I can not say enough about having my dream wedding at Shephards! Leah was wonderful. She took care of all the details and acted more as a friend then the staff! Tommy and Cindy were amazing during the reception! Everything from the beautiful views during the ceremony to the vibe during cocktail hour and reception was perfect. You can not go wrong with this resort for a wedding! Even the next day Cindy saw us and treated us! Shows how they made it personal!

Everyone at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa were incredible. From assisting in the planning of the wedding, to being accommodating, flexible, and responsive, the entire Hilton team made our wedding a night to remember for all. We cannot recommend this venue and all of the Hilton Clearwater Beach team enough!

They have a great consulting team that follows you the whole way through the process and helps you accommodate whatever you need for your big day. They have lots of great advice too. If you hit the food minimum, you get the room free for the night and you can use the doc from the edge hotel next door which is a must do! Guest block adds a HUGE room discount for everyone else too!

Sandpearl was an excellent choice for our wedding. The beauty of the hotel is magnificent. We considered a few other locations for our wedding but nothing else seemed to compare to the Sandpearl. Our wedding went flawlessly due to the coordination of the Sandpearl's wedding coordinator Erin Burke. Erin worked with our wedding planner to coordinate all the details. Everything from ease of parking for our guests to the setup of the food was provided as promised. The location on the beach also made it possible for us to have the most beautiful pictures and video to remember our wedding day. If you're looking for a beach wedding that is exquisite and elegant with amazing food and superb views of the beach, we highly recommend Sandpearl.

Our wedding weekend at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach was nothing short of magical. From the moment we started planning to the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The Hyatt was our wedding venue, but it also hosted us, our wedding party, and all of our guests for an unforgettable weekend that felt like a true celebration from start to finish. The entire Hyatt team was wonderful to work with. They were flexible, accommodating, and worked seamlessly with our vendors to ensure every detail was perfect. Cassie, our venue coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She made the planning process effortless. She was always quick to respond, incredibly organized, and attentive to every single detail. Cassie went above and beyond to ensure that our vision came to life. She was present, calm, and supportive throughout our entire stay, including the days leading up to the wedding and the weekend after. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. As the Bride, I could relax knowing that all of the details and coordination were being taken care of. The setting at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach is breathtaking. Our ceremony on the terrace overlooking the ocean created the perfect backdrop for saying “I do”. We were able to have the beach wedding feel without the hassle of sand. The reception room is elegant and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed us and our guests to enjoy the sunset views while celebrating. Later, we went down to the beach for photos during golden hour, and the pictures are absolutely stunning. The only hiccup we experienced was with the air conditioning. Our wedding was on a hot day in May, and it felt like the air conditioning could not keep up. We had difficulty with the AC in our suite (so I was already very warm just getting ready before we went out for pictures in the sun), and with a hot ceremony on the terrace, our guests were hoping for some relief in the reception room...but it was very hot in there as well throughout the entire evening. When we asked about it, we were told it was working and there was nothing more that could be done. Our guests, many traveling from both New York and Florida, raved about the beautiful accommodations, convenient location, and how smoothly everything went all weekend long. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines breathtaking views, incredible service, and a true destination-wedding feel, Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach is the place. Our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of and more...elegant, stress-free, and completely unforgettable.

If you are looking for an AMAZING wedding, look no further than the Wyndham Grand at Clearwater Beach. When we came for our venue tour several members of the staff including the valet were already expecting us and we felt so special even before signing the contract ! Rebecca and Wendy were there to answer all questions and bring our vision to life. The Wyndham also works with a list of recommended vendors who are outstanding; they know the property extremely well and you will get the best photos and videos! I was extremely nervous on my wedding day but Rebecca was there the entire time , making sure our reception room was perfect ; she helped with every last detail and made our day magical. The Wyndham staff were tremendous and treated our family as if they were their own. If you are looking for an amazing venue especially for a beach wedding look no further!

I had no idea where to start with my wedding planning but finding the perfect venue felt like navigating two worlds. I’m from Australia and my husband is from Clearwater, so when we discovered Alexis Weisner and the Opal Sands wedding team, it truly was a blessing amid the craziness of planning. From our very first meeting, Alexis greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for our vision. We toured several venues, but her personalized walk-through of Opal Sands immediately stood out: she understood our goal for elegance and class, and her passion for bringing our ideas to life made us confident we’d found the right place. One of the best things about the Opal Sands as a venue in my opinion is how high it is up from the beach. Unlike the other hotels that are beach facing the patio & ballroom are both high up enough that you cant really see anyone from the public beach and you just have these beautiful panoramic ocean views. Fast forward to November 2025, our wedding day exceeded every expectation. The ceremony overlooking the Gulf was breathtaking, but what really had our guests buzzing afterward was the food!! each dish was beautifully presented, perfectly timed and had our guests raving. Between the stunning beach views and the attentive, accommodating staff, everyone felt utterly pampered. I was especially proud as so many of my family members had flown in from Australia & across the U.S. for our big day. Throughout the entire planning process, Alexis was more than an event manager, she was our trusted partner. She anticipated needs we did not even know we had and added thoughtful touches that made our day uniquely ours. Her kindness, creativity, and impeccable organization put us at ease and allowed us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones. If you are planning a wedding and want someone who will listen to your vision, support you at every step, and deliver an unforgettable experience, Alexis Weisner and the Opal Sands wedding team are exactly who you need!! I couldnt stop ordering the fish sandwich as a wrap. The gym is super clean and versatile. My room had one of the best views. Possibly because I was the DJ for the corporate event, but Im not complaining!

We had the best experience! The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location was amazing, and the food was to die for! Everything was of the best quality and we could not have asked for a better wedding.
