Legacy Events Tampa is the best if you want an organized , compassionate team to make your wedding day and the weeks leading up to it stress free ! We hired Legacy for day of coordination for my daughter's wedding of 164 guest . From the beginning they were very organized with an online shared portal with reminders, so nothing was forgotten, pictures of our decor and vision, and all of our vendor information. They took over full vendor communication to make sure everyone was on the same page and nothing was forgotten. Olivia was the absolute best ! She was very organized and her communication with us was on point . We met weekly to discuss our day of plan, she organized our rehearsal , and was there day of from start to finish with her team . Legacy also did our wedding flowers , which were absolutely beautiful !! They are a one stop shop for all of your planning and coordination . I can't recommend them enough ! The do it all from flowers, to decor, to day of coordination only. They helped to make my daughter's wedding a day she will never forget !

My wedding experience with Michelle and her team was absolutely phenomenal. We worked together for over 6 months and she went above and beyond the call of duty! From monthly then weekly planning meetings, planning/designing my event while I live out of state, to relocating my venue last minute after the hurricanes in 2024. She has a kindness and generosity that glows. Our wedding decor was better than I could have dreamed!! She tried her hardest to honor my budget and timeline throughout the whole experience and left me feeling heard and cared for.
