Karla Marie Events

Karla was a pleasure to work with at our 300+ person non profit event. For stepping up just weeks before the event (as this was our first year using a coordinator) she was fully engaged and committed to the weekend making it seamless for us to be able to enjoy ourselves. If there was ever one thing “off” schedule or incorrect, I basically just had to look her direction and she had it handled immediately. I highly recommend Karla and look forward to working with her for years to come!

The venue we chose had a day-of-coordinator included in the package and I have a very "do-it-yourself" family, so I was hesitant to get a coordinator, but my husband and I agree that having Karla on our planning team was the best decision we made! The peace of mind she provided alone was priceless but then add the fact that she is so meticulous and truly cares about all the little details that make your day special to YOU – AMAZING!
I planned from afar and Karla made it seamless. She met with vendors and relayed very transparent and honest feedback helping me feel at ease with the decisions I was making from a different state. We hit some bumps in the planning road, and Karla managed everything efficiently and gracefully. She was always available and truly made it feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend. No one tells you how lonely and isolating the planning stage can be. Family and friends have the best intentions, but they all have their own lives happening. Whether it was logistics or just venting – I never felt alone because of Karla. She even helped me navigate some of the family dynamics (drama) that are inevitable with wedding planning!
My only regret is that I did not hire Karla for the day of the wedding, since there was one provided by the venue. Karla had made sure to work with her and organized a binder for her to follow that laid out every detail we had planned. We loved our wedding, but there were definitely some details missed and I can’t help but think that wouldn’t have happened if Karla was there!
Then, I found out after the wedding that Karla DID come up to the venue when it started to rain even though she was not hired to do so. She wanted to make sure the venue’s team had an appropriate plan and helped them coordinate the best plan B knowing my wishes. Absolutely above and beyond!
Don’t even give it a second thought – you will not regret having Karla!

Karla was absolutely incredible as our wedding day coordinator. She was so knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease, taking on details that would have otherwise been overwhelming and making the entire day feel seamless. She truly alleviated so much stress and handled everything with such calm confidence.
My bridal party adored her! She was kind, easygoing, and a joy to work with all day. When I hit decision fatigue, Karla stepped in and helped me make last‑minute decisions effortlessly, never making anything feel like a burden or an issue. She went above and beyond in every possible way, and I genuinely don’t know how I would have made it through the day without her. I cannot recommend Karla enough, she was an essential part of making our big day perfect.

Karla is super helpful! She understood my vision and really helped make it come to life we absolutely loved working with her she’s amazing!

We reached out to Karla a few weeks before our annual charity event for last minute event assistance. Karla jumped right in and didn't miss a beat. She took on the communication and coordination of vendors like she'd been a part of the event planning the entire time. She offered valuable insight where she saw we could use some direction, and took on tasks without batting an eye. 10/10 recommend Karla and we're looking forward to working with her again next year!

Karla was great and easy to work with, so creative and detail oriented. The baby shower was beautiful and enjoyed by all.
