I booked this venue initially because it was a massive venue for an amazing cost. The catering was so amazingly priced per person as well and as you all know, weddings get expensive really fast so I feel like we got a good bang for our buck with their prices. We worked the past few months with Michelle as our main contact point, and I can’t praise her enough. She was so patient with my 5000+ emails and questions and answered so quickly. She last minute even finagled better and very beautiful, more elaborate tablecloths for my event. Michelle even participated with the rehearsal and helped coordinate that as well as with the ceremony the next day (which was above and beyond for what she needed to do). She made my wedding feel personal, and not just like another wedding. Rene, the banquet manager, and the rest of the staff were also beyond amazing! They worked tirelessly the whole day before setting up and then the night of my wedding. I couldn’t even begin to nitpick anything wrong with them. We are beyond grateful to have chosen this venue and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a venue with a large space and amazing workers. I think they’re renovating the space next year so it’ll be even more amazing!

Mike was truly a professional to work with. He was very easy to communicate with and he always responded to our numerous emails very quickly. He walked us through every detail we could have not even thought of to make sure we had all everything perfect. His team did a wonderful job with all the little details we wanted. The food was top notch and the Dulles Corner Park was a beautiful area to take photos with our wedding party. We recommend Hyatt Regency Dulles for anyone looking for an amazing team, led by Mike, to host your wedding reception.

Penny Shafazand was extremely helpful during the planning, coordination and implementation of the reception luncheon. She was always available for calls and made sure all our questions were answered. We highly recommend her services! On the day of the reception, Fernando Grandy was extremely helpful and the setup was very nicely done. The entire team did a fantastic job in making sure the reception took place flawlessly. Many thanks to both Penny and Fernanado and their team. If I had to do another event, I would choose their services again
