With more than 4,000 square feet of event space, Hotel Haya prides itself on the diverse styles of its venues. You have the choice of holding your wedding in an exclusive ballroom, a private dining space in the restaurant, an intimate library, or a poolside area. Both the library and poolside settings are semi-private, affording your day a more casual atmosphere. The Valencia Ballroom has a separate pre-function room and its own entrance. Its whitewashed bricks and tall windows create a light, airy atmosphere for ceremonies and receptions. If you opt for one of the outdoor spaces, a breezy retreat awaits. The hotel also welcomes pre-wedding celebrations.

A perfect location for a wedding

First, the hotel is super FAB - Ybor Chic. A modern take with so much history in the hotel. A great location with so much to do - especially after a wedding rehearsal and wedding weekend.
Second, the food is Amazing! Chef does an awesome job upscaling all the local fare, plus his creations are incredible. The event menus are more than enough - Chef is also willing to customize. We have been several times prior and post the wedding for tastings and dinner and it is simply wonderful. We also had brunch the day after for all our guests who stayed. Great menu and even better cocktails.
Last but NOT least, I couldn't have gotten through the weekend without Morgan. She was there for EVERYTHING we needed. We spent months planning together - she was there through the entire event weekend. Her countless hours she spent are to be commended.
This was an incredible place to have a beautiful wedding - Pablo and Morgan make you feel like family - very personal - very special.

Full of Charm and Completely Stress-Free

hotel haya was literally the perfect wedding venue for my daughter's wedding. we toured it because it's climate controlled, was large enough for the couple’s guest list, has two spaces (for ceremony and reception no flip required), and is not a barn (everything is a "barn" these days it seems). there are shockingly few venues in the greater tampa area that fulfill just those four requirements. however, hotel haya was so much more than 70 degrees, spacious, and not a barn. it's so dreamy.
los novedades is literally the best ceremony space. it has so much history with the old tile, old windows, stained glass, and 2nd floor original windows. it's so unique, but not in a weird way... historical and cozy but room for a lot of people. all the guests loved it, and it really set the right tone for an timeless ceremony.
the adjacent hotel ballroom was much more than a typical hotel ballroom. first off, it is not carpeted. it's shocking how many expensive hotel ballrooms have carpet. ugh gross. there's no way to decorate around that. anyway, it has 2 story windows and the parquet floor is great. the brick wall is perfect as a backdrop and really gives the space a lot of personality. the ballroom can be very light and airy, but the bride and groom wanted intimate and cozy which our florist pulled off completely in the space. it was just a gorgeous reception.
the ballroom lobby is a great little venue too and was perfect for the welcome reception there. it was fun, and spacious, and the perfect start to the wedding events. the hors d'oeuvres were so good too. there's a wonderful coffee shop in the hotel where the bride and groom met for early coffee on the wedding morning. it was so easy for them to meet there, and it will be such a sweet place to revisit whenever they want to for anniversaries or date nights. for the family and guests who stayed at the hotel, it was so easy to just go to events by going down and up the elevator. i underestimated how nice that would be. i'm so glad we weren't driving back and forth all weekend from an airbnb to a venue.
best of all, logan, the wedding coordinator at haya, is so kind and helpful and always replies to emails and answers all questions. and not just in the last couple weeks close to the wedding. she responded quickly even when the wedding was still months away. she's so easy to work with, which i was not expecting. i've been involved in several family weddings, and every single person, from the dress shop to the venue, was rude rude rude. logan, and all of hotel haya, was not like that at all. everyone was so kind all the time.
for example, at the tasting, everyone was bending over backward to change things to accommodate the bride and groom’s taste and preferences. and speaking of accommodations, they completely handled all the food allergies at dinner, and the bride had to do little more than send them a list of who had what allergies and their table number. that would have been so complicated to oversee ourselves, but they handled it completely. throughout the meal, their staff was constantly checking on people and making sure everyone was happy.
The bride and groom had some unique aspects to their wedding, mainly renting vintage dishes from a vendor new to haya and having family style table service which is a big request for 150 guests. haya worked very hard to plan every detail in advance for this huge family style meal with rented vintage dishes. logan had it down to a T regarding who would provide every single serving dish, every spoon, every bowl, etc. and she knew exactly what would be required for each food item. she then communicated all that info with every single person involved. Oh, and sometimes these details changed too (kinda often actually), and Logan would rework everything and make sure it all still worked.
it was definitely all hands on deck for the wedding. haya had countless staff, and logan, present all day for set up prior to the wedding, and logan stayed late into the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly. they just had everything handled from top to bottom, and i had no worries at all.
if you don't want to sweat through your wedding (there's basically not a day in tampa that isn't too hot, too windy, or raining), book hotel haya. it's the best. and worth every penny. the whole place just feels special. it's beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm. every single person we interacted with made us feel like they genuinely cared. it’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for how smoothly and beautifully everything went. truly unforgettable.

