As a Type A person, I wasn’t sure if I needed a wedding planner, but I was so wrong. Hiring Hannah was the best wedding decision we made! Throughout our year+ of working together, Hannah somehow remembered every detail or idea I mentioned to her and made our vision better than we imagined. She made me feel like I was her only client (which was so far from the truth!). I was so fortunate to find a planner who I trusted completely. I did not go into micro-managing mode because I knew Hannah was taking care of everything. Most importantly, she is one of the kindest, most generous and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. I’ve since recommended her to three friends because I could not think of a better planner! If you’re on the fence, please take this as a sign to hire Hannah!

Hannah and her team were truly amazing. From the second we started working together, I knew we made the right choice. Hannah is extremely professional and knows exactly what she’s doing, but she is also an amazing friend throughout the process. Hannah is creative, has fantastic ideas, and truly made my wedding vision come to life. Hannah is nothing short of incredible. From the very first call, I was immediately drawn in by her lovely personality and her high expertise in wedding planning. I knew I needed a planner as I was juggling studying for the bar/starting a new job. The wedding was in Charlottesville, with the ceremony at St. Thomas Aquinas and the reception at King Family Vineyards. Hannah made planning a wedding during a very busy life period so so so easy. She is quick to answer any questions and offers great solutions. She takes ideas and spins them into reality. Hannah has great relationships and knowledge of wedding vendors, so she was able to connect us with awesome vendors. She was also incredible in making our visions come true while staying in line with the budget. She kept us on track, calm, and excited for the wedding! Family members were raving after interacting with Hannah.

We could not have had our incredible wedding without Hannah. We owe so much to her! Highly, highly recommend - she is truly world class.

My wife and I had the best experience working with Hannah. She was with us from the early process and added a ton of value and a beautiful wedding. Throughout she was incredibly attentive to detail and the work she came up with made our wedding absolutely beautiful. During the process, Hannah identified almost $4,000 in savings/reductions that my wife and I would have otherwise paid up. She also was an incredible source of wedding therapy for the aspects my then fiancee cared about that I was completely incapable of helping out with.

Hannah is exceptionally well liked in the Charlottesville wedding community. When we were touring venues, their eyes lit up when we mentioned we were considering Hannah as our planner. Whenever we were talking to vendors for payment they all told us how great Hannah was and the synergy between them at our wedding really showed it.

Our wedding day was torrential rain and wind and we had absolutely no stress. Hannah's team reacted quickly and handled all the challenges that came up with no real problem for us. Members of her team made sure that we had umbrellas around at all times and shuttles us around in their cars so we could get excellent shots the whole time.

I truly cannot say enough about my amazing experience working with Hannah over this past year. I had a specific vision for my wedding but given that I am absolutely terrible at planning, I was not even sure how to describe what I wanted to Hannah. She somehow took the rough bits and pieces I gave her and pulled together an event beyond what I ever could have imagined. Every vendor she recommended was perfect and she handled nearly all of the coordination. She was incredibly responsive, calm and professional throughout the entire planning process and made the actual wedding day PERFECT. I am 100% sure I could not have done this wedding without her and will not hesitate to recommend her to all of my friends in the future.

Look no further. You need Hannah in your life. I originally had a list of planners ready to interview, but after my first meeting with Hannah I knew there couldn’t possibly be a better fit. During just the consult, she had such a calming and confident presence. We planned our dream wedding in 8 months for a perfect group of 75. The entire planning process was so simple, organized & had such a fun balance of our ideas mixed with Hannah’s expertise. She’s so professional & responsive yet personable & our biggest cheerleader! On our wedding day, it was just relaxation & soaking in every detail. As the bride, I didn’t have to think of anything! There were so many small details that I would have never considered that Hannah & her team had covered! We had the most amazing vendors (every.single.one), and Hannah & her team were beyond perfection on the day of! So attentive, loving & genuinely happy to be creating the most wonderful environment for the best day of our life. She has great knowledge of and connections with a variety of vendors in Charlottesville, and has seen many of these teams in action so it was great to have her as a trusted advisor throughout the selection process. I also found that with Hannah on our team all the vendors were much quicker to reply and get us what we needed. She was always one step ahead in helping us gain information or communicate changes, questions, etc. Additionally, Hannah was wonderful at remembering and weaving all of the details I requested together into a perfect and cohesive design that brought me to tears on wedding day. I also loved that Hannah could give direct and honest feedback about vendors or ideas that I had and really helped me make better decisions more aligned either our goals, design, or budget. I truly didn't think I could think more highly of Hannah, and then wedding week rolled around. We had our venue cancel one of our key details, and Hannah jumped in and had a solution before I even knew it was a problem. She was present and so attentive all weekend. On wedding day she was amazing directing her team (who were also wonderful!) and every other vendor to make sure everything went off without a hitch. It was clear she was so committed to making our day perfect and make sure we were having the best time (which included making sure we had food and drinks and space to soak it all in) and didn't have to worry about a thing.
