We had our rehearsal dinner on the back patio at Mt. Felix in September 2020. Mary, the owner, was a true pleasure to work with every step of the way. We brought the food (catering platters from a restaurant in town), soft drinks, ice, and plates, and she took care of everything else. The site has an absolutely beautiful and private view all the way out to the water, and Mary had it set up when we arrived with a tent, tables and tablecloths, centerpieces, ice buckets, the works. She and her daughter were on hand to pour the wines that we had chosen to have available (we went for a tasting when we booked the space), and went above and beyond pitching in with setup, serving, and cleanup all night. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for your wedding or wedding event!

I honestly don't know where to begin. Mary at Mount Felix Winery is an absolute godsend to a bride! I have to say I would have been lost without all of her help prior to and during our wedding. Admittedly the pictures of the venue that I had seen were not that great but the minute I stepped foot on Mount Felix i just fell in love with it! The back patio/reception area is just breathtaking and the minute you meet Mary and her staff you are sold. They are all very sweet, attentive, and you can really tell they LOVE what they do! Mary handles everything from the wine, setting up the entire reception/ceremony (tents/tables/linens/decorations etc), coordinates with all of your vendors, and even helps put together centerpieces! I mean really, her description should say "Wedding Coordinator" rather than just the venue owner. We also had the chance to meet her family and staff (the family lives on the grounds) and they are all so wonderful that they even put up with my husband and I for a little bit after the reception was over! I cannot accurately describe how wonderful Mary and Mount Felix is, so if you're even slightly interested, just go there and see for yourself. They made our special day just amazing!

Such poor treatment on August 8.

I had a rough day and was doing a job nearby so I called to see if they were open. Their answering machine said that they were open until 5:30.

When we pulled up, the gate was closed so I parked my truck and started walking up towards the winery. A guy came out, got in a car, drove up to us and said that we were trespassing.

He claimed that he has attack dogs there and he carries a gun and told us to get out of there.

I don't know if I ever want to go back there again.
I am highly disappointed that we were treated so poorly at a winery that we have patronized for years.
