She has this incredible ability to bring calm to the chaos, anticipate every need before you even realize it, and handle every detail with such grace and professionalism.

Because of Nicole, we were able to actually enjoy our day fully, knowing she had everything taken care of. She made the planning process seamless and the wedding day itself absolutely perfect. From our first encounter, I could tell Nicole would make every one of our wedding dreams a reality! She is extremely attentive to detail, very knowledgeable on all things wedding, and extremely easy to get along with! She seemed just as excited for our wedding as we were, which was so awesome! Not only did she coordinate our wedding day and rehearsal, she also made all of our flowers for the big day, which turned out beautiful! Throughout the whole process, she was so easy to communicate with, and got along with our wedding venue owners so great, which made for such a smooth wedding day! Wedding planning is definitely not stressful when you have Nicole! We would 100% recommend her to any and everyone getting married!

Nicole was incredible during the entire process. From our first Zoom meeting, in the middle of a pandemic, we knew we wanted to have her as part of our wedding.

Nicole truly exudes happiness and quiet confidence, and you cannot help but feel calm in her presence. I'd done my wedding research, and had plenty of ideas, but having never planned a wedding before, and certainly not an event in the middle of Covid, I was sometimes lost on whether I was thinking realistically. Every question I had for Nicole, she answered honestly and helped me find ways to make things work for our budget. I knew I wanted to be in control of a lot of things, and Nicole knew that too, but she offered to take the reins when she knew my mind was going to spin out of control! That's the kind of coordinator I needed and wanted. On the day of our wedding, I was able to relax at the hotel and get ready with my bridal party knowing that everything was taken care of. Nicole checked in with me that morning to make sure I was doing well, and even made some last minute changes for me (because I had changed my mind and ordered additional things last minute, that arrived the day of the wedding!) without hesitation. She wanted our day to be what we'd dreamed of, and that definitely happened! If there were any hiccups, we had no idea and neither did any of our guests.

Nicole is hands down THE BEST!!!!! My wedding was really last minute but she didn’t miss a detail. She listened to everything I wanted & executed it perfectly, as well as continuously checking in with me for everything. The time had to be changed last minute and Nicole made sure that the officiant AND photographer were on the same page so that I didn’t have to worry. I’m a huge worry ward but I left it all to her & my stress was almost non existent. We feel like we can’t say thank you enough for all of the hard work! If we had to do it a million x over again we would choose her each time!

Nicole was absolutely awesome and reduced so much stress on our big day. She was super accommodating and worked with us on what specific areas we needed her support and then how to fit that within our budget. She was the right balance of checking in/following up without even the slightest bit of pushiness (which was important to us).
She even went above and beyond to help us have our lantern send-off setup (which we thought came put together already) without even asking.
She was the other half that you didn’t know how much you needed but had our backs at every point and got hitched without a hitch thanks to her help!

Nicole made our wedding weekend so seamless and enjoyable for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From setting up the flowers to decorating and cleaning up at the end of the day she made it all seem so easy!!

Nicole was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things! I was not into the details of decor or flowers and Nicole took what little ideas I gave her about my personal style & made it into the most amazing day! I have listed below just a FEW of all the ways she was so wonderful:

She was so organized and kept everything running smoothly from rehearsal to farewell organizing vendors, family, and friends and letting my husband and I enjoy our day! She helped create a timeline for the entire day & kept on top of everything during the ceremony like speeches, dances, and cake cutting! I never looked at time once, I just enjoyed the night & Nicole would grab us for certain things & keep it all running smooth.

Nicole also did all of our flowers, she made me the most extra & beautiful bouquet that I kept through our honeymoon & was so sad to part with. She made beautiful & full bouquets for all my ladies, boutonnieres for the guys & they were all fresh and lasted all day! She was able to put together such beautiful flowers with such little direction from me.

Nicole also made signs! She was able to recreate what I found on Etsy that was so expensive, and made them for me in an adorable way!

If anyone is on the fence about hiring Nicole, DO IT! You will NOT be sorry! She will exceed your wildest expectations of what a wedding planner would be. Our day would not have been as incredible without her.

Nicole was so helpful throughout my wedding! We were able to communicate frequently out of state, and I appreciated her accomodating me around my busy work schedule. I was so impressed with how resourcesful Nicole was too! She was able to find me a florist & hair stylist very quickly and I was inlove with both reaources! She recommended DIY flowers & put them together on the day of my wedding! They were incredible! Nicole brings a very calm and stressfree environment, and I was so relaxed & grateful to have her be apart of my special day! Thank you for everything!

I am so thankful for everything Nicole did leading up to and on my wedding day! She brought the cool, calm, and collected energy I needed when it came to planning and the day of. She ensured we would make the absolute best of anything that might not go exactly as planned and she did just that (including having someone on her team run out for champagne for the toast that we realized we forgot!). I couldn’t believe when I arrived to the venue everything was exactly as I had dreamed of. A few months prior to the wedding I wanted to add a personal touch to the dinner tables and sent her some ideas since I knew she also has a little shop. With ease she said she would take care of it and made the cutest tags for all of the silverware and dropped them off to me a few weeks before. Any family or vendors that came in contact with her let me know after the wedding how on top of things she was. She even brought our wedding cake to our hotel suite that we forgot after the wedding!! I could go on and on, but lastly I will share that there was a sign my (now) husband and I wanted at the wedding and it was for sale in a boutique near the park where we were getting married. The sign had the sweetest quote on it that we loved, but it was a pretty large sign and very pricey so we ended up not purchasing it. Well, the day of the wedding, Nicole surprised us by working out an agreement with the boutique to rent the sign for us for the day to have at the wedding and it was standing right in the park facing us when we walked down the aisle. I was so touched by how truly thoughtful she was and how she would just make things happen. Needless to say, I highly recommend using Nicole / Sweet As Lace for the ultimate peace of mind.
