Imperial Swan was one of the first facilities that we worked at when coming to the Lakeland area and their staying power is not by chance. They offer quality, caring assistance from the moment you meet with your catering director to the day of your wedding. At your reception Lynn and Sherman will provide you and your guests with top notch service.

The most important thing to do first when planning your wedding is to book your ceremony location and your reception.  After that, the rest is a breeze.

Remember that this is YOUR DAY.  Choose things that mean something to you not to others.  When talking to a Catering Director or a wedding coordinator, don’s let them talk you into things you don’t want.  Yes they are there to give you suggestions but the final decision on things is yours.

Always have fun planning your special day.  Yes there will be stress, but don’t let it over whelm you.  If it starts to get too much, put it down and come back to it later.  Don’t be afraid to ask for help.  When planning a wedding there will always be someone there who wants to help.
