Dean and Brown went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! From the moment we started working with them, everything was effortless. The setup looked amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing they truly handled it all with such care and precision. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and service. I would book Dean and Brown 100 times over without hesitation. They played such a big part in making our day everything we dreamed of! (I don’t have many pictures back from the photographer yet!)

First off they were very quick to get back to me which I liked, my wedding was a quick wedding so I appreciated them being a quick responder. Secondly my FIL asked for two more people to join last minute and they were more than willing to add two more plates for us, I felt so bad about it but they didn’t complain once and were very nice about it. Third off, I had multiple people come up to me during the wedding and even days later telling me how much they LOVED the chicken, one of the tables just grabbed a whole plate of just chicken..It was that good😂 I definitely recommend them!

We got married out of state and went into picking vendors blindly. Went with dean and brown after a taste testing and couldn’t have been happier. Great food, great service and commutation. They truly care and cater to you. They made our wedding planning era so enjoyable. Loved our salmon and chicken!

From the moment we reached out to Dean and Brown, they were a step above everyone else. Christina was so responsive and attentive from the first consultation call, leaving no question unanswered and sending a quote within 24 hours. She was patient and knowledgeable in putting together multiple sample menus, recommending options but being flexible to work with us. Then we got to meet Terry. Terry knew everything about running the day of our wedding. We picked D&B because they were highly recommended from our venue, and they were right. Terry knew down to the outlets where and how to setup the entire site so that things ran smoothly. After setting up the tasting, it was easy to confirm they would be running our wedding. Steve and Sherry came on site on the day of our wedding and ran through every single note that Terry had on file, not forgetting a thing. We were in the best hands and throughout our entire day, all of the staff took care of us and our guests incredibly well. My husband and I were catered to excellently, always offered drinks and food to make sure we were never hungry or thirsty. We could not have picked a better team.

After we finalized our venue, the search for a caterer began and we asked our venue for a list of caterers that they had worked with before. Dean & Brown was the first one we visited for a tasting…and the last. The friendliness, pursuit of excellence, and sense of flexible hospitality we felt, ended our search. They gave us a fantastic set of options for food, table settings, linens, and even more importantly a sense that were willing to help work with everyone involved to ensure that our guests felt cared for on our big day.

When we visited with them for a site visit to prepare, they were patient, listened, laid out our options and crafted a day that we will never forget.

On our wedding day, they arrived, ready to work as hard as you could possibly imagine and made it clear that they wanted us to enjoy our day. Steve introduced himself as the lead and asked us to let him know if we needed anything. They worked hard with us to get the setup (in a unique setting) the way we liked it.

During our outdoor photographs on a chilly March day, they setup a small table with a sampling of appetizers and drinks for us - talk about being spoiled! The in laws even appreciated this special touch.

At the ‘sweetheart table’ they had a bunch of appetizers waiting for us, to make sure we didn’t miss out on any of the fun. Steve, checked in, personally, with us, often, to make sure we had everything we needed. We had steak and salmon, and we heard from many of our guests how perfectly cooked and served all the food was! The bar was a hit as well! Well presented, friendly, and perfect attention to detail all around.

We’re not experts by any means, but honestly, Dean & Brown made our wedding day fantastic and we are so deeply grateful! We highly recommend them without reservation!

Dean and Brown Catering was an amazing choice for our spring wedding at the Liriodendron Mansion. They were super familiar with the venue and provided a lot of insight to how our wedding day would play out. They were more than accommodating for our brunch menu and helped make the day perfect! Throughout our wedding day the catering team continously checked on us to make sure things were running smoothly and that we personally had what we needed. This is all in addition to the wonderful food that they prepared for both our cocktail hour and reception. We would highly recommend!
