Where to begin! We got married at Sirata on Friday, 3/7/25 and it was absolute perfection! We checked in on Wednesday and stayed until Monday (5 nights). But let's back up a bit, the planning process was SO easy and not overwhelming, the Director of Catering, Kelli Love was hands down the best! We know Sirata holds many weddings throughout the year, but we NEVER felt like just "another couple", they made us feel so special and important. We picked a beach ceremony and the Coconut Palm Beach front tent and it was stunning! We had BBQ Buffet for our wedding and everyone is still raving about it! They made the room block easy to work with and keep track of AND treated all of those in our room block with the utmost importance. We stayed in one of the balcony suites and it was beautiful and updated. It also was able to house multiple ladies while getting ready for the wedding, plenty of room to hang out and relax! Our guests enjoyed both pools, never felt too crowded, we LOVED the fire pits and swinging chairs, live music is top notch and overall was just amazing! We will stay for many years to come!

Our Sirata Beach Resort wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we inquired, Kelli Love was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We originally had our reception booked at a near by resort but it was cancelled due to the Hurricane Helene/Milton. Once I reached out to the Sirata for help, Kelli Love got to work to make sure we had a secured venue. Planning was a breeze. We had our wedding during a time that the Sirata was undergoing renovations and Kelli was very communicative in updating us with the progress. We had our reception in the Royal Palm Ballroom which was beautiful. Coordinator Cherish helped bring our dream wedding to life. Guests raved out the food and drinks. We had a room block at the Sirata and guests were very happy with their stay. One thing we were disappointed in was RumRunners closing early that night despite two weddings being held...they would've gotten a lot of business...but we ended up finding a bar near by which we had a blast at. We are very happy with how everything turned out and wish we could do it all over again. Thank you Kelli and Cherish!!!

Having our wedding at Sirata Beach Resort was the best decision we made. We knew we wanted to have a destination wedding, but had no idea where to start with the logistics. We visited 4 hotels in the area, and the minute we stepped foot on Sirata’s property, and met Kelli Love, we knew we had found the place.

Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Kelli was extremely organized and put my mind at ease when I physically lived thousands of miles away. She was patient with all my questions, and you can tell the entire staff at Sirata is a well-oiled machine. We only had one visit to Sirata during our entire planning process (for our tasting), and still not ONE thing went wrong our on wedding day. Kelli and her team also have an amazing list of preferred vendors, which made the few things I did have to do on my own extremely easy. We also received so many compliments on how good our cocktail hour and reception food was, and the staff made sure my husband and I were well fed, which is so important. (They always say you’ll forget to eat on your wedding day, and it’s absolutely true).

A few important shout outs if you get the chance to work with any of these folks at Sirata: Kelli and Jessica are the two main coordinators. They both went above and beyond to help with our décor, keep our bridal party in line, and thought of every single logistic so I didn’t have to. Melissa was a tremendous help during our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, and made sure that all of our events were timely and perfect. Greyson at the front desk made sure our guests were taken care of, and went above and beyond to make sure all the rooms in our block were comfortable for them. Shanna and Jakeya helped tremendously with our room block, and even helped deliver welcome bags for our guests at check-in. Derek, our reception bartender, made our drinks strong and delicious, and all our guests loved him! All the staff at the two bars on the property, particularly Shanna and Kevin, made sure we were well-fed all weekend and made sure our guests always had a drink in their hand. 😊 Everyone you meet at Sirata is so friendly, and made us and our guests feel so welcome.

The entire crew at the Sirata brought our dream wedding to life, far beyond anything we could have imagined. The property is absolutely perfect for an extended weekend for out-of-town guests. On top of our ceremony and reception, we had a welcome party the night before at Rum Runners, and a farewell brunch at Harry’s. Our guests appreciated how easy all the logistics were, which is exactly what we wanted for our destination wedding. The property is also dog friendly, so we were able to have our beloved pug stand up in our wedding. Sirata not only helped with the permits to have him on the beach, but they ENCOURAGED our obsession with our dog 😊

It's been a month since our wedding and I’m still emotional thinking about how grateful I am to Kelli and the entire Sirata staff. If you want a perfect beach wedding, with great food, good drinks, and friendly staff, this is your place.

