The 2,700-square-foot barn has been rebuilt on top of the original stone foundations which date back to the mid-1700s. These foundations house the barn cellar, a one-of-a-kind event space featuring three stone walls. The cellar is a versatile area suitable for a reception, dancing, cocktail hour, photos, or can be used as a catering prep area. The wooden barn, which can accommodate up to 175 guests, has been expertly crafted featuring beams and trusses that were joined by hand, large windows open out to allow for a cool breeze, and access to two bathrooms. The stamped concrete patio can be accessed via the barn cellar doors or the stone walkways. The 1,200 square-foot patio overlooks picturesque scenery including green fields, a horse pasture, and natural spring house. The venue features parking and is wheelchair accessible.
