100% book the Birchwood! They make wedding planning so easy and the team is amazing to work with! Our wedding reception went super smooth, the food was really good (so many of our guests complimented it), and the space is so beautiful!! Zero regrets this venue was absolutely perfect!

We recently hosted our wedding at the Hotel Zamora and it was nothing short of amazing. Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton came by just a month before our wedding and the staff was very quick with communication on the status of the hotel and venue. The new rooms and lobby is BEAUTIFUL!! & made for amazing pictures. The new bridal get ready room (Valencia room) was refreshed and made for a great getting ready space with lots of room for makeup artists and other vendors to leave their stuff during the wedding. Even with a crazy amount of wind and a very cold night, the Hotel stepped up and made sure their new heaters were built in time for the wedding. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who asks.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! After our original wedding venue unexpectedly fell through, we were scrambling to find a place that could accommodate us on very short notice. From the moment we reached out, the team went above and beyond to make everything work seamlessly. Not only were they incredibly responsive and accommodating, but they truly made us feel cared for during what could have been a very stressful time. Every detail was handled with professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm for making our wedding special. The hotel itself was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect, and everything came together even better than we could have imagined. What started as a last-minute change turned into an absolutely magical weekend that we will cherish forever. We are so grateful to the entire staff for turning a difficult situation into such a joyful and unforgettable celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly memorable experience!

We booked TradeWinds completely blind and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Hannah was beyond helpful and was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. The pricing and packages were all transparent from the beginning, so there were no surprises once everything was finalized. The catering staff, and the resort staff in general, were all so friendly and helpful. We received feedback from multiple guests saying the food was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. The resort itself is beautiful and there are so many options for venues/pictures, you can’t go wrong no matter where you pick!

The Vinoy has historically been and is a leading hospitality organization in the St. Petersburg area. Thoroughly attentive, considerate of the customer, and willing to go a little past what is expected to make you feel like you are special to their establishment. Today this narrative still holds true. For our wedding they went out of their way to make sure we felt special. Knowing the construction was not in our ideal vision, they took measures and steps to go above and beyond the entire time we worked together. We worked with Katie Z. and later Adriana B. who were tremendously helpful in making our vision come true. Our guests were well taken care of, our families felt like honored guests, and we were able to enjoy our special day and the vision that we had because of their ability to execute it. We are so thankful to Adriana, Katie, and the entire team to the Vinoy waitstaff, bartenders, and valet personnel. We had the most Amazing wedding weekend at the Sirata! Everything exceeded our expectations and our guests couldn't have been any more impressed! Kelli Love, Ali, Jakeya, and Ann Marie were constantly present to make sure everything went smoothly. The service, food and overall experience were top notch! We couldn't be happier with how our Wedding turned out. Do yourself a favor and book this resort for your wedding venue. You won't regret it!!

We had our wedding and reception at the Doubletree Resort, and it was beautiful. Marie and her staff did a wonderful job, answered all of our questions, and worked out all of the details with us. Our guests loved the rooms, the pool, the beach and the hotel restaurant. Highly recommended.

We can’t thank Jennifer and the team at the Don enough for our unforgettable wedding! It wasnt just about that night, it was the weeks and months leading up to the event. Jennifer is a consummate professional, has a keen eye for detail and delivered everything as expected. We love the Don, we love Jennifer and we will never forget 4/17/26!

From the moment I reached out to Merzedes, they were responsive and helpful. Indya gave us a wonderful tour. She and Krysten made the tasting memorable. And every employee we met throughout the whole weekend were very upbeat and helpful. We were working on a budget and asked a lot of questions about doing this vs that and they continued to be patient and helpful. We added a meet and greet for Friday night and a brunch for Sunday morning and they helped us come up with the best options to balance party with price. The weekend was amazing. We had people coming from all over the country, many who had not met before so the meet and greet in the Courtyard was a hit. The buffet was amazing and we got so many compliments on the food. But, more than that, the coziness of the space and the happy staff made it a memorable event. Because PCI is centrally located, they were able to walk to another bar for the after party safely. The wedding day itself was magical. The guests had so many options of things to do to pass the time. The bridal party spent the time in the bridal suite in comfort. There was plenty of room for hair and makeup, to dress and just to sit around talking. The ceremony venue and the reception was just magical. Indya even came to the rescue at the last minute by getting a phone from the bride to the Talented Wedding Singer so that a reading could be done. One of the best memories is walking down to the shore after the ceremony for pictures and getting a standing ovation from all of the beach-goers and people in the bar. The reception was beautifully set up in the tiki hut. Once again, everyone raved over the food and the setup. Even a surprise thunderstorm after dinner didn't slow anything down as the staff hung around and got everything, including the cake, going after the rain stopped. The brunch was delicious. The courtyard was once again set up beautifully and carried over the color scheme of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed it. The chef even came out for a visit. Sadly, Helene hit 4 days after this weekend. I know they are doing there best to repair the damage, and I have no doubt the venue will come back strong. I am glad I held my wedding weekend there and will be back for weekend vacations again ASAP.

My husband and I got married on 9/16/22. Bailey was with us every step of the way! She was a life saver for a bride to be who doesn’t like to make a lot decisions. She responds so quickly, is very helpful, and accommodating. We loved the Hyatt for so many reasons, but it was definitely perfect for our small wedding! It’s beautiful, the value was perfect, and you’ll love working with Bailey! The hotel was a great stay for our guests as well! Close to everything and so comfortable. The suite was awesome!
