Hotel Wedding Venues in Arlington

They were absolutely wonderful. We worked with both Joanne and Dayna and they were both sooo great! Our only issue was the parking. We had agreed to a discounted rate and many were getting charged for the full amount (which we found out later) so that was our only issue. But other than that it was a beautiful venue, great location, and great staff as well! I would certainly recommend them to others or even use them again for another event!

I had to cancel my first venue due to covid 4 months before my wedding. Through wedding wire I found the Westin Arlington Gateway. It was super easy getting in touch with them, and the hotel coordinator, Ekaterina, was a huge help. She helped me and my mom every step of the way. She helped us pick the menu, create the floor plan, and created the timeline for the night. Throughout the wedding she was checking on me and my husband. The staff at the Westin was just as accommodating; everyone there was so friendly. I'd recommend hosting events at the Westin to everyone. Everything about the hotel was perfect, and the location was a plus.

Crowne Plaza Crystal City hosted our ceremony and reception. Both went very well and very smoothly thanks to their help. We used their centerpieces, which turned out beautifully. They provided our catering, and the food was delicious. Most of the guests stayed at the hotel as part of the room block, and they loved being close to pentagon city and having easy access to the metro to the Smithsonian.

Nicole and her team at the Hyatt made everything run smoothly for our wedding ceremony. She was response in the months leading up to the wedding day, and oversaw the set up during our rehearsal. The entire Hyatt staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and also took care of the breakdown of the space, so we could enjoy the rest of the day. I would recommend holding your next event (or wedding) here!

We decided to hold our wedding at the Sheraton in Pentagon City after considering numerous locations around Northern Virginia. From the moment we signed on we knew we had made the right decision. Karen and the whole staff at the Sheraton were friendly, helpful, and generous with their time and resources. We held both the ceremony and reception for our wedding in the Galaxy Ballroom and the Sheraton staff were able to flip the room in an hour. The space was beautiful and the view was amazing. We were particularly happy with the food prepared for our dinner, which was affordable and high quality. Like any large event, we ran into unexpected issues in the lead up to and day or our wedding, but nothing flustered Karen and her team. We strongly recommend that anyone getting married in the DC area consider holding their wedding at this wonderful hotel.

Words cannot describe how happy I am that we chose the Crystal City Marriott for our Wedding Venue. Their customer service was top notch in EVERY regard. They made us and our guests feel like royalty the entire weekend. Joy was our planner and went above and beyond for us. They upgraded our suite, gave our guests a great room rate, decorated our room, and so much more. The food was amazing and the cake they provided us from Heidleburg Bakery was to die for. SO HAPPY. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We rented a ballroom for our ceremony and allof our guests stayed here as well. Everything was perfect.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working Corky Garcia, Rosa Quinones, and the Crystal Gateway staff in preparation for our wedding day! They made sure we didn’t have any issues in regards to coordination, room blocks, food service, and communication with vendors. The Crystal Gateway Marriott is the best/most convenient venue in the DMV to have a wedding! We certainly recommend this venue to all couples looking to get married in the DC area who aren’t looking to pay DC prices. Thank you Rosa and the Crystal Gateway Marriott team!

We had a multi-day wedding event weekend at the Ritz Carlton,Pentagon City in February 2026. Picking this amazing team and venue was the greatest decision we made - the team was truely incredible. It all started with Katie Fabian who made us the most comfortable during the venue discovery phase. She answered all of our questions with the utmost professionalism, was very attentive, and showed us that she really loves what she does. Even after we started to work with the rest of the team, she continued to check in to make sure everything was ok - she was great. Our wedding weekend was absolute bliss and the team at the Ritz executed it perfectly. The team did everything to accommodate us and we really appreciate it. In addition to Katie, we primarily worked with the Ritz’s special event manager Allie Delgado, who was so thoughtful and flexible while working with us. Through the food tasting, countless planning emails, and all the coordination leading up to the weekend, the planning process felt seamless. Allie was patient, creative, and flexible as we worked through menu options to balance our budget and accommodate guest dietary restrictions. The team handled every change with care and professionalism. In the end - it's all about feeling comfortable and the attention to details. Allie is a logistics extraordinaire - already predicting our asks and reserving for us additional storage spaces and getting ready rooms. Allie also cared for our family who alongside Samantha Boem, were very accommodating and assisted with the hotel room blocks which we ended up doubling. Every guest we spoke with praised the front desk staff - this venue can clearly handle large guest events. The food was phenomenal as well - Chef Cesar is magic. Everyone was raving about the food, especially the risotto, fish tacos, mushroom ravioli, beet salad, and incredible appetizers including the edamame potstickers, spicy tuna, bruschetta, and beggar’s purse. The late night food and desserts passed out on the dance floor were also great. Allie, Katie, and the team at the Ritz also stood out for the unique touches. They created spot on “his and her cocktails” (we didn’t adjust them at all from the tasting) and even designed the signage for them. There were many thoughtful gestures - from the room rates for the executive suites, to the gifts throughout the weekend that were in our room, and the biggest surprises of the layout on the bed in the honeymoon suite. If you are deciding whether to work with this team, in the beautiful event spaces they provide, you should look no further. You will be in exceptional hands and we would choose this venue and the team again in a heartbeat.

It was meant to be.. I would go to the Renaissance for Illy coffee , when I got engaged, the first place I looked was at this hotel. It was out of of my budget and months down, I received an email from Rossana. She was simply the best… I am so thankful to talk to her and she made our dreams come true. Then we worked with Deaven Taylor, who is so nice and easy to work with. I might have driven her crazy but she made sure everything happened correctly. I’m still in awe how well the hotel worked with the vendors. Thank you to the Renaissance team for an amazing wedding weekend!!!
