Myself and my husband got married on November 15th 2024. We utilized Sue for dance lessons, as our first dance was choreographed. Our DJ for the day of our wedding was Derek and his wife Jen ran our photobooth. To start, we LOVED our dance lessons with Sue. Myself and my husband had never done dance lessons together. Sue made it so easy to learn and we WOW'd our audience on wedding day with her choreography. Myself and my husband had such a wonderful time learning and dancing together that it really was such a nice bonding experience that we looked forward to doing during the week. Derek was such a fun DJ and full of energy! There was never a lul or dull moment on the dancefloor as Derek kept the energy high. All of the songs that I wanted to play were played and I was so impressed with the lighting! The dancefloor was hot and busy all night long and I loved every minute of it. The photobooth was also a great hit! So many of our wedding guests did it and had so much fun. I love that at the end of the night Jen provided us with a keepsake album with all of the photobooth strips from our guests along with a nice message they wrote for us. We loved being able to see all the pictures and read all the messages weeks after wedding day. Thank you all for taking such good care of us and our guests. You made our wedding day so memorable and so much fun!

I couldn't be happier with Don and Sue as my DJ and emcee. When my now husband and I had our planning meeting with Don and Sue, they helped us with so many things -- from the entire day's schedule to the song for the mother-son dance. They are both so enthusiastic, and you can tell that they both enjoy what they do. I gave Don a short list of songs for the cocktail hour and reception and asked him to use his judgement on filling in the rest of the time, and he did a great job. He was very good at reading the crowd and adapting to the mood. When my husband and I had an impromptu dance during dinner, our guests started to dance along with us (much earlier than expected), and Don played the perfect songs to get practically every guest on the dance floor. Sue was also amazing! Not only did she emcee, but she was practically my day-of-wedding organizer. From the moment the ceremony started (she lined up the entire wedding party) to getting the guests outside and lined up for the sparkler exit, she was on top of everything. At one point, while I was dancing away, Sue even asked me what I wanted to drink and brought it over for me to make sure I was hydrated. She was there every step of the way to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that my husband and I were having a great time. I had so many people complimenting me on my amazing wedding planner, which had me confused at first since I didn't have a wedding planner, but I soon realized that they were talking about Sue. Sue and Don went above and beyond anything I could have imagined!

Derek was AMAZING!!!! Very friendly and truly wanted to make sure we were happy from the start. We are still getting compliments from our guests. He had everyone dancing all night long! Loved his personality and energy. Thank you Derek for being awesome!! #boyerweinlove

Ok, so where to begin with how amazing these guys are. I guess let me start by saying that Don and Sue were, hands down, our favorite vendor. In every single arena. They were affordable, communicative, skilled, flexible, and headache-free. The music planner on the website was fun and easy to use, and Don was absolutely amazing at reading the crowd on the day of. We wanted a fun dance party kind of wedding, and Don gave it to us. We had a very diverse age range, and multiple people came up to us to tell us how great the music was (yes we picked most of it, but gave Don creative license to change things as needed and to read the mood).

When you choose Dance Masters, you get to select what DJ you want (from who is available that day). We chose the owners, Don and Sue, who work as a team. Sue is the MC, and holy cow please believe me when I say I do not know what I would have done with out her. When I had a mini-emergency with my shoes before the ceremony, she went and found my second pair, and made sure the wedding party was lined up properly. Sue helped my mother, maid of honor and bridesmaid with my EXTREMELY complicated bustle, directed my ceremony and entire reception, worked with my venues wedding coordinator, and made sure I had a drink in my hand when I wanted one. She stayed calm and collected when I was close to freaking out, and greatly helped keep me relaxed.

As if all of this wasn't enough, she actually gave my fiance and I dance lessons prior to the wedding as well. She coordinated a choreographed 1st dance and was absolutely amazing at teaching it to us. Please understand that neither of us have a lick of dance experience and are completely uncordinated. When I tell you that this woman is amazing, I really mean it. She is worth every penny and then some!

At the end of the night, I had so many people ask me who our DJ was, and ask who the amazing woman who was running around taking care of so many things was. Seriously, that's how great they are.

Dance Masters was very easy to communicate with and DJ Derek was great! He told us up front that he plays the classics and would add our own twist to it and he did exactly that. He was very accommodating when we had to modify the agenda on the fly, was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We can't recommend Derek and Dance Masters enough!

Don and Sue were a great team and provided excellent service before and during our wedding. Before our wedding they reached out to our other vendors to coordinate schedules and make sure they were aligned. They responded promptly to every email or call, which made it easy for us to get into contact with them. They provided us with music for our ceremony and reception. They made everyone feel welcome to come to the dance floor and provided great music. Sue made the transitions from each event in our wedding very easy and fun! Don and Sue helped make our wedding a night we will never forget. If you are looking for a great DJ company, I would highly suggest Dance Masters.

Dance Masters were amazing at my wedding. I had a video game/halloween theme wedding and we wanted video game music played at our wedding. I had no trouble working with Don and Sue giving them music to play for our wedding. Our family loved them and had a great time. Don and sue wow…what can I say, we found don and sue through a wedding we attended ( my now brother in laws wedding ) I literally HAD to have them for my wedding. The amount of care they put into their work is beyond words. Both are super friendly, hard working and VERY good at what they do. Let’s not forget how FUN!!! Sue guided me through the whole wedding night, Helping me with anything I needed. Don the greatest DJ I’ve ever known ( I mean it ) kept my guest dancing all night, he could just read the crowd and redirected music to get them going again. I could not forget phoebe our photo booth operator! She was so awesome! Super sweet, Helping the guest with the photo booth ( counting down, props, fixing our picture book, etc. ) and just having a great time while she did it. They had such a big impact for our special day and I’m forever grateful for each and everyone of them they have earned a spot in our family forever. I highly recommend using Dance Masters Entertainment for anything. If I need anything in the future I will not be using anyone but them.
