Nicole was incredible during the entire process. From our first Zoom meeting, in the middle of a pandemic, we knew we wanted to have her as part of our wedding.

Nicole truly exudes happiness and quiet confidence, and you cannot help but feel calm in her presence. I'd done my wedding research, and had plenty of ideas, but having never planned a wedding before, and certainly not an event in the middle of Covid, I was sometimes lost on whether I was thinking realistically. Every question I had for Nicole, she answered honestly and helped me find ways to make things work for our budget. I knew I wanted to be in control of a lot of things, and Nicole knew that too, but she offered to take the reins when she knew my mind was going to spin out of control! That's the kind of coordinator I needed and wanted. On the day of our wedding, I was able to relax at the hotel and get ready with my bridal party knowing that everything was taken care of. Nicole checked in with me that morning to make sure I was doing well, and even made some last minute changes for me (because I had changed my mind and ordered additional things last minute, that arrived the day of the wedding!) without hesitation. She wanted our day to be what we'd dreamed of, and that definitely happened! If there were any hiccups, we had no idea and neither did any of our guests.

Nicole was the best thing I did for my wedding! She was so helpful and level headed about everything. She was always super responsive when I asked for help. The meetings that led up to my day were so easy and always made me feel so ready and excited for my wedding because I trusted in her abilities and she is SKILLED. Right before the wedding I was getting kind of nervous and she calmed me right down and just like she said- everything was perfect. Her day- of cordination of my wedding made my day a breeze and all of my guests noticed how smoothly everything flowed. I’m not super organized so I definitely needed her, but even if you are super organized why put yourself through the stress of all the madness that goes on on your wedding day? Definitely hire her!
