John swooped in when we were in need. He helped us finalize everything the last three months prior to the wedding. He is organized, has a keen attention to detail, creative, visual, tech savvy, budget conscious, and a great listener. He gave us more time than he should have and always went above and beyond. I could go on and on - this is coming from 2 very type-A brides. We were lucky we found him and would recommend him 100x over to all our family and friends. We were happy we snagged him before all of FL finds out about him. If you want an amazing outcome/aesthetic John Campbell is a must.

I can’t speak highly enough of John as a wedding coordinator and a person. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, detailed, and made us feel confident that what we had planned for our big day was going to work as we envisioned. My (now) wife and I hired John to be our day-of wedding coordinator, and we couldn't be happier with his work and what he brought to the table.

In our preliminary meetings, he was very thorough, making sure to cover all common and uncommon factors of the wedding (e.g. catering, DJ, music, flowers, limitations of sparklers, ceremony legalities, food allergies, etc). His web portal was very rich and useful. It included a page for budgeting and a timeline, which helped me visualize the order of events (and the cost). At the wedding, he worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I was particularly pleased at his ability to handle the unexpected -- our video streaming iPad could not connect to the WiFi; John effortlessly saved the day with his spare wireless hotspot!

Honestly l don’t even know where to begin John and his team we’re outstanding. From the moment I spoke to John I knew I had to hire him and it was one of the best decisions I made. Since my wedding was a sort of destination wedding I was never able to meet John in person but we had a couple of meetings through Skype and he took his time to go through every single detail of the wedding he even made suggestions and asked questions about things I hadn’t thought about, this made me feel comfortable that he understood my vision and ideas and I felt confident he would do a great job. The day of the wedding I didn’t hear much from John which was perfect since I was so busy, excited and anxious that knowing that the wedding vendors and all the coordination was handled allowed me to be as relaxed as I could be and I would was able to enjoy the day without stress. John handled everything and made my Pinterest vision come to life, I was a very meticulous bride and wanted some odd and specific things that he made sure those were handled. John listened and remembered everything that I had told him was important to me for example we mentioned John that we wanted to join cocktail hour because I wanted to eat some appetizers and have drinks. So John made sure to call the people I was with while taking the photos to get our drink order and we arrived at the cocktail area we had a waiter outside waiting for us with our drinks and two of each appetizers ready for us, this blew my husband and me away. This is the service and attention to detail you want on your day.

If you read all this call John and find a way to squeeze a him into your budget trust me you will not regret it. I am was a very organized bride and did so much research but hiring a day of coordinator was worth every penny.

My husband and I were married February 2020, and from the time leading up to our wedding and through the day, John really helped us bring our wedding from thoughts on paper to real life. I first met John at a wedding expo, and his calm and caring demeanor really spoke to me. I knew that I had to hire him as my day-of coordinator! John listened to us and our visions for our wedding; he never made us feel like something was too big of a request or unattainable. He has excellent connections with local vendors. He has extensive insights to what goes on with planning a wedding from the back of the house to guest experience. John is very communicative and easy to work with. We had a few meetings during the year leading up to our wedding date to make sure we were on track with our planning. He worked well with our vendors to make sure everyone knew their roles. Most importantly, he kept us on schedule and made sure my groom and I got to do all of the things we wanted to do on our wedding day. His assistant Rose helped us the day of our wedding and she is also just as sweet and efficient as John. I cannot sing his praises enough. Hire John Campbell for your wedding!

We hired John for day-of coordination and truly cannot imagine the planning process or the big day without him. He was so organized, helpful, and patient from the start of the planning process through the end of the reception and even in the days after the wedding. He ended up saving the day quite a few times during the rehearsal and actual wedding (he had copies of our contracts that we ended up needing last minute, saved my Dad's wardrobe malfunction with some super glue, made sure we had appetizers while we took sunset photos at the reception, special ordered us the drinks we requested last minute...I could go on and on). He made it a point to understand what was most important to us and went above and beyond to make sure we got that and that the day went smoothly for us. We had the ceremony and reception at two different locations, and even though both places had their own in-house wedding coordinators, we are so thankful we had John to be there for us for the rehearsal and wedding day. He was always on our side and made sure the day was everything we had hoped it would be. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your planning needs! John - we cannot thank you enough!!

5 stars is not nearly enough to explain John Campbell. Everything about wedding planning got better when we hired John, and he simply continued to go above and beyond all the way through wedding day. He was recommended to us by a friend (a past groom), and he was a pure blessing. John asked all the right questions to truly get to know you, so that no matter what unfolds on wedding day - he can be sure you are happy. Unlike so many other vendors, YOU are John's only priority. He will share his preferences based on past experiences, in order to help you have the best day possible (because he knows what he's doing), but he will 100% support your vision - down to every last personal detail or picky preference. No matter how big or small the detail, John oversees that it's executed how you envisioned. I was so thorough with my planning, had lots of "mind-changing", and John remained so, so patient with me, my husband, and my family. He stayed on top of tons of details. And he's a total magician on wedding day! We will hire John for all three of my sisters weddings, too. He's an absolute gem, genuinely cares about your wedding, and loves what he does!
