Say "I DO" at Duval Ballroom on the water
Duval Ballroom is romantic, spacious & private, the perfect elegant venue for your wedding reception. Duval is a free-standing event venue directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The floor plan is over 4000 square feet accommodating up to 225 for dinner with a bar area for cocktails and a large dance floor. Our favorite feature is the open-air veranda that spans the length of the ballroom overlooking the gulf with panoramic waterfront views, a spectacular sunset can be the highlight of your cocktail hour.
Duval Ballroom is a gem on the gulf, a free-standing event space complete with all the amenities for your guests. It is private with an intimate and romantic vibe. A blank canvas for you to create a simple elegant affair or a glamourous romantic soiree. Duval is whatever you want it to be.
Choose one of our stress-free wedding packages that make planning quick and easy or customize a menu to fit your tastes and vision. The choice is yours. Reception space rental fee is waived with food and beverage minimum.
- Wedding packages start at $110 per person and include 4 hour call brand open bar, hors d'oeuvres and your choice of mingling stations, dinner buffet or plated options.

Holiday Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach is steps away from the venue and receptions include a room block for guests to reserve a room for the evening. The happy couple receives a complimentary guest room for their wedding night we always upgrade to the best room available at time of booking.
After your reception guests can continue the celebration at Jimmy’s Fish House located next to Duval with both indoor and outdoor spaces, live music nightly and fabulous cocktails.

They are amazing!
Spectacular
From our initial meeting with her a year before the wedding, we knew that she just understood us as a couple with what we wanted to do, and the type of wedding that we wanted to have. We went back once for a reception tasting and were very impressed. If you are unsure because you think "oh it's just hotel food" well think again, because this was some quality stuff. All of the guests raved about how great the food was, including all of the appetizers during cocktail hour. And the view from the balcony of the Duval Ballroom is amazing! Everyone was posting pictures of the sunset, pirate ship, etc and just loved the location.
Nancy was great on follow up - I must have emailed her 1000 times between when we booked and the day of the wedding, and she was always prompt and went out of her way to make sure the day was as stress free as possible. She was great with recommending vendors as well - this is how we found our AMAZING photographer (Brian Idocks - look him up!).
I could go on and on with every little thing that she (and everyone at the hotel) did to help make our day special, but this would be a novel! I just can't thank her and everyone enough for making our day amazing and stress free and just overall the best day of my life. Can't recommend enough!

The Holiday Inn & Suites is one of my favorite places to work as a DJ. They have a nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the view looking over the water is truly breathtaking. I can highly recommend this venue for weddings.
