Kandes was amazing! I was actually very picky on choosing a coordinator to help us facilitate our wedding day. She executed everything perfectly and I still have my friends saying she did an amazing job staying calm and moving people through the venue/reception without being too abrasive. She helped me stay calm throughout the wedding day so I didn't have to worry AND she even had a drink ready for me after the reception!! Kandes kept everything on time and flowing perfectly. We planned out things prior to the wedding via zoom, phone calls, and in person. After seeing my timeline for the day, she was able to tweak it and give suggestions since she had been to Common House before. If you're looking for a coordinator, have Kandes be there!!

Kandes was phenomenal. Kandes went above and beyond for my husband and I through our wedding planning process and the big day. I feel like I gained a close friend in her and she showed up for me in every single way. She was so prompt, SO organized, she thought of every detail I never would have, and helped calm me when things weren’t working. I had so many guests and my entire bridal party complemented her SO highly during and after my wedding. Kandes was so helpful leading up to and on the day of the wedding. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator, and I'm so glad we did. Ahead of time, she flagged things about our plan that we should iron out or reconsider. She was extremely responsive to emails, which was alway reassuring. On the wedding day, our venue made some mistakes which she handled in stride so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about it. Just being able to trust that she would take care of it allowed us to actually focus on the experience so that we could fully be present and remember the day. Multiple guests mentioned her to us later as being helpful and kind!

Kandes made our wedding stress-free and seamless from start to finish! After months of indecision, my husband and I opted for a micro-wedding, and found Kandes through WeddingWire. We hit it off and found her knowledge and advice on the small details to be more helpful than we could've imagined. Kandes provided inspiration ideas for details that we had overlooked, but made the biggest difference in making the day special and beautiful. She was also helpful at finding vendors local to our venue, and they all truly living up to her praise!

I used the partial planning package and I don't think things would have been as smooth if I didn't use her. During the whole process she had great ideas, met frequently on zoom with me and gave me a checklist on things I should be working on, all while being extremely calming and supportive! Don't just do the day planning, the partial planning is so worth it!

We had the pleasure of having Kandes as our wedding coordinator and she did an exceptional job. What most impressed us from the beginning is that unlike the other wedding coordinators we interviewed, Kandes read our story on The Knot and knew so much about us and the type of wedding we wanted. She was always available and responds right away! She even surprised us with a wedding gift, a gift card to the restaurant of our first date! Kandes was a blessing to have during the wedding planning process and our wedding day! We hired Kandes with less than two months to go before our wedding day after our venue was sold and we experienced issues with the new owners. I remember when I first spoke to her over the phone, she was so kind and listened to all of my frustrations. She validated my worries and gave us reassurance that we could figure this out together. The wedding industry often has their business interests in mind and not those of the bride/groom. I just needed someone to back me up and be on my side, and Kandes was exactly that! She was a friend and a huge support during the process! Kandes attended our planning meetings with the venue’s on-site coordinator in person and on zoom. When I met Kandes for the first time in person, she presented herself professionally both in dress and in her mannerisms. Anytime I needed Kandes, she was a text away and always so caring! As for the wedding day, Kandes ran everything smoothly!! Again, she showed up in professional attire, with a clipboard ready to go, and a bag of necessities. There wasn’t a moment that I felt that family or friends needed to step in, which was my whole goal. I wanted my family and bridal party to feel as guests and not as workers. I never wanted them to miss a special moment in the day. Kandes was always one step ahead and kept me informed if needed throughout the day! I know that anyone who hires Kandes will find her to be a blessing in their wedding planning process, and I am thankful for my decision to hire her!

Kandes was our day-of coordinator and I'm so glad she was a part of our wedding day! She did a great job getting to know us as a couple, our wants and wishes, the feel of our wedding day, and our schedule. Since she knew everything from our big picture to specific details on our checklist, I felt like I could just relax and enjoy my wedding day, knowing Kandes was taking care of whatever last minute decisions came up!
