Alison and I are forever thankful for Delaney and the incredible help she provided us and our vendors before, during, and after our wedding ceremony. Our outdoor wedding took place at a private family residence in a rural setting, which meant we had to coordinate with a variety of independent vendors across a spectrum of services from catering and cakes to tent rentals, photographers, flowers, live music, hotel accommodations, on- and off-site transportation for more than 100 guests, and even booths for bourbon tasting and fresh oysters. Delaney guided us through every step of the process and, very importantly, was always the calm voice of reason and source of smart decisions when we needed it the most. Delaney was very hands on—for example, she offered several detailed mockup configurations for the seating, eating, and dancing portions of the event, and happily stretched tape measures around the sections of property to assess where and how to place the rental tents, which were critical to our contingency rain plan (thankfully, it didn’t rain). Delaney worked personally with every vendor to facilitate clear communications, set expectations, and articulate to everyone where, when, and how each aspect of the ceremony would proceed. Everything went perfectly. Early in our conversations, Alison said “I hope I don’t become a bridezilla” to which Delaney responded “I really don’t like the word ‘bridezilla.’ It’s just people who really want their wedding to be perfect. I totally understand that.” That empathy for the people and emotions involved in planning a wedding is what makes Delaney exception. We can’t thank her enough. Our wedding was perfect.

Delaney made the wedding planning process easy as I was an extra stressed bride nearing the end of graduate school. She was extremely supportive of me and my husbands wishes for our wedding day and executed each detail better than we could have imagined. We absolutely loved Delaney, and could not recommend her more.

My husband and I had planned most of our wedding and about 2 months prior realized we had no idea what to do with timeline, how to arrange everyone to walk down the aisle, or even who was going to make sure all of our personal items were accounted for at the end of the night. Cue Delaney. Delaney made sure everything I had even mentioned in passing was thought about and taken care of... down to picking up any missing items and making sure my iPad was put into my car. If anything had gone wrong that day, I definitely did not know about it; I noticed a table had been moved before our reception entrance and she promptly informed me why when we sat down for dinner (a non-issue, but I mentioned it, so she enlightened me). She is 100% our best and most important purchase we made for our wedding, and we were so lucky to have had her these last two months, but especially on our wedding day. She made our day completely stress-free and fun and was beside me every step of the way. I would get married again and again if Delaney was able to be there as it would be the most fun and stress-free experience. We recommend her and her team to anyone needing a wedding coordinator!!