We recently got married on 10.21.23 and it was the most perfect day!! It truly was the best day of our lives! We fell in love with the Sirata Beach Resort from the moment we toured the venue. We loved the beachy tropical vibes and have always wanted to do a beach ceremony. The Coconut Palm Pavilion was the perfect choice for us to have all the beachy feels for the reception. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE SUNSETS AT SIRATA! That was a giant plus! The food was absolutely delicious, and some of our guests are still mentioning how great the food was! They were easy to work with, accommodating and paid attention to all the little details. It was an amazing experience and we highly recommend!

I can’t say it enough, they were so amazing during the entire planning process and wedding day! Everything was so perfect on our wedding day! The food was incredible and the staff during our reception was just amazing! They were pleasant and accommodating, always helping make our night about us and making sure we had a great time! I would not have changed a single thing! Everyone was great, but especially Jessica, our coordinator for made our day so wonderful and took a lot of the anxiety and stress away from us! She was very responsive and answered the many questions I had from the moment we booked to right up to the actual ceremony! We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception in the tent near the beach. It was beautiful and the reception was the perfect size for our 90 guests, intimate enough that we were close, but big enough that it didn’t feel like we were squeezed in! We had a DJ, photo booth, gift table, an artist doing a live painting, and dessert table which all fit just fine with plenty of room! Of course there was the bar and buffet, as well. It was all just wonderful, we would pick Sirata over and over again!

Beautiful venue for a wedding. The beach ceremony, the indoor beach reception was amazing. Everyone loved the food and drinks and services provided by all the staff.

And Jessica Bentley, the wedding coordinator, she rocked. I dont know how she manages all that stuff going on and sometimes multiple weddings a day. Extremely pleased with her exceptional customer service and communications.

We wanted to do a beach wedding and we're from Alaska.. I do have a couple good friends and family in Florida. Communication started in October set everything up by November wedding was done June 18th. We did a Rehearsal dinner also on top of a beach wedding and a reception reception buffet dinner. Carving station prime rib and and chicken and swordfish for proteins. Everything we had for both dinners was amazing. I'm leaving an industry up here in Alaska they they exceeded my expectations. With definite recommend For a amazing destination wedding.

The Sirata was EXACTLY what I pictured for my destination beach wedding! We couldn’t have picked a better venue. From the first time we arrived to the day we said “I do” it was nothing but exceptional. We got a tour and decided immediately this is it! After the deposit was put down we were able to pick & secure all our vendors and set up the taste testing for food. They are a “one stop shop” venue that knocks it out of the park. They have recommendations for every vendor you need (florist, transportation, officiant, DJ, dessert, photography, videography, rentals, photo booths, etc), but offer a lot themselves. The venue coordinator, Jessica, was incredible and helped us make our big day perfect. She is a true professional and great at what she does. She was always available to answer any questions and was so quick to respond. From the vendor recommendation list to accommodating last minute changes and everything in between. Our day went smoothly and was perfect and that’s all thanks to Jessica and her team!! If you're thinking about having your wedding or event here, you will not regret it! I can’t tell you enough how much of a fairy tale this venue is. Do NOT pass this place up, if you are looking for something small or big they can accommodate you! Thank you Jessica & Sirata Team!

Choosing the Sirata Beach Resort for our wedding venue was the easiest and best choice we ever made. Kelli, Jessica & their team did an exceptional job of making our beach wedding dreams come true! The Coconut Palm Pavilion was the perfect size venue for all of our guests to have an outdoor covered beach venue that was safe and allowed all of our guests to stay on site. We loved the flexibility that our guests had to arrive early or stay after at the resort as this was a destination wedding for 95% of our guests. We also hosted our small rehearsal dinner in the private tiki hut at Rum Runners and were very pleased with our meals and experience.

From the first communications & site visit to the rehearsal & day of, we always felt comfortable and supported by the Sirata team and the level of service that we received from them. The food, service and accommodations were all exceptional. We had a wedding planner pre-arranged, but I am confident that Kelli & Jessica would have provided the expertise needed if it was needed. They were beyond welcoming, accommodating & supportive. My husband & I, our families and our guests all raved about the wedding and the Sirata and can’t wait to come back and visit with fond memories of our wedding weekend. We highly recommend the Sirata Beach Resort for your wedding venue & catering needs!

My husband and I had our wedding at Sirata, ceremony on the beach, reception in the coconut palm pavilion. Everything about our wedding turned out beyond expectations. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped guide me every step of the way! The staff worked hard to keep us in line and everything running smoothly, everyone was beyond helpful and tended to our every need! Many of our guests throughout the night told us that our wedding was the most beautiful they have ever been to and that the food was to die for! I very highly recommend using Sirata and Jessica for your wedding needs!
