The Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport is conveniently located in Herndon, VA, just minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), the new Innovation Metro Station, and easy to get to from all over the DC & Northern VA area.
Facilities and Capacity
Our 4400 sq.ft. Grand Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 280 guests in a typical wedding reception setting. Our 3200 sq.ft. Junior Ballroom can comfortably hold up to 150 people. Both ballrooms are flexible to accommodate smaller groups as well.
Both ballrooms and our additional meeting/banquet rooms are also perfect for other wedding events, such as bridal showers, ceremonies, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners.

The Crowne Plaza just completed a beautiful renovation, making their hotel even more beautiful. The person to see is Jay Bhalla, the Director of Catering. He is experienced, caring, easy to talk to, and thorough. You'll enjoy meeting him, while he will ensure that the staff at the Crowne Plaza Dulles will make everything perfect. They have a high-capacity ballroom there, as well as smaller rooms. Very highly recommended.
