Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
I encourage brides to make appointments, especially on Saturdays. This way she has my undivided attention.
 
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
I carry Eden Bridal, Jasmine Bridal, Emerald Bridal and my own line of couture gowns.
 
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Depending on style and detail, you should plan on at least a 4 - 6 month timetable to receive your gown when it has to be ordered in.
 
How often do you receive new dresses?
I receive new gowns at the start of each new season.
 
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
I do promise to meet and/or exceed the expectations of my customers. Customer service is of the utmost importance.
 
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes. Alterations are done onsite.

Tips and Advice
Finding the perfect bridal gown is a very exciting and emotional time.  When to plan your shopping trip it would be wise to keep the  number of friends/family helping you make your selection down to a minimum.  After all, this is YOUR big day!  I suggest you bring only one friend and your mother/father with you when you start your search.  After you have made your selection, then bring in your other bridesmaids to show them the gown and make the selection of their dresses that will best compliment your gown and their figure.  Not everyone has to wear the exact same gown or the exact same color.  Selecting colors from the same color palet will be better than having everyone wear the exact same thing.

Another tip would be to be realistic about the type of gown that flatters your body type.  Taking pictures of yourself in different style gowns will allow you to see yourself the way others will see you on your wedding day.  Be sure to photograph from the front and also the back.
