On your wedding day, you have access to 14,000 square feet of stylish space to use for both your ceremony and reception. Because the Westin Washington Dulles features this large amount of space, couples are welcome to invite up to 350 of their friends and family. Highly recommend venue for your special event

We held our children wedding at the Westin Washington Dulles. We worked with Grace Radfar and she was absolutely the best, responsive, flexible and accommodating. The hotel indoor and outdoor setup are gorgeous (the lake was a bonus). Our event went smoothly and everyone from the Westin helped made our children wedding a huge success. Thank you, Grace and the Westin Washington Dulles.

Absolutely Magical!

Grace and Evelyn were the absolute dream team, providing the guidance, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail that allowed for everything to go perfectly on our special day! We could not be happier with the venue, catering, and accommodations, and we were tremendously impressed with the professionalism of every person at the hotel. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an amazing wedding planning experience and an absolutely magical wedding.

The Westin is the perfect wedding venue!

We are so happy we decided on The Westin for our wedding venue! It's value and quality of service is unbeatable in the Washington DC area. We worked with Grace Radfar who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! She ensured all our questions were answers and requests were met. Our guests had a blast at the wedding and were so impressed with the food! We would recommend this venue to anyone in the area!

Perfect affordable venue

Our wedding at the Westin was absolutely perfect! I dealt with Grace Radfar (the catering coordinator) for the entire planning process and she was a delight to work with. Accommodating, friendly, easy to work with, just wonderful. She and the hotel staff handled everything, including things I hadn't even thought of. The day went by so smoothly, I couldn't believe how easy it all was. I got so many compliments from our guests about how nice the hotel was. We couldn't take advantage of all the beautiful scenery around the hotel due to the weather, but it's so beautiful for photos. The cost of having our wedding here was so affordable for venues in the Nova area, I was so relieved when I finally found the Westin. The value is amazing for what we paid. Book the Westin!

We had our wedding reception at the Westin in October. Honestly I did a lot of planning, but was nervous about how the "day of" coordination would go. I did not have a wedding planner of my own, so I only had the coordinator, Erin, from the Westin. Every time I sent her an email, she was extremely responsive, and any time I had a concern, she was able to work with me so that the day would be exactly as I wanted. Everything went so smoothly, I didn't have to coordinate my vendors at all - just gave them some basic instructions and gave them Erin's contact info. When I showed up to my reception, it was exactly what I had hoped for!

Westin was such a wonderful venue and they were extremely pleasant to work with. We found everything off our checklist here at the Westin Dulles - ability to have a late night party & drinks, open bar, beautiful outdoor space for the procession of the groom, modern chic hotel & hotel rooms for our guests, and best of all - they have only one large ballroom - so we had the run of the place!

We held our reception at the Westin, and it was absolutely amazing! Although we had a couple of mix ups, they were fast and responsive to fix them. The hotel itself is gorgeous and made for an amazing picture and party location. The chef is incredible, and prepares high quality food! In fact, he even accommodated my gluten and nut allergies and made the entire reception gluten free! We got so many compliments about the food and it was so nice knowing that I didn't have to worry about any food issues. Throughout the evening, the servers constantly checked in on my husband and I and made sure we were well taken care of. The Westin was also so accommodating to my family. They provided an additional suite for my parents for the night of the event and accommodated additional rooms at the wedding rate after the block had officially closed. The only thing I wish was that we had our complimentary champagne and goodies in our suite at the end of the night. The hotel staff seemed a little confused about which room we were staying in, and we didn't have all the luxuries we were supposed to get at the end of the evening. My parents, however, had wine and a cheese platter in their room.

Grace Radfar, the director of catering, was delightful to work with! She was quick to answer emails, set up all of our items at the reception, and kept the event running smoothly the entire night! I'm so glad that we went with the Westin for our reception!

The Westin was amazing throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. They were extremely supportive and accommodating of all of our requests. The day of the wedding, the staff decorated wonderfully, and they were extremely polite and accommodating for all guests. I would highly recommend this venue!

The hall is very beautiful, especially after you decorate it. It's very spacious. The entrance to the hotel was very beautiful and made it a beautiful venue for my wedding reception. The complimentary bridal suite and the fact that you can book rooms for your guests at the same hotel was very convenient and an added advantage. We booked for 250 people but we had the entire ballroom, with a huge dance floor.

The event coordinator at Westin took care of all the details. She was prompt in replying to us and we could contact her anytime with questions. She made sure everything was set in place on the day of the event.

The contract was straight forward and clean (no fine print). All in all, it was a great experience working with Westin and I'm glad I went with this venue for my Wedding Reception.

My wife and I fell in love with the Westin Dulles when we drove out to see it! It was secluded way back behind an apartment complex, there is a beautiful little lake with a fountain in the middle and a gorgeous stone bridge that we loved. We worked with Selma Cuadros and she was fantastic. She actually had to take over for our original wedding planner, who had left only 2 months into our contract agreement. Selma made sure everything we had been promised in the beginning was honored and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect.

The Executive Chef is traditionally Italian trained and he allowed us to make some changes to there standard dinner plates, which we came to find out he was just as excited to make the changes as we were in asking for them. He also made several mini Italian desserts for our dessert table and to top the whole thing off. He made 6 special desserts just for my wife and I as well as 2 special appetizers that no one else got. Truly first class service and first class food.

A huge thank you to Selma and Chef Luca De Marchis for such an incredible night.