Hotel Haya was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding of 30 guests! Its rustic-industrial charm provided the most stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. The team was incredibly professional and shoutout to Logan Bell who made coordinating with our vendors seamless, ensuring everything was properly insured and executed without a hitch.

My *husband* (ahh!) and I are beyond grateful to have celebrated the happiest day of our lives in such a beautiful space. Everything came together effortlessly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hotel Haya for any couple looking for a venue with both character and exceptional service!

Choose Hotel Haya!!!!

Hotel Haya was the PERFECT venue for our wedding reception, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was something special—modern, chic, and full of character, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and style. Logan Bell and the entire staff at Hotel Haya were EXCEPTIONAL. Logan, in particular, has a talent for understanding exactly what makes an event special. She listened attentively to our vision and executed it flawlessly, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Staffing the lobby bar at appropriate times, coordinating with valet to ensure ease with our limo, stocking our room with a welcome bucket of drinks - she thinks of all the details. The ambiance of the hotel is unparalleled. It strikes the perfect balance between contemporary elegance and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for those seeking to avoid the traditional "hotel ballroom vibe" without sacrificing convenience. The décor is stylish, creating a backdrop that effortlessly complemented our wedding theme. Rome and the rest of the staff were also amazing. Their professionalism and attentiveness made us feel like we were so important and hosting us with such class. They ensured everything ran smoothly, from the exquisite catering to the seamless coordination of our vendors. Hotel Haya's location in the heart of Ybor/Tampa added an extra layer of charm, providing our guests with easy access to accommodations and entertainment. Wedding ceremony & reception

I cannot express enough my gratitude for Hotel Haya & specifically Logan Bell for everything they did for me on my wedding weekend. My entire wedding experience was nothing short of a dream for both my husband and I. We stayed at Haya Thursday-Sunday as did our bridal party and a lot of our out of town guests. The convenience of having everyone in one place was unmatched. I’ve been in a lot of weddings and it can be complicated when everyone in the party is at different hotels, having to travel to rehearsal & ceremony and then going to a separate venue for reception. This was so seamless and also SO much fun. My wedding felt like it was 3 days long having everyone meet for breakfast in the lobby, go to the bar for a drink, hop around rooms and hangout. It was so nice because the majority of our bridal party are life long friends who live out of state now so it was like one big reunion. Our friends are asking us to renew our vows again next year haha!

I stayed in the Floridian suite and it was absolutely perfect. so spacious for my 13 bridesmaids, hair & makeup team and our children! The attention to detail throughout the hotel is top tier.

I have had countless guests tell me it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. Everyone danced the night away and either went safely up to their room or hit the town with us. Having after party spots available right outside the front door was clutch and one of my favorite things about the location of Haya. No need to Uber or drive anywhere it’s all right here!

Food was delish and we chose the lowest level tier for the bar package because it was still very high quality liquor!

My husband and I had an outside of the box idea of getting our rings tattooed on at the ceremony! I thought for sure they would say no but Logan Bell made it happen for us with a copy of the artists liability insurance. This was a surprise to our guests and Logan helped me keep it under wraps as well as swiftly roll out a table for the artist to tattoo us on.

Wedding of my dreams!

From start to finish Hotel Haya was amazing to work with. Pablo was so kind and caring about us having our wedding there and Morgan was so amazing and easy to work with not to add all the staff is so nice and friendly! I couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else, the architecture and design of this hotel is perfect and the food is amazing! I had my wedding shower, rehearsal dinner and my wedding here and if I had to do it all over again I would choose Haya every time!

My Wedding

The Hotel Haya was an absolute perfect place for our wedding!!! Morgan was awesome and so thorough! We had the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and the reception at the venue! We were the FIRST WEDDING ever at The Haya!!! The food, service, set up and take down— all made our wedding day perfect!!! XoXo 😘♥️
