I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Angela and Ava! Having both of them felt like getting a dream team for the price of one. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was executed flawlessly.
Angela was absolutely incredible—she checked in with me whenever needed, but never overwhelmed me, because we had already done such detailed planning together in the weeks leading up to the wedding. That level of preparation made all the difference. On the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Even when I wasn’t aware of the schedule, she had everything completely under control.
Every moment was perfectly timed down to the minute. She ensured everyone was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and kept everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Ava was just as amazing—working tirelessly alongside Angela to make sure every detail was handled.
As a bride, that kind of support is priceless. Being able to fully relax and soak in every moment of my wedding day without stress or second-guessing is something I will always be grateful for.

Angela and Ava are troopers. I had a lakeside wedding without a venue so everything started from a blank slate. Angela done all the things to make sure we had everything we needed for guest. She went above and beyond on our wedding day in the heat. From morning to night she ran around making sure everyone and everything was okay. With Ava by her side. They did amazing.

The BEST day! None of it would have been as perfect as it was without the best wedding director/coordinator out there though, Avala Events! From picking through our vendors, to planning every last minute detail such as seating, timeline and decorations, Angela and Ava helped execute our day flawlessly with ease. 10/10 recommend her for your wedding/party planning needs!
