There is a reason that this is a 5 star establishment. I don't even know where to begin. I had my wedding here exactly one month ago and I am STILL getting comments on how wonderful Antrim was. Service was beyond amazing. I had Abby as my coordinator and I couldn't imagine anyone better. She and Antrim were very professional, quick to respond to any questions, and made my day so special. When a venue does between 1-3 weddings a week, you would think they would be more jaded and not go above and beyond for everyone... not so! Antrim makes you feel like royalty on your day! Next, the FOOD. Oh dear sweet baby jesus the food was AMAZING! We had Apps, a sit down dinner, and after party snacks. My husband and I were actually able to make it to our cocktail hour AND eat our dinner too. We weren't even hungry when we got to the cocktail hour... reason was they fed us while we were doing our photos. Every excellent appetizer and champagne was delivered to myself, husband, and my bridal party to enjoy while we were taking photos. Every time I thought, "hmm I'm a bit peckish", someone was behind me with a tray of food and beverages. Its like they read my mind! When we had dinner, it was hot and delicious. EVERYONE was talking about the food and how good it was. Lastly, the accommodations. We rented out every single room on Antrim's property for the night of the wedding. Each room has something special about it and it has a historical feel to it. I got tons of compliments on the beauty of the venue and the rooms. All in all I had a PERFECT wedding. Literally not one thing went wrong! I attribute this to Antrim and their service! 100% satisfied.

My husband and I visited over 20 venues and researched even more. Besides being the most romantic and beautiful establishment, it was the greatest value in the area. I did not have a wedding planner, but I did not need one with Antrim 1844. Your assigned coordinator ensures they have all the necessary information. Katie, our coordinator, made recommendations throughout the process and communication with her was excellent. Our decorations were set-up and packed up according to my instructions. It was done beautifully. Our wedding was on a Friday and we booked every room at the Antrim (40 total); the whole bridal party and some family stayed Thursday as well for the rehearsal. Katie was there to help and refine every detail. I stayed in the Boucher Suite Thurs-Sat, which had ample room for my bridal party to get ready in. We had breakfast and lunch delivered to the room—all delicious! The groom/groomsmen got ready in the Carriage house, which has a large common room to hang out in. On my wedding day, a staff member checked on me every hour, ensuring I had everything I needed and really, everything I wanted. For pictures, you have your choice of stunning areas all over property. Every single room, every garden is GORGEOUS. It rained during our reception and I was extremely thankful to be in the air-conditioned ballroom. There is also a covered outdoor space where guests went for fresh air. The food was delicious. Instead of picking from a predefined list, Chef Andrew works with each couple to capture their vision. Multiple guests and our photographer commented how the steak was the best they ever had. During the reception the staff was very attentive to my husband and myself. We felt like royalty. After the night, cake, strawberries, and champagne were waiting in our room. Our guests raved it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. There is much more I am leaving out for space, but Antrim 1844 was the perfect choice.
Antrim 1844 is one of my absolute favorite venues to work. Beautiful backdrops are everywhere and the staff is always a pleasure to work with. I have photographed weddings and been a groomsman at Antrim and the experience is top notch on either side of the camera!
Antrim 1844 Hotel is a fabulous venue which gives brides/grooms a fabulous private event space indoors or out, along with a gorgeous historic property where you guests can stay for the weekend. I love working with their staff as I deliver flowers and decor for my couples. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. I can't wait to work with more couples at this fabulous venue!
