the DJ and all of the vendors day of to keep everything flowing smoothly. She also helped us to plan out the order of events and times, as well as coorxinate with vendors beforehand to make sure things lined up for the big day. Overall, she did an amazing job and we're so happy she helped us with everything she did. Between my wife and I, she really took the stress away from the both of us, letting us enjoy our wedding day. Savvy Affairs LLC perfect for your wedding/event needs
Nichole with Savvy Affairs LLC helped us plan our wedding this past October. We met with Nichole about 9 months before our wedding date in October. We went over just broad ideas of our wedding flow and how much we wanted her to be involved. Then we met with her about 3 months before the wedding to go over details and exchange information such as contacts for our vendors and names of family members and friends that would be involved with our big day. Throughout the months before our 3 month meeting she gave us contact information for vendors and also helped us pick out our table arrangements and other small details that we wanted to use for the big day (we had a Marvel Avengers superhero themed wedding). She also went to our venue during this time and met with the people there to help us pull our vision together of what we wanted for the big day. The last meeting was about a month out before the wedding we went over final details. She was then there during our whole rehearsal we walked thru how everything needed to be for the big day. She also helped us put together decorations for the wedding that needed to be set up before the big day. She was a big help for us because we were able to enjoy ourselves and our family and friends and if anyone needed anything they were able to go to her instead of us.Sent on 04/27/2020
Nichole's strengths during the whole process she was extremely organized and helpful from picking out colors that matched to contacting the carter for her arrival with the food. She also helped out the DJ and photographer the day of to make everything run so smooth. Nichole also helped us with all the details during the day of the wedding she checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were doing ok. She was the last person to leave she didn't leave until everything was cleaned up and put away and we were settled into our room for the night. We were able to contact her easily with any concerns or issues that we were having. I understood that she worked and had a life as well so sometimes she wouldn't be able to contact us right away but she never left us hanging. Honestly, we can't wait to have another event for her to help us plan. Nichole handled pressure very well, she was very calm and used her knowledge and resources to help when I was freaking out about our flowers. We talked it out and we were able to use the best ones for our wedding. We also had our officiant go to the ER the night before our wedding we didn't know if he would be able to perform the service the next day or not, but she immediately contacted people she knew to see if they would be available for the day or our wedding. As far as talking to large groups we didn't have a huge wedding, but she took charge during the rehearsal and everyone knew what to do and where to stand and it was very organized. She didn't yell at anyone, but she was able to get everyone's attention at the times we needed her too such as making sure everyone was where they needed to be for pictures, dances, toasts, our cake cutting and our send off. I hope this information was very helpful, Nichole was amazing and talked to everyone during the event such as our friends and family members to make sure they were ok during the big day too. As a bride I felt less stress and didn't freak out as much because I knew that things I needed taken care of she could take care of them for me and that was hard for me, I have a hard time delegating tasks to other people I like to just do them myself.
