This past weekend I (MC Angel) performed at the Key Bridge Marriott in Northern Virginia. WOW!!! The rooftop ballroom is without a doubt the most spectacular venue for a view of DC in the DC, MD, VA area. Standing in one spot you can catch the canoes on the Potomac, shoppers in Georgetown, boats docking on the Georgetown waterfront, the historic Washington Monument and the busting Key Bridge; all without moving your head. It is breathless! Not to mention Nancy and the amazing staff there. If they treat a performer with such elegance and warmth, I can only imagine what a guest would feel.
For a city view that dazzles, check out the newly renovated Key Bridge Marriott ballroom. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the floor to ceiling windows offer extended views up and down the Potomac River. At night the sparkling lights of the city make the ballroom a very romantic setting.

The Key Bridge Marriott, the oldest existing Marriott property, is celebrating 50 years in 2009! With this milestone come completed multi-million dollar renovations to the hotel lobby, restaurants, and ballrooms which now feature contemporary design and panoramic views of the Washington DC cityscape.
 
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We offer 3 selections of wedding packages, all with inclusive, per person pricing. Customized wedding proposals are available upon request.

Included in our wedding package are -Personal Certified Wedding Specialist -Menu taste panel with our Chef -Complimentary garage self-parking for attendees not staying at the hotel -Complimentary Suite for the Bride and Groom on the night of the event -A holding room for the bridal party with refreshments, available one hour prior to the start of your event -Wedding Cake from Heidleberg Pastry Shoppe -Champagne Toast

Hotel is pleased to provide a stage for the ceremony and theater-style chair setup. Uplighting and backdrops available at an extra cost.

Standard decor is a part of our wedding package. Includes floor length linens (your choice of color), centerpieces, votives, mirror tiles, dancefloor, and gold chargers (for Capital View Ballroom). Additional decor available at an upgraded cost.
 
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
1 per 20 for plated dinner service. 1 per 75 for the bar. Additional staff are available for a minimal fee.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No. We do offer a preferred vendors list, but brides are under no obligation to use any of these vendors.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes, hotel has Hospitality Suites that may be rented out.
