Choosing Cindy with Stonehouse Events and More, Inc was by far, the BEST decision I made in the entire wedding planning process- and there are a million reasons why, but I will just go over the basics. Cindy made everything seem so easy throughout it all and I was probably the calmest bride that you have ever met on my wedding day- and it was all because I knew that Cindy was working behind the scenes to make sure that what I had in my head became my reality on our wedding day. She was incredibly prompt, professional, organized, understanding, and easy to work with- I could really go on and on…

From the first moment I met her, I knew that her sweet-natured yet extremely detail-oriented personality would ensure that everything was beyond perfection. Her vendor lists are amazing- and she doesn’t just hand you a list of people she uses, she first asks you what you want and then tells you the absolute BEST vendor for the job. For example, when I let her know that we needed to arrange for a DJ, she asked me what type of personality and environment that we wanted and then told me that she would recommend XX who gives her clients a discount. It’s really like you make your money back in savings AND you get the most perfect day ever! I can honestly tell you that there was a drastic difference in time spent wasted by doing research on different vendors before hiring Cindy and after hiring her- she made it soooo easy for us. Upon meeting most of the vendors she recommended, I cancelled the other vendors I was scheduled to see and booked the people that she suggested because I knew that they were the A+++ vendors that were the best in the business. She was so thorough in everything that she does and we were BEYOND thrilled with how much she did for us. I even noticed that on the cake table there were some extra votives that matched the décor perfectly- when I asked her about it, she said that they were hers and that she just added them to the table because she knew that they would be perfect (which they were!!!)

My husband and I both agree that Cindy was well worth her weight in gold, and for anyone who is wavering on if they should hire a coordinator or not, you really should do it. I saw it this way- it was our first time planning a wedding, so why not get a little professional help along the way to make sure that we get exactly what we want considering we will not have a next time!

As the others on here have said, she really is amazing and will put everything she has into making sure that you have the event of your dreams.

Where do I begin?! From the moment my mom and I met Cindy, she began to make my wedding dreams come true. Cindy helped us from our very first month of planning, through the next 9 months of details, all the way until the reception flowers were delivered to my hotel room after the wedding was over. Cindy has an exceptional list of vendors, an eye for detail, patience, and a loving heart that will support and encourage you through the stressful planning. When I first started to plan my wedding I thought to myself that I could do it on my own. After a month I finally realized that I needed help. The venue I got married at was a blank slate and I wanted it to be a magical day. Cindy was the best! She helped me plan my Florida wedding from Las Vegas, having only visited Florida once during the entire planning process! She is very responsive to email and phone calls and will go above and beyond to get whatever you wish for. She set up all of our tasting appointments with caterers, and consultations with photographers, florists and DJ. She has an extensive network of contacts and excellent suggestions to help guide you in your decision making process. She made my day feel very special and took all the details very personally. Cindy was fantastic to work with and I would recommend her services to everyone!

Thanks to Cindy, we had the wedding of our dreams. The ceremony and reception were just beautiful and actually went beyond my expectations. Cindy listened to everythig we wanted and was able to make it look like we spent twice as much money as we did. During the wedding day, she took charge and made sure we didn't worry about a thing. She is very sweet and easy to talk to - we couldn't have asked for a better planner!

When my daughter told me she wanted a destination wedding, I was really concerned as we did not know any vendors in the Clearwater, FL area. We were truly blessed to find Cindy! She is wonderful to work with and returned calls and emails immediately. First thing she did was set up a budget for us (and made sure we stuck to it!) and then set up appointments with vendors. The vendors she recommended were wonderful to work with and truthfully after our initial contact with them, Cindy was their point of contact.

Cindy has a wonderful sense of style and made sure that the whole wedding was exactly what we had envisioned. The ceremony and reception were beautiful with Cindy’s suggestions and attention to the little details. I’m really not sure how she was able to do everything she did on the wedding day. All I know is we just were able to enjoy every minute of the day knowing that Cindy was handling everything!

Hiring Stonehouse Events & More to coordinate my destination wedding at the Don CeSar was THE best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Our wedding would be no where near the same caliber if it weren't for Cindy.

I got to enjoy every minute with my friends and family because I knew she was taking care of last minute details, confirming with vendors, setting up, and tearing down after the reception. The day goes by in a flash as is and I can't imagine how I would've done all of that myself. She put a lot of time and energy making sure our day was perfect and I'm sure I don't even know the half of everything she did behind the scenes.
