Our wedding at Linganore Winecellars on September 27, 2025 was everything we dreamed of and more. The property is absolutely breathtaking — the ceremony site overlooking the acres of vineyards felt like something out of a movie. Even with a little rain in the forecast, the views and atmosphere were still magical. Guests kept telling us how beautiful and unique the setting was, especially the mix of outdoor elegance and rustic-chic charm. From the beginning, the venue team was wonderful to work with. They were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Communication was always clear, and they were flexible with last-minute details and changes, which helped ease so much of the pre-wedding stress. Every question we had — big or small — was met with kindness and professionalism. Our Day-of Coordinator, Brittany, deserves her own standing ovation. She went above and beyond from start to finish — keeping us calm, managing the timeline perfectly, coordinating vendors, and somehow being everywhere at once. She even had a backup plan ready when the rain rolled in and made sure everything transitioned flawlessly. I barely had to lift a finger because Brittany had already handled it before I even realized something needed attention. She truly made it possible for us to be fully present and enjoy the day. We’ll never forget how cared for we felt — not just like another couple on the calendar, but like our day truly mattered. Linganore gave us the romantic, warm, vineyard wedding we’d always envisioned, and Brittany made sure it unfolded effortlessly. If you want a venue that’s picturesque, professional, and filled with heart, Linganore Winecellars is it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your coordinator, you’ll be in the very best hands.

This was a beautiful vinyard. It was exactly what my daughter dreamed of. The indoor rooms were very nice too. Rustic but charming . We had the cocktail hour out on the patio next to the vinyard and guests were able to go in and out all evening to enjoy the patio and balcony overlooking the vinyard. Magical!

Not only is Black Ankle a gorgeous setting for a wedding, and not only is the wine amazing (this coming from a hardcore Napa Valley enthusiast), but the staff is incredible to work with and makes the experience of planning a wedding a stress-free as it could possibly be. I was never once worried about how the day was going to go, and they took care of everything perfectly. I am looking forward to going for tastings and reminiscing about our perfect day! Even if you decide not to have a wedding here, at least go and do a tasting! It's sooooo pretty and a great place to bring a picnic lunch and hang out with friends while sipping delicious wine and waiting for the cows to come greet you :-)

We had our rehearsal dinner on the back patio at Mt. Felix in September 2020. Mary, the owner, was a true pleasure to work with every step of the way. We brought the food (catering platters from a restaurant in town), soft drinks, ice, and plates, and she took care of everything else. The site has an absolutely beautiful and private view all the way out to the water, and Mary had it set up when we arrived with a tent, tables and tablecloths, centerpieces, ice buckets, the works. She and her daughter were on hand to pour the wines that we had chosen to have available (we went for a tasting when we booked the space), and went above and beyond pitching in with setup, serving, and cleanup all night. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for your wedding or wedding event!

We couldn't have asked a better place. It was amazing! They were very professional and helped a lot as we prepared for the big day. It was very affordable and a great romantic place to have a wedding,

We got married at Dejon in May 2024. There is the tasting room, the porch, and the open field next to the tasting room. We had a wine bar, catering, and a DJ and it was perfect for us and around 80 guests. I recommend having a wedding planner for this venue since there are a lot of vendors and logistics to coordinate. It was sunny for our wedding so it was hot. Otherwise, we had a great time!

We loved the barn and property from the moment we arrived for our walkthrough. The beautiful wood, rustic feel, original stone, and beautiful scenery. The barn has two levels which allows for separation of different parts of your wedding and reception. It also brings people out of their seats and onto the dance floor after dinner! Shana and Dean were amazing to work with and so accommodating each and every visit we had leading up to our big day. All of our guests loved the venue and commented on it throughout the night. We had the perfect day and recommended this venue to anyone looking for a true barn venue in Maryland.

Elk Run made our wedding day perfect! The venue was beautiful, simple and rustic - just like I had imagined our day :)

Judy and Roy were amazing! Judy guided me through the process and was there for all of my silly last minute questions. Roy got us some hay bales and made an altar out of them with some fabric. I forgot my "something blue" and Judy was able to pull out a piece of blue ribbon from seemingly thin air. It goes without saying that the surroundings, wine, and barn are awesome. Everyone had so much fun and said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Also - the guy who does the catering is amazing. Everyone was full and happy!
